Hadn't seen a lot of these pics of Caylee taken from KC's cell phone.....

      http://www.wftv.com/slideshow/news/20727408/detail.html
On these pics from Casey's cell phone, look at #12.  Look how large Caylee's pupils are.  The pupil opens in dim light to enable us to see and shrinks in brighter light.  Therefore, shouldn't Caylee's pupil's be narrower, given the bright light shining on the side of her face (appears to be sunlight)?  Maybe it's just me, but it seems in a lot of these pics, Caylee's eyes seem over bright (almost watery). JMO

Bet kc gave Caylee something, it looks like.....nightquil maybe.

Did anyone catch what Lippman just said on NG?  I heard him say that they have found banking records of Cindy's for March 17th that proves she was at Bank of America the day she was doing Chlorophyll...urm chloroform...erm Actaeon...erm had a neck breaking pop up and that the said bank records were given to the Dufense?  did he say Dufense?  How does he know it was Cindy?  Casey was using the charge cards at that time and had no qualms writing bad cheques of Amy's and writing cheques from grandma Plesea.  What are they cooking up?

Is there a video from Bank of Amercia with ca or kc in it?

There is also online banking, like transfers from savings to checking or vice versa, bill paying, etc. Or, it could have been George at the bank. I hope the State is prepared for this new tidbit from Lippman. I agree, a video would be nice.

Wait..I didn't think that the defense could even raise any new evidence of their own..I thought their day was done.

The State gets a rebuttal..but does the defense?

I didn't think the defense got anything more then to cross the rebuttal witnesses of the State..and since no bank employee or records will be brought up by the State I am thinking that ship has sailed for the defense.  If they had that ..it would have had to come during their case in chief right?

The Judge mentioned the possibility of the dufense getting a rebuttal after the prosecution rebuttal today, but it was called something different.  There were tweets about how very rare that is but it does happen and that JP is probably going to do it so there is no issue for appeal with the new evidence that will be presented by the prosc rebuttal case.

It's called a surrebuttal

http://www.boulder-bar.org/bar_media_manual/trial/12.8.html

12.8 REBUTTAL AND SURREBUTTAL

At the end of the defense case, the prosecution or plaintiff is given the opportunity to present evidence in rebuttal. Whether to allow this evidence is in the trial judge's discretion. Rebuttal evidence is evidence that tends to explain, refute, counteract, or disprove evidence introduced in the defendant's case-in-chief. A prosecutor or plaintiff may not go into new matters that don't contradict the evidence or inferences raised by the defense, nor simply repeat evidence presented in the case-in-chief.

At the end of rebuttal, the defense may be allowed surrebuttal. Surrebuttal evidence is limited to responding to issues that were raised for the first time in the rebuttal case. It is not an opportunity for the defense to present their whole case again, or to open up the door to new issues. It is reversible error for the trial judge to prevent a defendant from introducing surrebuttal evidence to meet new matters raised by the rebuttal evidence presented by the plaintiff or prosecutor.

Thank you..that is what I was calling the defenses chance to cross the State's rebuttal..but that's it..the defense can not enter new evidence and the State is not going to be adding any new evidence tto do with the bank..they are entering new evidence to do with Gentiva..which is not new it came out during the defense's case in chief...so I don't see any bank records coming in at this point..since they haven't come in up to this point.

Hi Monkeys

Thanks for all of your great posts.  This may have been discussed, but I have to say, my jaw dropped as they listed off the number of dogs that the Anthonys had.  It seemed like there were way too many....seems like she may have started her evil activities at a much younger age.

I had thought the same thing. I have had pets all my life and only 3 have passed. Maybe Dr. Baden and Spitz can make themselves useful and exhume the dogs in the back yard and see if Casey didn't murder them to.

Is anyone else feeling let down that KC didn't testify????   I wanted to hear Jeff or Linda cross examine her....

Sunny...sons 17 year old girlfriend was just as disappointed as I was....

Cubbee...whew! thank goodness I thought I was the only one feeling disappointed,,,

Yes..I was very dissapointed..I was not thinking she'd take the stand until the last coupla days..and then I felt sure she would..it's been so downhill for the defense....and I thought she thought she could clear this all up and give advice along the way, the way she did with all her friends.

I wanted to see the prosecution eat her for a snack and then spit her out because she was past her expiration date!

Casey missed her chance...and she will definitely regret this..in her mind once the guilty verdict is read..it will be everyone else's faught..wait that is how she operates..shades of Cindy..so she thinks she can let it rip on appeal...or with Geraldo in her jailhouse video not ready for primetime slot.

now we got GDD....OK monks come on out and admit it...you know you want to
I've been away from the computer and I'm trying to get caught up. I was going to wait, then saw your post here Sunny!  lmao.   Yep, I was disappointed too. I wanted to see her in action sooo bad.  I wanted to see the State annihilate her. I wanted to see her lose it. I wanted the jury to see the real Casey Anthony, not the fake biotch they have been looking at for the past month or so.  With that said, the defense team finally made a wise choice.  I also feel the jury knows just what type of person Casey is and I pray they will do the right thing for Caylee.

What would cause that? Is that a symptom any of the sleep aide drugs in question?

Anyone know how to capture a screen shot?

She may very well be.  She needs to follow through with DNA testing to get her answer.  Caylee does seem to look like her son.  Her answer lies in the testing.   And if she is.....I hope she pays Casey a visit in prison!

WOW, 6 days in jail.

This pretty boy hope they are individual cells. He can pay all at once and works at TGIF. Guess the tips have been good lately.

What a fool. Another case of young punks not understanding there are consequences to actions.

I love it.  Awesome.  JBP rocks.

His appeal, being sworn   "what is your annual income"

$15,000 a year   Monthly expenses $1,500 Savings $160 in checking $12 in savings

So how was he paying it right away?   lol

Public defender being appointed, he will be reprimanded & order will be prepared

Judge ordered 6 days in jail, he'll probably serve 1 right or 2?
