It's an email tip, and the Missing Persons Investigator wrote back saying they have forwarded the information OCSO.  This included a note stating that:

Thank you anothermonkey.

I have some catching up to do ... so manybe this has been discussed this morning.

Was the released tip document comprised of copies of emails and ... that is why personal information became public record?

Good Morning Monkees...I'm reading back..don't know if anyone's raised this yet but -
could ANDY be Ann(ie)D?  As in Annie Dowling...I know there are sometimes errors in
transcribing...just thinking outside the box.  Could this have been an LE code since we haven't seen transcripts of interviews with her?  I know she's going to be a very important witness for prosecution side...what do you all think?

I don't believe so.  Andy has a last name and is a resident of Orlando.  If I wouldn't have known that, that was some good thinking on your part!

Considering it is the State Attorney's Office that is releasing these tips ... I can only assume that personal information provided from tipsters are public records ... something that does not appear right.

I do not have anything to hide but ... at the same time I would not want my identification and personal information released to the media.

While most of the tips released Tuesday are from psychics, dreamers and others with visions of Caylee's whereabouts, prosecutors plan to release more tips after law-enforcement officials forward the information to them, according to the State Attorney's Office.

"The psychic tips are not what the law firm is going to concentrate on," said Todd Black, a spokesman for Baez.

Marshals arrest brother of mummified Ky. woman

The Associated Press

Police have arrested the brother of a handicapped central Kentucky woman whose mummified remains were found in the trunk of his car.

Georgetown, Ky. Police Chief Greg Reeves says U.S. Marshals arrested 36-year-old Timothy Allen Brown in St. Louis on Tuesday night.

The severely decomposed body of 31-year-old Penny Brown was discovered Friday after police towed the car from St. Louis to Kentucky. They had received complaints that it had been on the street for several days.

Police have said that Timothy Brown signed his wheelchair-bound sister out of a nursing home in 2006, and the remains may have been in his apartment for two years. It isn't clear how she died.
