Ok it is driving me nuts, can anyone tell if the woman with strawberry blonde hair on front of George Anthony is "windchime" or Terri Stipp formerly of WS?

I no CA waited 31 days to demand to see Caylee. But she was already dead the first day so no matter what she did CA or GA could not have saved caylees life.
