Linda K Baden is putting forward her craziness on HLN thinking Ashton is in trouble over Rodriquez, witness tampering

No way....if anything THE DEFENSE is the only ones at fault & Rodriquez should have never volunteered to be an "expert" witness.   She thinks it would be grounds for a mistrial, no Rodriquez had no business testifying under his contract & he lied under oath...period.   If the DOD called Ashton after the fact, Ashton is not the one tampering with a witness.

Not likely a jury issue. Court reporter left early. If there was an issue w juror, likely would have been questioned. @HLNTV #caseyanthony

LKN is a piece of work.. she states it may be because of Ashton and the Dr Rod mess... but she doesnt think its a plea deal.. Mike Brooks pushing back for JA

STFU LKB!  Now she is placing blame on CJBP....he is rushing through the trial and not giving the attorneys enough time to prepare for the next day.  I don't see the State having any issues.  IIRC, the State said way over a year ago they were ready to go.

I agree Cubbee!  She will never take a deal and there has never been a plea offer...early on JB talked/emailed to LDB about talking about an offer...he never followed up on it.....

Im now on a campaign to make sure the world know that Linda K Baden is nothing but a lying sow who is purposefully trying to taint the reputation of a Chief Justice with no basis.   She has no business representing herself as an officer of the court, Ive had it with her....seriously have had it with her!!!

This is so ingenious to the public.

In  ref. to Dr. Rodrigiz.. how can be witness tempering..was asked to here ref. the Dr's not getting permission, how would that be witness tampering?

LBK said approved  by govt. but testifies more for the govt. Army calling prosecuter? so prosectuer is wrong

She still says he's cofounder of body farm

She was asked grounds for mistrial???? Yea by LBK

Composition a big thing in this trial, unless he testifies or someone like him (I can't understand her) there is a mistrial
