A question many of us have asked since the beginning.

I wonder who filed the bar complaint against Bozo, what was it about, and when was it filed?

Good Morning Monks   Wyks......it has NOT been confirmed that a complaint has been filed.....

This is what BLINK posted:

Unconfirmed rumors are swirling in abundance today that the Florida Bar Association has finally decided to intervene.

In a conversation with a representative with the FBA this afternoon, blinkoncrime.com was able to learn that if there is a newly filed complaint against Mr. Baez, they would not be able to confirm or deny that information publicly until such time as it reached a “probable cause for investigation status.”

In one other bit of news, and if my source is correct, Baez will stand behind the shadow of Cheney Mason because Mason has tried a number of cases before Judge Perry. Mason is also known to be a one man band with lots of attorneys he can turn to for assistance. He has surrounded himself with an excellent blend of specialists, all independent and all within the immediate vicinity of his office. In other words, he rents them space.

thanks cece.....it doesn't take a 'source' to figure that one out...  the part from Mason is also known.............is from something, some info, I read on the
Internet in the past week about Mason...in other words, this is NOT an original statement/thought by marinadebrain

Well this is the first time I have seen reference to the unidentified hair, and bloggers speculating it is Rivers. I don't like nor trust River, and I don't trust or like George, I wouldn't put it past him to do such a thing though. But I seriously doubt it is her hair

And the hair was described as being from a Caucasian.... isn't she Hispanic?

A question many of us have asked since the beginning.

My mind goes back to that peculiar & seemingly pointless exchange in the jail between CinCin & Casey in regards to the hair straightener/Zanny.   That was so staged, IMO.   So you ask yourself:  "What is the purpose of all this trivial nonsense?"

Morning fellow Monkeys, I have a question for anyone who knows about the upcoming June civil case Zenaida Gonzalez v Casey Anthony. First, does anyone remember the date it gets underway. Second, does it coincide with JB's vacation in any way.

Anthony Defense Moves To Challenge Death Penalty
Seasoned Defense Attorney Says Motion Is Unusual

POSTED: 11:34 am EDT April 27, 2010
UPDATED: 12:08 pm EDT April 27, 2010
ORLANDO, Fla. --
The defense team for Casey Anthony has filed a motion that argues prosecutors in the case chose to pursue the death penalty against their client because they knew it would break her financially.

Jeff Dowdy has defended many high-profile death penalty defendants, including the man behind a massacre in Deltona that claimed six lives. The defendant was Troy Victorino.

"The whole case in its entirety was $1.1 million, but that was with four co-defendants and eight attorneys ... That was just for the defense," Dowdy said.

In March 2009, Anthony's defense team was forced to disclose behind closed doors how much money Anthony had and where it came from.

The defense argued prosecutors decided the next month to go ahead and seek the death penalty against Anthony. In a motion recently filed, defense attorney Andrea Lyon wrote, "The prosecution knew this would financially break the defense."

Dowdy said that is an unusual claim.
"In my 21 years, I've never seen it nor have I ever used that argument. It's very unusual," Dowdy said.

Dowdy pointed to the fact that Anthony successfully petitioned the court in March to be declared indigent.

Like all of the defendants in the Deltona massacre, she now qualifies to have many of the costs of her defense picked up by taxpayers.

"So money is not even an issue anyway," Dowdy said.

Another legal expert said he see little chance the motion will succeed. He believes Anthony's defense is making sure they've put anything they can think of on the record to increase the possibility of a successful post-conviction appeal.

I was thinking maybe he doesn't want to be around at that time so he scheduled some "vacation" time.

You'd think that the sequence should have been this being argued prior to her being declared indigent when it may have had an impact

Regardless, for Lyons to even suggest that this is what the prosecution plotted is ridiculous, the prosecution had contemplated the death penalty being sought from the very beginning & took it off the table before Dec 11th due to the obvious.   This is lame argument & a huge waste of the court's time....not sure the defense should be pushing Chief Judge Belvin Perry's patience from the start.   Yea, yea they have to exhaust every avenue in defending their client but this is just too absurd for words.   Then again, what do you expect from the self-proclaimed "angel of death row" after her poor performance and lack of documentation to support her position in her first attempt to remove the death penalty in Casey's case.

Do they really want to push another conversation about how much money they collected & from where before they claimed they were case broke as well as their client?   I'd like to see them have to answer to why Macaluso & Lyons contributed $70,000 each, where exactly those funds came from & how it was expended for this case.

The testimony that will be heard in this civil case is going to be a treasure trove of impeachment goodies!

IMO this one lonely HAIR is not a big deal at all. Casey dragged her kid all over the place to 'party' ALL the time. The hair could have come off Casey's clothing or from the car trunk or from Caylee's clothing...or a number of different places. If they think this will get her acquitted for reasonable doubt...they need to quit being stupid

The odds are that you're right. But I'm curious if this hair eventually turns out to be from someone KC knows, like swiped from Jesse's hairbrush (remember the suspicious visit to his place when she wanted to use his shower). I've been waiting for that shoe to drop. I think that would backfire on her. But it's unlikely I guess; probably just some random hair blown in by the wind.
