Does anyone know exactly how many cell towers there are on Aruba and does wi-fi work with cell phones?

I have the same old stuff ( I did have a SM logo Icon that I had created once for the desktop ) but nothing has changed  ??

I don't remember how many any more but I believe it's Setar that does the wi-fi

Okay, here's a question...how can we get the smileys organized so my faves are on the first page and not in the more section.  We have duplicates on the first page that need to be removed.  I don't like the more section, it's too busy for me.
