If Haliegh needs a nebulizer and IF thats what was missing, it would be more likely to be a family abduction because it shows care and concern for her health

This nebulizer is not something she has to sleep with is it?  My 21 y/o brother sleeps with this breathing machine thingy that makes him look like he should be on Top Gun...if she was sleeping with it on her person then the abductor could have taken it with them as to not stir....

Some theories why they got a shot gun engagement do to marry soon..

1. Custody issue
2. Charges might be issued regarding minor- Hes 25 she just turned  17
3. Keeping Misty Quiet what happened
4. Spousal Priviledge.....


spousal privilege has been ruled out on 2 shows that I have watched tonight...one was NG and the other was either HLN or JVM... but all agreed, what is the reason to rush into this marriage at this time with daughter only missing for one month...poor taste etc...at least that is what I took from their conversations..

I watched the video of the news conference this afternoon a little bit ago. There was a big difference in Ron's demeaner today than yesterday and the day he gaot his tattoos. He was booging along well those two day...then today had to be helped to stand up? I just do not buy it. He turns his emotions on and off in the drop of a hat.Absolute put on in my opinion.

I thought he looked heavly medicaid and the sunglasses seems like to cover his eyes so you cant tell...

I wondered at the sunglasses on camera, as well, Jules.  No one else on camera at that moment was wearing any. 

I had to come back to this ... I have some input. I know most think RC is faking..but as far as the sunglasses go, when my mother passed away, we were some sunglass wearing peoples...
Not one of us was seen at the hospital after the news she was not going to live until after her burial without sunglasses on. We had a reception type thing after her service and all STILL had our sunglasses on,to hide our very swollen eyes.  Just sayin

flamom ~  you mentioned "family abduction" on your list of possible discussions.  Who in the family would take her and why?  (or even if someone else associated with the family took her on request/direction of a family member)

Or do you think this was staged for publicity and money???

I'm not sure if someone else already mentioned it, but I found it interesting on NG that the little graphic along the bottom stated that a husband and wife cannot be forced to testify against one another.

Mighty convenient time for a weddin', don't ya think??  To me, that seems like the most logical motivator I can think of.

I'm glad you brought that up, because I'm confused with that, I thought that was the case, but since the incident happened before the marriage I don't know if it applies. That is something I don't understand.

Good point NoRose.  I wonder if that would make a difference in a case if they were wed after the incident in question.

Luckyday had the actual Florida statute posted. I'll try to find it; but yes, it was something to that effect  -- that there was an exception for spousal privilege in cases in which one spouse is the alleged victim of the other spouse or in cases involving a child of either spouse.

I wear sunglasses always, anytime that I am outside...even on dreary days...my eyes are sensitive to the sun...
People who have been crying  or are sad do wear sunglasses, nothing strange about that I don't think...

The reason I thought he looked medicaided (yes it was a typo oops lol) was because he was walking around just fine at the court house and now he had to be helped up and he was talking very slowly.

Yeah I guess guys don't grieve or when they do they must be faking it or up to no good and plotting their master plans about how they are fooling all of us. This is the feeling I get from some, JMO.

A nebulizer is not to sleep with, but to do breathing treatments every 4 to 6 hours for asthma or croup, bronchitis, or pneumonia. What Dolce is talking about is a cpap machine for people with sleep apnea.

Yes, I thought the exact same thing about Ron's demeanor. I saw him sitting there all bent over with his head in his hands - then, has to be helped up - but 5 days ago, he is at the tat parlor dancing and a prancin and twirling around showing the world his new tatto's. Mind boggling!!
