She is wrong imo.  its not ok to audiotape...but videotape is ok.  recent higher court decision, I believe.

But she is couching it in Casey's right not to be videotaped!!

She doesnt like the fact that they are watched but is NOW saying that she hears clicking, implying that someone is listening them to her!!!

I was just thinking that!   This is another "boo hoo poor poor Casey" arguement IMO.
