okay is this right:

august - roy calls 3 times and ends up getting chewed out.  Told co-workers didn't try to monopolize on his belief he knew where caylee was
Nov - talked to son and told him he knew where caylee was
dec - roy went back to the area (hadn't gone back there b/c didn't have to for work until then)
dec - son remembers this conversation after it comes out in news

where is the damning testimony?

all i know is if i was on a jury and heard the defense start by saying their client was a liar and acted inappropriately while her dead daughter was missing and then went on from there to accuse everyone and their father of incest, child molestation, and hiding bodies - they better have more than this to back it up.
