Josef isn't acting right tonight. He acted like he was feeling so good this morning and when I picked him up. Now he is sleeping and barely ate. I hope he is just tired and sleepy. I am skating tomorrow and taking him to daycare. His vet can check on him tomorrow. I hate being a paranoid freak about him, he just isn't acting normal tonight.

I hope Josef is better today. 

THanks Mission. I can't tell if he is or not. Gotta give him his pill in a bit. They gave me a pill pusher, hope it works

Cool video Brandi, evening monkeys. Hope all is well with you tonight. I am pizzed. I was walking up my stairs and there are all the arrows written in chalk, then I get to the top floor and there was a piece of gum in the breezeway by my door. I'll be d*mn if some jerk wrote in different colors of chalk PLEASE STOP and drew a circle around the gum.  It's not my gum, but I would like to shove the gum up whomever's arse it belongs to. I am thinking on putting it up on Passive Aggressive Notes dot com 

WTH???  What a moron - dah anyone can spit out gum.  You should have gotten some chalk and written "It's not mine jerkwad"     He went to alot of work for what?? 

My downstairs neighbor saw the person doing it. Turns out it is the neighbor that lives across from me. She would die if she knew Josef puked on her door mat the other night. I cleaned it up, now I wish I hadn't. 

How old is this neighbor? I wish you would have left the vomit there also

Oh no, I hope not, I've been really bad, I keep taking the splint off, and then forget to put it back on  Finally got my authorization for my foot today in the mail, so now Monday I can call and make that appointment. I'm more concerned about that then the finger. Your neighbor sounds like a real pip, sounds like some around here. Most of the people here I don't even bother with, they irritate me so, don't need the frustration. I know who I want and don't want to talk to here.

I am glad you are getting to see the doctor for your foot No Rose. My neighbor, I don't know what to think. She b*tches about gum, but guarantee her dog is the one that poops by the back stairs and doesn't pick it up. Her's is the only dog that lives in this building besides Joe and I always pick his up and we don't walk in the back. Maybe I need to get spray paint and paint arrows on the grass pointing at the poop and write PLEASE STOP.  I only have a few neighbors I talk to, you are just like me No Rose.

Hi JSM and No Rose  Hope Zoe and Josef are good tonight.  Every night when I tell Charlie it's time to go to bed he zooms up the stairs and gets into my bed.  I have twin beds put together like a king size and he has his own.  I think his aim in life is to take over my bed.  Then he will know for sure that he's the boss.  Anyway, after I get ready for bed and tell him to move over, he reluctantly does.  It's a game we play every night.

That's cute, when it is time for bed Zoe goes right to her bed, which is on my side of the bed on the floor. And if I get up during the night she is very careful to look at me so I don't bump her bed  I'm very careful not too, or there will be a good growl.

Thanks No Rose, I gave him his heartworm pill today and it took two tries to get that down. I guess your daughter is sleeping on the couch tonight if Zoe still stays on the bed?

Hi Baby. That is sweet Charlie does that and loves to go to bed. Joe would do that and get on the bed first, now it takes a piece of bread to even get him on the bed. I didn't like when he would hog my bed, but now that he won't get up on it, I really miss him sleeping with me. When he came home from the hospital, I slept on the floor until last night. Just so I could be close and know he was okay during the night.

That's cute, when it is time for bed Zoe goes right to her bed, which is on my side of the bed on the floor. And if I get up during the night she is very careful to look at me so I don't bump her bed  I'm very careful not too, or there will be a good growl.

When Josef sleeps on the floor he moves around and I am afraid of stepping on him during the night.

  He ate one pill in a peanut butter sandwich, the other he ate around. Used the pill popper. It worked, but he didn't like it at all.  I feel so bad for him.

I wish they would have had a pill popper when my kids were little  My youngest, who was a spitefire, would put a pill in her mouth and I would think she took it, only to find out years later she would go outside and spit it into the shrubs  I'm sure if they have those at the vet they are safe, I'm sure he didn't like it, but he needs the pill. I'm going to go watch tv and lay down, we ate the Outback tonight, and that blooming onion is playing havoc with my stomach. That will teach me too overeat

JSM  What's a pill popper?  I know it must be some kind of gadget to give a dog a pill, but I don't understand how it works.  I might need one for Charlie some day.  thanks.

Pill popper probably wouldnt work for a kid though, you have to shove it down their throat and hit the plunger at the right time.  Spit it in the shrubs. OMG how funny. My nephew when he was about 1 1/2 would stay with me and if he needed a baby tylenol I would hold out a handful of smarties with a chewable tylenol. That kid was so smart, ate all the candy and wouldn't take they medicine.

Hi Baby, it looks like a syringe that has a rubber tip you put the pill in, pull the plunger back, open the mouth and put it in the back of the dog's mouth, and shoot the plunger quickly. I works, I didn't think it would, but it did. They sell them at my vet, but I think they probably sell them at PetsMart.  Kisses to Charlie, I think of him all the time when the green cloud envelops my living room.
