Does anybody know why or how Lee had Tony's phone number. TIA

Don't know why, but we know he did because Casey said so herself on the call from jail the first night of her arrest.  So as far as any warning calls to Casey he could have made them via Tony's number which is why no incoming calls from Lee would be on her phone records.

When did he pick up her stuff?   and the dead laptop.. ?

I believe He and Cindy got it from Caseys phone before it got confiscated. They copied all numbers and even called lots of friends she had before police could do it. Tells me they wanted to get to the friends first.

ok, the DNA samples collected form CA GA and LA -- would those be used ONLY in the Casey Anthony case? They would not be entered into CODIS unless one of the above people was arrested, right?

HigherHopes -- would you mind asking your source about this? Can just be hypothetical and not using Anthonys of course. I'd appreciate it.

Lawyer for Missing Caylee Anthony's Mother Given Access to Car, Forensic Tests

The defense team for the mother of missing Florida child Caylee Anthony was granted access to her car and forensic tests on Friday.

Ninth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland disagreed Friday with an argument by Orange County prosecutors that the evidence did not pertain to the child neglect charges that Casey Anthony faces in the disappearance of her toddler daughter.

Strickland allowed motions that the defense be given access to forensic tests involving chloroform, DNA air samples and hair strands within 10 days. He denied access to evidence collected by cadaver dogs.

Defense attorney Jose Baez had sought the car and other items available so he can conduct his own tests.

Anthony, 22, did not attend the hearing.

Baez argued for the sharing of evidence and a number of other defense motions on behalf of his client. He also wants Anthony to be allowed off house arrest to help in the search for her little girl.

Anthony is a suspect in her daughter's disappearance. News came earlier this week that police and prosecutors may be planning to file murder charges against her soon.

Was there any DNA found on Nicole G.?  Maybe that is why LA was reluctant to give a DNA sample?  I seriously wouldn't doubt it if Casey or Lee had something to do with Nicole's murder as crazy as it sounds!

I don't think they have said.. But, I can tell you this, there is a new technique called "touch DNA" that was used to exonerate the Ramsey family... so even touching someone clothing or skin can reveal a killer unknown previously.

Could OCSD, hypothetically, try to match Lee's DNA with possible DNA found on Nicole.  I know they try to cross reference DNA samples they have in their database with samples from unsolved crimes.

I always thought something wasn't quite right with that boy.  It started to notice this with his condecension towards LP and the way he treated the woman with the dog.  He almost seems to think that he is smarter than everyone, almost in a Dennis Rader kind of way.  I think is Lee is just as sick and twisted as his sister.

I don't know.  But growing up with a psycho mother it would sure seem likely that Lee would have psychological problems!

So where do we think Casey is, anyway?

If she was set up to come to court, and then didn't show....
Would they notice if her ankle monitor went off if she tried to sneak away while her b*tchboy was in court arguing her case?
Would they just assume she was in court?  Boy I hope these peeps are communicating with each other!

 

I saw a movie once where a person had the ankle bracelet on and cut it off and got away...today would have been a perfect day for that....her bondsman ...the one who escorts her was in court.....the person who moniters her was in court....JB was in court...where was Mom and Dad and Lee.....and where was Casey??

WHY wasn't Princess Casey in court today ?

I live approx. 50 min. from Niles/Ohio, which is where the "klan" moved from to Fl.

Monday I am going to drive to Trumbull Co., and search public records on the family, which have been archived.....
I am very interested if there was a police report filed and action taken years ago for the George/Dad plate glass window fight ?
Also I want to check Cindy's maiden name. IMO there is more to this family than meets the eye, and....why did George leave his LE position ? That is the the most curious question I have..

Also I want to dig into any possible organized crime involvement, because in the Niles/Youngstown area, it is huge, yet in '08 !

I just listened to Lee's interview again and Casey had kept and had together all JC Penney receipts except for a purchase June 27th.

And in Cindy's interview the officer asks her about the jcPenny receipts... why would just those be missing?  Trying to hide more things..this family is just sickening.

I for one do not think JB wa given a whole lot, not anything that could be tampered with. I still do not think Strickland is going to grant them the first 2 motions discussed because he knows this case already, he also knows that Tim is  there this weekend and he is just giving LE time to get the main evidence so he can throw her back in jail without even having to explain it to Baez why he can not have her off home confinement. Everyone is counting on her remains to be found before the check fraud day in court comes up. I will be praying extra hard the next 3 days that she is found and SLORE is thrown back into the slammer.

As far as JB goes I literally felt like I was going to  everytime he stood up or said something. I do not like him at all or his little friend he had.  I wanna know what they all approached the bench for at then end, very curious of that ??
