Yes, that's why many attorneys don't want their clients to tell them the truth.  Makes it easier for the attorney to argue in court when they don't hear the truth either (defense attorneys that is).

Bleah. I started something by wording something incorrectly.  She never admitted she did it, only admitted there was an accident.  I should have used the word accident in my first post or not come out of lurking... sorry.  photos made me sad... back in my corner.  Please drop it, I said it incorrectly.

OMG, Baez, just give it up already!  If LE had screwed up the investigation, it wouldn't matter, (not that they did,)  You already said your client was present when Caylee died. Unless Casey was arrested for abuse of a corpse, this makes no sense to me.

No what I mean is, if Baez told the jury HE KNEW how Caylee died, was he not obligated when she told him? & that George knew?
Wouldn't there be a record of this and LE questioning George about this?
