I keep thinking of the Melissa Huckaby/Sandra Cantu case. 

Me too, there's something about the look of her eyes.  Like she knows something horrible happened.

Her eyes say it all  Just would like to know why her appearance has taken such a fall from when the Christmas photos were taken. Could it be that her oldest child moving out have something to do with her decline?

I wish we knew what happened.  Why all of a sudden, in the middle of the school year did he move out.  First as I understand it to the grandparents and then to his father.

Me too, there's something about the look of her eyes.  Like she knows something horrible happened.

I try not to put too much into a pic or two. Pics are a snap in time, and sometimes reveal something, sometimes - not so much. But that video where Terri is "snugglin'" up to Kyron's bio mom is strange. 

But the weird part was when Kaine walks down to speak - did you see that? Terri reaches her left arm out and like tries to give him some sort of parting "comfort" feel. I don't really know how to describe it - just strange.

And almost like the horrible thing has more to do with how people will see her than something horrible happening to Kyron.  Does that make sense?

I have a feeling that James has something to tell about that home.  Reportedly he was close with Kyron.  I'll bet he's feeling guilty.

When I was 16 I went to live with my father. I thought it would be cool.   

I went in the middle of the school year and still went to the same school.

Boy was that a mistake and I ran back to my mom

Yes and all I heard, which was on NG is that the teen and Kaine were butting heads. There has to be more, what teen and adult doesn't butt heads?

I just don't see how a judge would issue a restraining order, and full temporary custody to Kaine unless the judge has seen evidence we have not.  I still say that 2nd poly and interview with LE provided the impetus for Kaine to file for divorce and restraining order.

In other words, Terri must not be as innocent as her friends think.

He has, and he has also barred both parties and counsel from discussing the reason for the petition without court approval, which is like, well, unheard of. I think it may be Grand Jury or DA testimony.

Do we know the reason for the second polygraph test?

 Did she flunk the first with too many deceptive answers? 

Did she flunk the second one also?

This could lead to a verbal fight at the residence that afternoon..Kaine mad that she was being deceptive about  her answers when all he wants is for her to cooperate so they can find the little red tree frog expert? 

Kaine leaves with the baby..she rushes out to the driveway with a gun to try and stop him and he calls 911? 

She broke down during the first polygraphy test, I read from a poster while gleaning on Oregon newsy sites.

Very strange, and even though I feel Terri at least has knowledge of what happened, for some reason I'm very uncomfortable with Kaine, can't put my finger on it.

I saw real emotion from Tony and Desiree.  Kaine seems detacted.  The look Terri gives Desiree when she looks up at her really bugs me.  Like she wants to be sorry for her, but she can't quite pull it off.

I could see how this could go either way.

A mad and vindictive husband makes unfounded allegations - and the police take her over to the mental hospital. What happens to the investigation then?

Maybe all this pressure is too much and she goes crazy and then the investigation is in peril. Could the police believe anything she says if is goes nuts? and wouldn't a good defense attorney make a mess out of something like that?
