Sorry for the intrusion.....

PLEASE NOTE THE DONATION BUTTON ON OUR PAGE.  RED was hesitant to add a donation button but I talked him into it.  The donations would go to pay LEGAL fees Red is incurring due to this RightHaven suit.

For those who aren't aware, please go to this thread and read about RightHaven, or google RightHaven Suit:

http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=9451.0

Red is desperate, any donation at all would be hugely appreciated.  You can write LEGAL FEES if you like in the Donation comment area.  The smallest out of court settlements have been between 5-10K and there's no guarantee that RightHaven will settle out of court.

Thanks!

I just wanted to take the moment to thank all that have made donation to Scared Monkeys. Your thoughts and generosity are most welcome. We have sent personal thank you’s to all that have made donations; however, I noticed that some came back undeliverable for Comcast or ATT email providers. Please note, I want to wish a big thank you and it is very much appreciated.

I also realize that many support the cause; however, are unable to make donations. By supporting our advertisers, and continued reading at SMyou help out as well.

It is rare that we ever ask for donations in order to generate revenues to make the site go; however, the present situation is an unforeseen and unexpected situation.

You can donate through Paypal and we also might be adding a PO Box as well.

I thank all of you from the bottom of my Monkey heart.

Here's youtube link for the entire 3 days of hearings.
(20+ parts)

CMA Hearing 03/02/11 - Before Hearing

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=01swc6GkFlE&feature=related

Thanks Trimm!  I'm watching part one....notice how Mason and Baez are carrying on a conversation, before court starts, standing about 3 feet away from each other and Mason has no problem with his voice being heard.   I don't even know why they had to come up with an excuse as to why he wouldn't be speaking.  Maybe the media was asking why, thus the laryngitis story?  His personal health is none of our business, but there are always lies, every which way we turn.  Hopefully they will all stop come May.
I forgot this was day one, Mason didn't speak on day 2. Once again, My Bad.

Cindy is being sworn in (10:07) and her response is, "So help my GOD, yes."   MY GOD?  It could have been a slip, but the answer only requires one word.  I know, knit picking, but I'm seeing things on these videos that I missed in the courtroom.

Dear Judge Perry..........

You have a peanut gallery of fans out there in Cyberland!

Please keep your fan base by whipping out a decision to allow all of Casey's lies to be part of the trial. We're a fickle bunch and capable of throwing bananas at anyone who slows down justice for the kids we've adopted!

While we're chatting, could you please keep in mind that we have to plan to attend these hearings. There's so much to do! The collection process alone is daunting! There's hoards of food supplies to gather.... why the chokky alone takes a wheelbarrow, and then there's the liquor for when you let Baez talk for an extended period of time. Some have to buy cartons of ciggies and I'm not even going to talk about what else may be in some of those ashtrays!

Therefore, when court adjourns, could you please make sure you keep Monkeys in mind and spell out what your intentions are? Also, would it be too much to ask for a split screen into the sequestration room? Cindy may scratch her azz, or slip notes under the door, or use pins in a voodoo doll or something and we'd like nothing better than to squeal about it!

Thanks so much, Judge, and just let us know if you want vallium kitty to pass a little something along to you!

I love your note, CBB, with one exception.  I would not pass the valium kitty to anyone who is in the courtroom having to listen to the drone of JB or CM.  I would hate for HHJBP to fall asleep and hit the floor.  I love this judge and would appreciate it if he remained the one in charge of this case.  I think he maintains his cool rather well.  It surprises me how cool he looks on the outside, right before he admonishes an attorney or the defendant.  You just cannot tell what is going on in that smart head of his.  I would not like to be one of his children, they would never get away with a thing, but their punishments would no doubt be fair and reasonable.  How is the change of judges working for you now, Mr. Biiiiezzzz?  No doubt you are proud of your decision to get rid of JS.  I think the reason Casey sticks with JB is she feels sorry for him.  She was comforting him by rubbing his leg when he was being reminded to act appropriately in court, indeed the irony is rich.

If the defense team has not gotten it by now, I am not sure they ever will.  HHJP likes things to be ON TIME.  I am not sure how they are going to get it through to JB without drilling a hole in his head and putting the info in there and then closing it up again.  Maybe that is why Casey keeps writing, they are planning a procedure where they will drill a hole and stuff her notes inside.  She, therefore, should keep writing, there is plenty of room for her current notes and anything else she may wish put in there.  IOW there is plenty of room for improvement.

JB will continue to be disrespectful to HHJBP, the prosecution, LE, and anyone else who is considered a person of authority.  I believe this is the main thing JB and his client have in common, the disrespect for authority, including not finishing school.  He will continue to be late and he will continue to make the rules, but hopefully his punishment will become more severe as he continues this pattern.  It may not change him, but neither he nor his client have been held responsible for their actions, the result of which we are watching here.  JB had no respect for his child or his role of being a parent--he did not make child support payments, good thing he did not have custody.  His client also had no respect for her child, stealing to support herself first and foremost, then, as we saw from her purchases, stole to supply her boyfriend and his roommates second, and oops, didn't buy anything for Caylee at all.  I don't know about any of you, but buying something for a 2 year old girl has to be almost a compulsion for any mother and grandmother, their clothes and toys are so darn cute, how can you resist?  Unless, of course, your 2 year old is deceased, then she would not need any clothes or toys.  If she was missing and not deceased, I would think, she would be the only thing on your mind, and you would fill the shopping cart with things you want to shower her with on her return.  Boyfriend?  He would be the last one on my mind.  His friends?  Would not make it to my shopping list.  That's just me, but I'm a Mom and I respect the life God has entrusted me with, and I thank God every day for allowing me that privilege.

Please do not take offense to the 'finishing school' statement, it fits into their pattern of going against authority.  They were/are going to be the ones who made/make the rules.  No one is going to tell them what to do.  Casey especially did not want to do it because her Mom wanted her to.  This is just one of the things Cindy could not control, and Casey enjoyed that.  She described her mother as a troublemaker.  Yep, she wanted her to finish school and she also want her Granddaughter kept alive.  So, Casey dropped out of school and killed her Granddaughter, among many other things along the way, like repeatedly breaking into her parents tool shed.  Who does that?  I am not comparing Caylee's life to things, just trying to show Casey thought of her that way.  Most people treat their things better than Casey treated her daughter.

What a hard life for such a little girl.  She had the weight of the whole household on her shoulders.  I hope she enjoyed many happy moments also, before she was taken from this world.  God, hug her extra tight during the days of her mother's trial and pre-trial.  Let her forget any evil that happened to her during her short life.  She will experience bliss forevermore.  We love you, Caylee!

 an angelic monkey

What a great analysis...........you are so right about how a parent will always pick up even just a little something for their kids. I don't mean to do it, but I can't help but see "something" they "really need"  LOL

I just think about how much she must have endured being the "token" child which made that family look respectable to the outside world. When this first started, I often wondered where were all their friends, but as time went on I realized their family was so screwed up they were a totally closed group to the outside world. Caylee was only exposed to KC's parties and perversions and I have often wondered if she had been molested since KC just passed out where ever she was  I can't help but believe God let her be removed from her to prevent her from anything worse happening to her. God rest her little soul.

I agree, Turbo, my son is 17 and I still do it (deodorant, a magazine), but a 2 year old girl, oh, I would have to be restrained from all the pretty things at Target, before a shirt for me, even my son when he was 2, there was always a little something that caught my eye when he wasn't there, I missed him.

If I bookmark this link I watched the hearing on, will I be able to use it for all hearings and such?    http://mfile.akamai.com/12909/live/reflector:20877.asx

It should work, Tupe! I've put all the usual links (including that one) on page one, first post, so that folks coming onto the thread during streamed live events can quickly reference them. I hope this will help.... I know how frustrating looking for them can be. I've done the same for the next thread, so maybe posters can get used to them being there, whenever needed.
an angelic monkey Thank you CBB for putting it on the first page of the thread. I didn't think I was ever going to find that link again.

Great idea, CBB, now I can find the live feed, even if I never want to hear some of them speak.  I do like looking at some of them.  Yuri Melich comes to mind, his wife sure is a lucky woman, I understand he is also a lucky man.  There are not too many of him around.

I love it when Bearly retro posts!

BTW; Great analysis in the post you made, Miss Bear!!

Thanks, friend.

Morning monkeys!!

I am going to miss court today.  Think the judge will be upset?   Wink

I have been so tired and since I work nights, having to sit here and stay awake has been horrendous.  You don't know how many times I got up and walked around my office last night to try to keep awake.  I am always tired, but past few days has been horrible.  I think I might be getting a cold, so I am heading to bed now and do not plan to arise until much later.

So, could you all take exceptional notes for me to follow later, please?  When I was a kid, I used to think if I closed my eyes, somebody would not see me, or something bad would not happen.  so, if I go close my eyes, all the motions will be denied.   I also swore I could put my thumb in my mouth and blow out, that would enable me to fly, LOL.  I still swear to my siblings to this day that I used to fly.

Have a great day and I am praying for denials and moving closer to Justice for Caylee Marie.

we are behind the media row... right behind the prosecution.I have short blonde hair...was not aware of this video...thanks for providing it...
not sure if Tupelo wants to be identified...lol...

in looking at this video, see the older gentleman sitting behind us? there was some conversation that George's parents were attending...I had wondered who this guy was..maybe George's dad? doubt it..but he did not speak to anyone that I saw..maybe just an interested citizen like me and Tupelo...

also, I think that Lee has distanced himself from his family..He is going to tell the truth and I do believe that he was truthful while on the stand..kudos to Lee for having some canoodles to stand up to the other Ants and do the right thing..Casey is still controlling the puppet strings even from jail, but not with Lee...

I also am going to try to attend the trial in May..

I seem to recall that George also went on one of his tirades back in the days of the media and protesters camped out in front of their house & mentioned that he had people watching certain people.   I recall him talking about his investigators were following people & he knew things the rest of the world didnt (IMHO, yea he sure did but the reason was not what he gave the public or LE).  He also used the excuse for getting a gun because he would give those people a warning.  Subsequently, the detectives showed up at the Anthony home because someone called to inform them that there was a weapon in the home & as a condition of Casey's probation no firearms were allowed to be in the home.   It was later confiscated in the wheel well of George's car.   I'd have to look way back to see if the footage is still available.

Everything Dominic Casey and James Hoover did was at the Anthony's instructions.   There is also a reason why he told his friend & everyone that was in the home one evening when Casey first came home from jail "I can't live with this lie anymore."   There is a reason why he went to the SO's behind Cindy's back, the answer not as obvious as what he told detectives that we've heard thru discovery.  There is a reason he faked a suicide as well, grief for his granddaughter not even the tip of the iceberg why.   There is a reason why Mark Nejame felt the need to resign from representing them, more than we know.

I'm not even gonna get myself to the shade of livid discussing Cindy's antics.   They both knew, they both worked together to attempt to conceal it, they both tampered with evidence, they are both trying to blame LE with ridiculous unfounded accusations to get the heat off their monster, they both are and will continue to lie to save the very person that killed their granddaughter (IMHO).   They have every right to still love Casey with blinders on but they had NO right whatsoever to become accessories after the fact & tamper with evidence nor lie under oath.   They certainly do not have ANY right to publicly accuse innocent individuals of wrongdoing to create another suspect and/or due to a personal vendetta.    I have no empathy for them whatsoever due to their deplorable conduct and because in the manner that they are supporting their daughter, they are forsaking their granddaughter in the process.
IIRC, the person who sold the gun to George, called LE to inform them.  I have a feeling George, Casey and maybe Cindy would not be here today had that pc never been made.

CMA Hearing 03/02/11 - Part 3
S0meRand0mName

Cindy is being sworn in (10:07) and her response is, "So help my GOD, yes."   MY GOD?  It could have been a slip, but the answer only requires one word.  I know, knit picking, but I'm seeing things on these videos that I missed in the courtroom.
These people love to play word games . . . I am sure it was intentional.

The fact that she answered with more than "yes", or "yes I will" sounds to me like she doesn't mean "yes" at all.

Zoomomology- Please don't post OT youtubes in the MP threads, particularly on days when it's going to be busy.  I've moved the two you've posted this morning to Musings. They are very cute, but don't belong in this thread.  Thanks.  MuffyBee
