Fox is reporting that the Census folks have severed all ties with ACORN.    

I thought that was already a given Trimm. 

They won't be participating in the 2010 census count.I wonder what will happen after that?

That sounds like fun    I'm in bedroom he!! here still hanging pictures, and getting ready to move all her books and videos off the bookshelf. Am happy my daughter and her friend arrived, and have already toured the Winchester House up in San Jose. I'm sure they had a lot of fun, I know I did when I toured it many years ago.

Not too hard, just throwing out a lot of skinny clothes that I will never wear again. Plus other stuff that I don't use or need. Anyone need 20 pairs of flip flops? I got em. They aren't designer or anything, just plain Target/Walmart brands

IDK. I had so many clothes that I couldn't or don't wear.  I used to dress up when I was thinner, but not anymore, jeans and a blouse or sweat shirt in the winter.

IDK, I just remember the hubub about them being invovled months back. Glad it is coming to bite them in the arse now before it is too late!!!! God bless those two that outed ACORN.

JSM I have never washed anything going to the thrift store, but they were already clean. I figure if someone buys something at the thrift store they will take it home and wash the clothes

NOt surprising it was Baltimore. When my son was driving, he had to deliver at a place in Baltimore late at night. Across the street was a huge multi-storied half-way house. The place he was at was locked, and wouldn't even let him come inside while they was unloading his trailer.

 All the occupants of the Half-way house were milling around outside, and moved their cars right in front of his truck so he could possibly hit them pulling out. He called me on the phone that night, and said he really feared for his life. Several approached his truck, and he made a motion like he was pulling a weapon and they ran. Finally, the police came by, and made them move their cars before he left.

 He drove out to the main highway before he stopped and closed the doors on his empty trailer. He was out of driving time on his log book, but he ran a couple of hours to get the he77 out of there. He called me about 3am to let me know he had finally found a safe spot to park. I am glad he is now going to college. It is worth all the sacrifice.

That is so scary Fanny. I am glad he made it out safe.

My dad when he first retired, took a job driving cars from here to different cities. He accidently got off a freeway in I think Philly and a policeman saw him driving on the streets. The policeman told him to get the h*ll out of there and even escorted him to the freeway. I think that was the last time my Daddy did that job.
