Is that the same 3D map as you posted from Google earth?   I was at work and couldnt download it.   Can you give me the link, or is what you posted, it?

That's KCJackie's cell phone ping map for June 27th.  There is an option to view and download a 3D video which I did then uploaded to Youtube.  Going to do one of the 26th too if she has it.

That's what I was going to do, now that I am at home, is download the 3D map application, but wasn't sure if it was the same as what you have on UTube....  Thanks!

I certainly hope that her call patterns were researched by OCSO at least to January 1, 2008 through July 16, 2008, at a minimum & hopefully further back to May, 2007.

Among the results is confirmation that a hair sample found in the vehicle "exhibits characteristics of apparent decomposition." The report also says that specific hair is "microscopically similar" to hair investigators took from Caylee's hairbrush.

"The hair found in the trunk establishes that Caylee's dead and that her dead body was in the trunk of the car. Even if they don't find the body, it's enough evidence, scientific evidence, to establish that she's dead," said Dr. Michael Baden, nationally-renowned forensic pathologist.

DNA testing done on that piece of hair and compared with a sample provided by Casey confirmed that neither Casey nor Caylee can be "excluded as the source of the hair," because the "mtDNA sequences ... are the same.

Good evening all, Mark Klaas has really gotten on my last nerve tonight! I don't believe that the OCSO & Tim Miller would do anything that would jeopardize the investigation. There will not be 8000 people in one area. If they have that large amount of searchers then more areas can be searched that are of interest. I just don't like the way he went off about the search! And i trust that Tim will do whatever is humanly possible to ensure these searches are successful. JMO

FBI PUTS "ROTTEN PIZZA THEORY" TO THE TEST

One of the experiments the FBI did to determine the air composition of the trunk was the same test conducted by Eyewitness News. FBI investigators left a pizza in its box and let it decompose.

Just the experiment by Eyewitness News showed, no maggots were found and the FBI says the pizza did not break down into compounds they found in the trunk, which are consistent with human decomposition.

Early on, Cindy Anthony claimed a rotting, maggot-infested pizza caused the foul odor in the trunk.

This may be an oversimplification - but, a plea is necessary to determine whether a trial is necessary.  IOW, if she were to plead guilty, no trial is necessary, only a sentencing.

Can someone please explain to me why a plea is entered?  She is being tried for murder, a plea seems redundant to me.  What is the purpose of doing this and what does it mean when the judge accepts her plea?  TIA

I know why...So they can spend more tax payer's money!

I believe the plea is a necessary formality, it gives the accused the opportunity to lie.. lol

Oh my gosh, I went to bed early last night, and had to read 40 pages just to get caught up!

I would like to say one thing about all the drama in the last couple of weeks, and Old Fart, get out your biggest bag of salt.

My husband and I met in a chat room 12 years ago. When I had dial up and AOL 2.7.    We spent a great deal of time in private chat rooms, and emailing one another, because we lived 900 miles apart, and long distance was expensive back then.  I can honestly say we got into more fights and misunderstandings during that time than we have in the 10 years of marriage. It is difficult to read what a person "types" and know what the person "feels" or "means".

I know that we are all here for Caylee. Most of us are passionate about the case. It triggers emotions that are very raw for many. Disgust, Anger, Hatred, Disbelief, Grief.  Caylee touched those who post here for a reason, and some of those reasons are heartbreaking. I have read those of you who have also have had family or friends murdered, those of you who have children, grandchildren, sisters, nieces etc who are Caylees' age, those of you who would give your right arm to have a child especially a beautiful daughter like Caylee. For some of us it is a number of things, that brought us here. So please folks, when you post, give your opinion, but try to be sensitive to others. We all may be hiding behind our screens, but we are real people with real feelings.

I am not trying to take sides, just trying to give you my opinion based upon my experiences.

The details of the report released Friday are probably part of what the grand jury heard last week before indicting Casey, but it's not all of the evidence. The thousands of tips that were called in on the case are expected to be released soon and Eyewitness News has learned the vast majority of them are from psychics.

Well she can plead guilty if she wants and save everyone a lot of trouble. Don't hold breath though.
Or she can plead not guilty and ask for a trial by her peers.

Watching that 3D map, no wonder she HAD to STEAL gas!  As much as she drove around and no job!  Gas prices were at there highest at that time.
