Hello all.  I have been watching this unfold with all of you.  They are now trying to discredit E.J. hoping that when she starts talking noone will believe her, and I'm not sure she can be trusted, but neither can they!

Finally, LE is at least going to have a look around the Smith's home, check out computers, etc.

One of the local news stations just reported the cops entering the Smith's house at approx. 10:30pm mtn time.

The cell phone pings or to locate a cell phone is only available if the cell phone has the location option on. Then it is my understanding it is only able to track the pings or location when calling 911. As on the morning of 14th my son used his cell phone to call 911 for an ambulance for me. I have serious health condition that was causing more problems than usual and he was worried, and had to leave for school. The strange thing was that the cell phone call went to a city (911 call center) in another state over 35 air miles away, instead of going to the local 911 center less then 22 air miles away. (In the past we have only used landline calls to 911.) Yes, I am home and better.
 
This makes me believe any information about cell phone / car gps systems is unreliable information. Now if the police would obtain Elizabeths cell phone records this would have valid information. If they have these records I would believe they would not make this information public. They would only be able to obtain these records through a court subpoena.

It appears her name is Elizabeth A. Johnson and may have changed back to her maiden name or kept the last name Johnson?
 
 
On Wednesday the 13th I found the connection with Tammi and the International Association for Colon Hydro Therapy, located at 11103 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX which can place Tammi as to knowing this area. There was an earlier post that stated she says she has never been there, San Antonio. So how did she get the colon hydro therapy training? Via the mail :)
 
Gate Studios and Suites, 11221 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio is located nearby. (Tammi may have stayed there while she went for training?) Tammi has a connection with this area of San Antonio. After the police report (from an earlier post) going to the IACT location, I again checked their website at:  www.i-act.org  and checked in referrals and Tammi Smith is not listed anymore? Don't know why.
 
 
It was great to read that the AZ Police took Tammi Smiths computer. (From a previous post here) They finally had enough evidence to gain the search warrant. No matter what she has deleted, it is still there on her hard drive. This is such excellent news. The next thing that will happen is arrest warrants for the Smiths. Since Jackie knows what Tammi knows.
 
As for the unrecorded interview, think again. If Tammi knew she was being recorded would she talk? I wonder if Elizabeth has talked to the police and gave a confession because she knows what she did is wrong. That now she is helping the police as the Smiths instigated the whole plan. I would not be surprised if the Smiths provided Elizabeth with false ID or that she was wired during the interview with Tammi. It is best in finding Gabriel if it would appear Elizabeth is not giving out info or giving incorrect info. The Police want the Smiths, I believe that this is not the only case of baby trading they have been involved with, my opinion. Also, the police are letting the Smiths "hang" themselves with all their lies. This is why I believe they are just letting the Smiths talk to who ever they want to.

 
Please think about this, there is a lot of misinformation about this case (and many others) the details change, etc. as the news is only as reliable as its sources are. Anything that Tammi Smith has said is only said to protect herself. She has changed her answers too many times. She has known way too much of where and what Elizabeth was doing. I hope she just keeps talking because she keeps telling dis-information. You have to compare what she says to what really has been confirmed.



 
Now monkeys, please read between the lines, when a person goes online, they have their comfort zones. The sites they frequent. Think about where she went while still in AZ. These are the same places she would continue to frequent. Check this site. One or more of you monkeys have done diving there. I believe something is there.

Good morning Searching.  I am so sad at the loss of hope that Gabriel would be found from the posting by Beth.  Now, I am back to being very afraid for this beautiful baby boy. ::MonkeyEek::

I am on the fence, I do believe that TS was/is so desperate to adopt a baby that she would do "what ever it takes" in order to get her way. I think TS is use to getting her way and getting what she wants no matter what she has to do in order to do so, but I also think EJ is/was capable of getting rid of the one remainder of her relationship with baby Gabes father in what ever way was quickest and required the least effort, I also think she is and was capable of fatally injuring someone in a fit of rage, including her own child. The lies that TS has continued to tell and her readily telling "her side" of the tale in the media coupled with all those other things she has done leads me to think she has baby Gabe stashed somewhere or knows where he is, or maybe she is so angry that EJ did not let her keep him, she will do what she can to make sure that big bus hits EJ with every tire. The fact that still no one has come forward with him makes me believe that EJ just ridded herself of her one burden left over from her prior relationship. Poor baby Gabe. I hope the truth comes out soon.

Yep,  Tammi is spinning the web in which Elizabeth is changing her stories.  I think some info will be found on Tammi computer that will lead to an arrest.  Pink Undies are a Hot Item these days.

TEMPE -- It's been weeks since an 8-month-old Tempe baby disappeared and now new details are emerging about where he might be.

Yesterday, a woman from the Midwest blogged about adopting a baby named Gabriel in San Antonio. Investigators are following up on that, but have not yet been able to confirm anything.

Back here in the Valley, police are putting the pressure on a couple they consider persons of interest in thee case -- Jack and Tammi Smith, who claimed they were trying to adopt Gabriel.

Last week, the police called the Smiths people of interest, believing the couple knows more about Gabriel's whereabouts than they've said.

Investigators spent hours with Tammi yesterday. Late last night they served a search warrant at the Smith's home in North Scottsdale.

In addition to the blogger who claims to have the baby, another woman has come forward, saying she took care of the child a few days before she vanished.

The woman, who lives in Texas, says she babysat Gabriel in a Texas hotel. She spoke with CNN's Nancy Grace about Gabriel's mother, Elizabeth Johnson.

Johnson is behind bars here in Arizona. She's charged with kidnapping and is being held on a $1.1 million bond.

I did a search on domestic violence assistance in San Antonio.  It is prob just a coincidence.  But the third listing down has a website that is temp down for reasons of developing a new site.  Hmmm.  Did they have a site up prior and did it suggest helping women with abusive spouses?  It is prob nothing. Why did TS have access to the name of the San Antonio babysitter?

1.  Tammi Smith admits she encouraged Elizabeth to falsify information on official papers related to Gabriel.

2.  I would assume investigators checked out the "Baby Gabriel" who Beth adopted.

Yes, this is a very frusutrating case. I am not sure how much Tammi Smith is connected to the disappearance, but something sure seems fishy. At the very least, like others have mentioned, she certainly did seem willing to do whatever it took--including resort to lying--to get that baby.

From a San Antonio reporter, that is how the two connected, Tammi talked on the phone with the babysitter. I don't understand, if you are doing something illegal, like with brokering babies, why would you be so willing to be talking to police, going all over the place on tv shows? Wouldn't a person lawyer up and shut up?

One would think so No Rose.  I don't think she is brokering babies though.  I DO think she wanted that baby so bad she would lie or do anything to make it happen though.

Woman Claims She Cared for Missing Baby
One of the last people to see baby Gabriel Johnson is speaking with Fox News at Nine. An 18 year-old babysitter says was hired by Elizabeth Johnson here in San Antonio before her son disappeared. Yami Virgin spoke to her.

Meanwhile, police in Arizona say there has been no progress in the search for missing baby Gabriel Johnson. Authorities say they recently discovered a blog post that may turn into a potential lead. The 8-month-old has been missing since just after Christmas. He was last seen with his mother, Elizabeth Johnson, here in San Antonio.

There's an entry from a blogger named "Beth" on beckyhiggins.com from around the first of the year drawing a lot of speculation.

The post reads: "I live in Wisconsin, but am currently in San Antonio. My husband and I are adopting a baby boy that was placed in out care January 1. I've decided to make our project life baby Gabriel." Investigators are checking into this lead.

Well that was what I thought too after I saw that video but then this other one says it has not been concluded yet.  So which is it?

In this day and age, it should take about 3 minutes for Wisconsin LE to take a photo of the baby in question and email over to the department. Why the guess work?

When I read the comment, and if it is true, the first thing that popped into my mind was, Münchausen syndrome by proxy has been documented in the parent or guardian of a child. The adult ensures that his or her child will experience some medical affliction, therefore compelling the child to suffer treatment for a significant portion of their youth in hospitals. Wonder if Tammi might have that, a stretch, but who knows.

I do not think Becky's word should be taken as gospel.  Administrator Becky may just be repeating to reporters what Blogger Beth has stated.

I am waiting for something official to be reported.  The timing and name mentioned in Blogger Beth's post is a huge coincident.  This tip needs to be investigated prior to being ruled out.

I am going to wait for LE to confirm the baby in WI is not baby Gabriel. The owner of the site said it was a 15 day old infant and unless she is standing there holding this baby I am not going to say it is a fact.

I think Tammi is a woman that needs professional help.  Tammi keeps either trying to deflect her responsibility in this or justifies it by saying she was just trying to help. She went as far as helping EJ come up with a real name for the court papers although it was still a lie? Why would she not want EJ to put a fake name? What is the difference between a fake or made up name or a real person name that EJ has never met? Either way it is a lie, right? But she somehow, in her mind, justifies it as not as bad as a lie? Then when asked why we should believe her now she then puts it back on us and on God, deflecting her responsibility, and asks us to pray about it. Yea I prayed and God gave me a clue this woman is a nut case.

Hmmm.  The warrant served last night at Tammi's house...  If this is her last FB post, then I would assume that LE took her computer with them.  Maybe we will start to see something positive materialize in the investigation now.   I would be willing to bet Tammi would have went and bought a laptop if her PC was taken by LE.  She loves being on TV and commenting about the case on FB.  In the end I still believe Tammi will be in jail.

If it was a crime to be Monkey in this cage... if I had a two week heads-up that my computer may be confiscated ... my hard drive would have gone "poof".

I was just thinking about something and correct me if I am wrong, but why on earth would LE actually agree to not tape the meeting between EJ and Tammi? I don't think we can tell LE what they will do and how they will do it, especially if we are a POI. I also believe they have to tape or record any meeting between an inmate and a visitor, unless it is an attorney, if for nothing else but for safety sake. I bet they did record it. You know anyway that a guard would be present, would they allow EJ and Tammi to be in a room all alone?

Another thing I was wondering, what happened to the little down syndrome child she was set to adopt? Where is he? She stated she was set to adopt this child and then came baby Gabriel's mom phone call and they put aside the other child? Did he just go onto someone else? Does that make sense to do? Would a person set to adopt and awaiting word of a future baby to be born just say, never mind, I will take this one instead? Remember she said she had only met EJ on a plane ride, what is that about 3 hours? So you change your whole plan, give up a child you are set to adopt for a child you saw for 3 hours and haven't seen or heard anything about in 7 months? Does that make sense? 

also why the change of stories about how they got Baby Gabriel? First I read EJ came to them and then I read now she says they went to EJ and left with a baby. hmmm Why would there be a need to lie about this? Then the airports change? Why the change of airports? it is either one or the other, I don't think it really matters in the long run, but why the constant need to change stories? 

This is why I keep on believing she is more involved then what it appears on the surface, that she just wanted to adopt a baby.

IIRC the Cindy and George Anthony have not spoken to Casey for a very long time because not only is their conversations recorded ... those recordings are publicly disclosed.

It makes sense that the only reason LE would allow a visitation with EJ by TS would be a  recording of the conversation ... a recording that may shed some light on the whereabouts of baby Gabriel.

Gabriel is the cutest little boy. Was praying he would be found when I got on line today

I have been thinking about how quickly, Elizabeth was able to find this couple. Not likely after she left AZ. Think she found the couple prior to leaving AZ, but never told Smiths.

Smiths set up plan for Elizabeth to go to hotel, be seen at park and then she was or Gabriel was to go to Janet Morris in TN. Wait the legal amount of time to become an abandoned baby. Then the Smiths could adopt.

Elizabeth changed plans while still in AZ, as the date she was giving away baby stuff for free on craigslist (12/12/2009) as posted earlier. At the time she wanted to give away baby Gabriel, hurt Logan but did not see the Smiths would fit her plan and she knew them too well and used them to acomplish her own plan. I think she made a connection with the couple during this time while still in AZ. (Maybe check sites where couples are seeking to adopt. Some of these sites have photos, bios of the couples.)

There was an earlier post of Tammi Smith cafemom bio. Read that and you can tell she is a real wack job.  This media attention is feeding her ego like crazy. She just keeps thinking my book The Silenced Truth will be a best selling and made into a movie...

Someone was going to sift thru some of the Craigslist postings in Tempe and San Antonio area.  Did anything else look like a possibility in any of the posts regarding wanting to adopt a baby?  Or looking for baby items due to having a new baby? 

I am sure if this is the said way Elizabeth found the couple she gave Gabriel to, then I would have great supsicion that this couple also used craigslist to post things and search for things to buy.  You just doi not go to craigslist one day, and decide to see if you can find a baby to adopt.

has it been reported whether or not Elizabeth's computer was taken by LE?  How did she find the babysitter in SA ?  Do we know if the hotel she stayed at allowed guests to use a hotel computer?  It seems to me that she would have been able to get on CL during her stay in SA, unless someone else did it for her.

No report if EJ's computer was found.   Found sitter through Craigslist, ad was posted last night on last thread.  She used hotel computer per Fox article, police have taken that.  I can dig for the article again.

First I want to say I find it highly inappropriate for this Becky person to take it upon herself and call Beth and ask her about the baby. Hello just because someone is order her product doesn't automatically mean they are honest people? Also, since I am not hearing from LE themselves that infact the baby Beth has is only 15 days old, and it was a phone call and not an in person meeting Becky had, this cannot be fully discounted. I am going to still wait until hear from the police on this one.

I didn't find anything on craigslist in San Antonio that would stand out but then again I do not know EJ's cell number so I was not able to really discount anything. I find it interesting there were calls for models and actresses and she left the motel all dolled up. From some of the pics shown of her, I think maybe she had an interest in modeling. It could account for some of the extra money.

PD searches home of ‘persons of interest’ in Tempe baby case (with video)

TEMPE, AZ -- Tempe officials say detectives have finished searching the home of a Scottsdale couple considered 'persons of interest' in the case of an 8-month-old boy missing since December.

Tempe Police Department spokesperson Mike Horn confirmed that police served the search warrant at Tammi and Jack Smith's home near 160th Street and Rio Verde Trail Thursday night.

Horn would not say what detectives were looking for, but it's likely investigators are interested in computers and any of the Smith's travel documents.

Detectives were at the home for several hours and left early Thursday morning.

A rambling thought: Someone asked earlier why the Smiths would continue to give interviews, etc; but it's a fact that lots of times those people who seem most willing to help police--the ones who keep "coming into information"--are the ones who have something to hide, but they feel that by seeming helpful they might draw suspicion away from themselves, as well as they feel they will have "inside" knowledge into what's going on so they can monitor if LE suspects them. Hi.. First post - I just wanted to say first that I'm glad I found this site.. I think I first heard of Gabriel through NG a couple weeks ago. I was so concerned for him and aggravated that the mom wouldn't lift a finger to help. Then when the Smiths popped up I was just shocked at them the first night on the show, blaming the father and trying to get everyone to believe the mother was acting in the baby's best interest. (I was so annoyed at NG for being snippy with Mark Klaas when he called out how the Smiths were blaming the father unfoundly.. I don't understang NG defense or excuses for them, unless she is trying to draw them out to say something) Also.. I'm glad to have found you guys, who research tirelessly in order to help find this child. I admire the information you have found. (I love internet research, my supervisor calls me "Googles" as a nickname)

The Smiths said they were just relaying messages from Johnson to McQueary after she had taken off with the baby.

"Let's do this paperwork, and maybe she'll tell us where the baby is," Tammi said.  "It's not legal anyway, but does she have to know that? I mean, I'd rather get the baby back and sign the phony papers, but I guess the detectives don't want us to do that

Does anyone see the different tone of each of the stories? Logan's tells a story of a young father being strong armed and basically blackmailed into doing what he does not wish to do.
 
Tammi's story tells of how she is pleading with this young father to just do this so we can get this baby away from the crazy mother..We will not hold you accountable for signing, we really just want the baby safe because we are trying to help out! But not even the police would allow this...

hmmm most people would say that the truth is somewhere in the middle but I don't' think so. I think the history tells the story and supports Logan. Given the smiths falsified documentation to strip the father of his parental rights, I can imagine them using the situation to strong arm Logan once again. Plus why would Logan want to given this impression of the smiths if they didn't' try to strong arm him? Why would he not say, yes they wanted to pretend I signed the paperwork to see if she comes home? What reasons would he have to not go along with that plan? It does seem as a way to manipulate her. It just doesn't hold water to me.

I wonder if this was the plan they had devised. Get Logan to sign away his rights by having the mom leave with Gabriel. My only fear is given what hte babysitter said about Gabriel's condition and the most obvious neglect EJ displayed, that she lost control and killed the baby.

I agree Tracygirl. I am glad Logan didn't give in. Many other young fathers might have gone along with it; so regardless of whatever the Smiths say about his character, it sure seemed he fought for his son.

I know you guys have moved past Beth's blog, but real life called me away for a few minutes, but from What Pat told me last night on the phone, the police did not just take Becky's word about the baby.   They were to do a search yesterday in Wisconsin and they were speaking to Beth themselves.

I feel sure that Jack and Tammi have purged their computer in the past 2 weeks or they would not be so ready to have them check it....Don't think they have sense enough to know they can find what was purged. I want to see those two in their pink undies doing the perp walk.

Another thing Elizabeth probably has a cell phone with internet access. Most young people have them.

For a 4.0 student Elizabeth sure can write a run on sentence, just saying. These emails were an obvious attempt to deflect responsibility away from them by overly stating such things as in the first email. By writing that it makes us, the reader think wow she was really duped by EJ and the poor thing believed she was really helping this woman who claimed she was an abuse victim. Poor Tammi, she really is a nice woman! NOT! Tammi I am not fooled and anyone with 1/2 a brain can see what these emails are. 

Man o Man.....  Elizabeth sure is smooth with stories.  In that one email she states,  I already have a fulltime job and my supervisor understands my situation.   My view....After this hit the news, Tammi and Jack may have changed their ways.  However, they sure were ready to do illegal stuff like naming their cousin as the baby father.

I totally agree that Becky should not have picked up the phone and called "Beth".  I wonder if she were prompted to by the reporter?  Did she really think "Beth" was going to admit it was the same baby, if it were?   She inserted herself into what should have been police work, IMO.  That said, I think Becky is a sweet person and was most likely encouraged by a nosey reporter who wanted to be there if there was a story? Thank you!  this is encouraging to me.  I would think that whatever she did before she got the babysitter lined up, and afterwards, will be of great interest to LE.  I remember the babysitter said EJ was angry with her and said "You're Late!" when she showed up.  Sounds like she had an appointment somewhere and she did not want to be late.

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Tempe police confirmed that officers executed a search warrant late Thursday night at the home of a Scottsdale couple considered "persons of interest" in a missing Arizona baby case.

Baby Gabriel's sitter speaks out

A babysitter who watched Gabriel Johnson the night he and his mother arrived in San Antonio says Elizabeth Johnson seemed detached from her son. 18-year-old Analisa Urias says Johnson contacted her after seeing her babysitter ad on Craigslist and hired her to watch her son on the night of December 21st at the Homegate Studios and Suites on Laureate Drive.

“She was not affectionate towards Gabriel or anything, it did not seem like she really wanted him.” said Urias who says Johnson gave very few instructions to the babysitter before leaving.  Urias says there was a sharp knife sitting in the room.

Two hours later, Johnson returned to the room and received a phone call from someone speaking loud enough for Analisa to hear. Johnson told her it was her grandmother and explained her husband was threatening her family because of a custody battle.

The FBI questioned Analisa about her contact with Johnson, but there was no indication where the mother may be going or what she was planning on doing with her son.

“She said she needed to figure out what she was going to do with her life.” according to Urias.

Employees at Homegate told KENS 5 Johnson booked the room for a week, but left behind a car seat and clothes.

Tammi Fay Peters Smith,35, is a 'person of interest' in the disappearance case of eight-month-old Gabriel Johnson. Her profession is Advanced Certified Colon Hydro-therapist for her company Healing Waters Health and Wellness Clinic. Tammi and her husband Jack Smith, 56, have one adopted daughter, Hannah Grace, who is four-and-a-half years old. Hannah was his grandchild. Her biological father is Jack's stepson Travis Andrews Warford. Jack Smith told CNN, "We— you know, we got Hannah in our house at four months old and the adoption wasn't final until two— until she was two." Mr. Warford claims the Smiths offered him money to sign over his custodial rights. He says regarding the Smiths and baby Gabriel, "I think what they've done is wrong. They've manipulated the system and lied and I wouldn't mind seeing them face charges."

The Smiths each have children from previous marriages. Tammi lost custody of her three offspring to the father, Kieth Facio and his new wife. She said in an Internet post, "As all I ever wanted since I was a little girl was to have lots of kids to love. I am so happy to have all 4 kids in my life as well as all my kids in Africa." The Smiths had used to reside in Nashville, Tennessee where numerous sightings of baby Gabriel Johnson have been reported since some time after December 27, 2009 when he was reported missing. Jack Smith lived there for about thirty-five years and has close family there, including two sons. He is said to have played steel guitar for country music star Bill Anderson. Tammi lived in Nashville for about ten or twelve years. She started her first Healing Waters clinic there in 2004.
A connection may exist between Tammi Smith and Janet Morris of The Adoption Place located in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. An occasional child set up for adoption by The Adoption Place came from a biological father, court papers show, who was discredited in court and thus lost custody— and his right to prevent an adoption. Did the Smiths connect Elizabeth with Janet Morris? Did Elizabeth give baby Gabriel to representatives of The Adoption Place, who then took Gabriel to Tennessee from Texas? Tammi posted on Facebook, "Please keep praying for Gabriel and his mommy's safety on the road! She found an underground help in TX that has given her formula/ diapers, Etc. and all the legal formalities... Keep praying for his safety!!!!!!"

Are you willing to do a TS? What state do you live in? We have been looking for a while!!! My 3 year old daughter is getting very antsy wondering when her new baby sister or brother will come, lol... I do missions in Africa but they won't let anyone outside Africa to adopt! So we are going the surrogate route since I had an emergency hysterectomy about 10 years ago (age 26).

When the KPHO reporter asked Elizabeth why if she felt so stressed out, she didn't just take baby Gabriel to a police station, Elizabeth replied, "I did think about that." When asked why she didn't do it then, she said, "Because I was afraid I was gonna get arrested." Tammi interjected, "Who told you that?" Elizabeth said with emphasis, as if the answer was obvious, "Logan." Tammi said, "So... basically, you were on the ledge— and Logan pushed you off." Elizabeth said, Yes."

Yes - Jack was asked about ties on NG - he said something like it is a nice town - I can't remember what he said about a home there - I wanna say he denied they lived there but don't take that to the bank my memory is vague about that particular interview.

OMG she just lied again.  Tammi is the one who filled out the court docs with Craig's name on it as possible father.  She first said she never proof read it when she copied it but she just said SHE filled out the doc and when police showed it to her it was her handwritting and she just forgot that she was the one who filled in the doc. 

Yes, she danced all around the question and in the end lied yet again.

TEMPE, AZ -- The mother of an 8-month-old boy who has been missing since late December was indicted by a grand jury Thursday.

Elizabeth Johnson was indicted on charges of kidnapping, child abuse, custodial interference, and conspiracy to commit custodial interference.

Officials say Johnson fled the state with her son during the week of December 22 in an apparent custody dispute.

On Friday, Tempe officials confirmed that detectives have searched the home of a Scottsdale couple considered 'persons of interest' in the case of missing 8-month-old Gabriel Johnson.

Tempe Police Department spokesperson Mike Horn confirmed that a search warrant was served at Tammi and Jack Smith's home near 160th Street and Rio Verde Trail Thursday night.

On Friday, Jack Smith said police took his laptop computer and made a copy of his business computer's hard drive. He said they also took brochures they had for a foster agency.

He said police arrived around 7:30 p.m. to secure the home until the search warrant arrived. Smith said detectives began searching around 11 p.m., finishing around 1 a.m.

The Smiths say they offered to allow police search the home weeks ago.

I'm hoping the answer to your question has to do with LE letting her run around flapping her gums, doing interviews because the more she talks, the more is learned.  And perhaps the charge for falsifying official documents is small potatoes to what they can eventually nail her with.  I think if she were arrested, she might lawyer up and we wouldn't be hearing from her anymore.  She would clam up.  Yeah, I know.  Sometimes I wish she would just hush and quit trying to act like she's on her on reality tv show, LOL.  But let her talk, imo.  Maybe, just maybe she'll slip up or someone else will and it might be enough to follow up on and find Gabriel.  JMHO  I hope these are the reasons Tammi's still out doing interviews, and not because LE isn't handling the case as it should be.   ::MonkeyAngel::

So the whole carpolla story about how EJ wanted to write down Jack's name on the paternity papers, and enima woman said no. That the papers  were for child support.  Then they were laughing about Craig who has the same arrest record as Logan  which is how EJ knew his name, and Tammi rushed to make 3 copies of the papers but never proof read them so did not know Craig's name was there is a bigger pile then  the after effects of a months worth of colonics.

After Yami the reporter in San Antonio let Tammi talk to the baby sitter on the phone, I sent an email to the station asking them why one of their reporters was giving info to Tammi Smith. I said a few other things too. Anyway, I got a nice email from Yami this evening.

She said she had no priviledged information to give to Tammi. Anything she told Tammi was things they were going on the air with. Said she just happened to be the first to get in touch with Tammi after the Tempe LE asked for thier help.
She ended the email with this.
"As reporters we all have our different ways that we engage people so they talk to us.  I want to assure you that I like everyone else want this baby found.  I pray that he is alive and safe.  I truly appreciate your email and please free to contact me at my email.

I appreciate you sharing this and understand that the reporter is in it for the story but this same reporter called Tammi and let the sitter talk to her on the phone.

Why did she not call Logan and let HIM speak to the sitter about HIS son?

After listening to how Tammi coaxed EJ in the jailhouse call there is a possibility that Tammi has also coaxed the sitter with her story. 

What happened to NG tonight? She was there, then suddenly not, and they replayed clips of the babysitter. Was that only in my  part of the country?

Tempe officers search couple's home looking for clues in baby's disappearance

Officers from the Tempe, Ariz, Police Department searched the home of Scottsdale couple looking for clues in the disappearance of 8-month-old Gabriel Johnson.

Officers served the search warrant at Tammi and Jack Smith's home Thursday night.

The Smiths have told police that Elizabeth Johnson, the baby's mother, asked if they wanted to adopt Gabriel, according to a police department news release.

The two have been persons of interest since the beginning of the investigation in late December.

Mike Horn, media relations lieutenant, said investigators were at the Smiths' home until 1:15 a.m.

The child's mother was arrested in Florida and is being held in the Tempe jail.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- FBI agents in Nashville rushed to a home after getting a tip from agents in Miami that missing baby Gabriel Johnson might be there.

And late Friday night, Tammi Smith told CBS5 she knew what the Nashville search was all about. It was the home of a friend of hers, Janet Morris, who she asked to counsel Elizabeth Johnson about what she could face legally if she tried to disappear with Gabriel.

"I called (Elizabeth) and said 'look, you've got to call this girl Janet,' and so Janet basically, she called her and as far as I know, Janet told her the same thing that we've been telling her and begged her to come back. 'And if you don't come back, you could be facing these charges and these charges,'" said Tammi Smith.

New information about missing baby Gabriel's mom Elizabeth Johnson continues to expose a woman who will never be Mom-of-the-Year.  At the same time, new information about adoption-hopeful "persons of interest" Jack and Tammi Smith show a couple who will do just about anything to take someone else's child.

A San Antonio babysitter, Analisa, has come forward saying she cared for Gabriel for in Johnson's hotel room in Dec. while she attended "an important meeting."  She said the baby was thin and lethargic and, "had stains around his mouth and dried boogers around his nose."  "He acted very scared and wouldn't let me put him down," she told Nancy Grace.

She said Johnson had a butcher knife by her bed.  She also said Johnson told her she had "already drugged the baby but if he started to cry to give him more Tylenol."

Travis Andrews, an up-and-coming country singer and ex-son-in-law of the Smiths says they committed fraud to take custody of his daughter Hannah.  The Smiths had temporary custody of his daughter, he explained, because their daughter had drug and alcohol problems.

He was trying to get custody, but after being forced to leave the state for employment he missed a court hearing.  He stayed in contact with his ex-wife Nikki who lied he says, "She said she was fighting her parents for custody, when she had already signed adoption papers."

The only way the adoption could be finalized without his consent would be if they forged his signature or if they couldn't locate him, he says, "and they knew how to get a hold of me."  When he saw Jack at a hearing over Hannah's custody, Andrews demanded to know why his parents weren't notified of any court proceedings.

"I called your parents.  They didn't give a damn.  They didn't want Hannah," Andrews says Smith told him.  Andrews says he immediately flipped open his cell phone, called his mother, and tried to get Smith to talk to her.  "He turned bright red and looked over at his attorney," says Andrews. 

"I believe they know more than they're saying about Gabriel's whereabouts," Andrew said.  "If they sent Johnson to the east coast, the FBI should be checking the west coast. They have relatives in Modesto, CA.  He could be there," Andrews speculated.  The Smiths have taken two lie detector tests and their home was recently searched by the Tempe police.

Oh my!! Can this jilted father get another chance or anything? How horrible!!! This certainly proves how caniving (sp?) these people are. Goodness!

Indictment Handed Up In Baby Gabriel Case
Jack, Tammi Smith Call Police Search 'Scare Tactic'

PHOENIX -- A grand jury handed up an indictment Friday against Elizabeth Johnson, the mother of a missing 8-month-old dubbed "Baby Gabriel," less than 24 hours after Tempe police officers searched the home of two persons of interest in the case.

Johnson was charged with kidnapping, child abuse, custodial interference and conspiracy to commit custodial interference, authorities said.

Police will not elaborate as to who Johnson's alleged co-conspirators are, and they said Jack and Tammi Smith remain persons of interest.

The Smiths called the police search of their home Thursday night a "scare tactic."

Detectives searched two computer hard drives and confiscated a laptop, the couple said.

"They took and just duplicated everything that was on (the hard drives)," said Jack Smith. "They took a laptop that hadn't been turned on in about eight months."

Though they said the search was unexpected, the Smiths said they have nothing to hide.

The Tempe Police Department said its goal is simply to find Gabriel.

"Based on (Johnson's) statements, she either killed him or handed him off to someone else," police spokesman Mike Horn.

Police Release Photographs Of Baby Gabriel
On Friday, the Tempe Police Department released photographs of Gabriel taken from Johnson's camera.

According to an e-mail from Horn, time stamps from the camera indicate the final photographs were taken Dec. 26. Gabriel was reported missing Dec. 27.

Investigators believe the photographs were all taken in a room at the Home Gate Hotel in San Antonio, Texas, Horn said.

Authorities impounded Johnson's digital camera when she was arrested in Miami Beach, Fla.

Police search E.V. home in missing baby case

Tempe police searched the home Thursday of a Scottsdale couple considered "persons of interest" in a missing Arizona baby case.

The search warrant was specific to the investigation of 8-month-old Gabriel Johnson, whose mother, Elizabeth Johnson, 23, said she gave the baby away in San Antonio, said Tempe Police Department spokesman Sgt. Mike Horn.

Evidence was taken from the residence, Horn said, but he would not say specifically what the items were.

However, homeowner Tammi Smith told the Tribune on Friday that authorities took computers from the house and a notarized document claiming to have given the Smiths custody of Gabriel.

"I'm just glad that they were able to get the computers," Tammi Smith said. "I had been wanting them to take them so they can see what I've been telling them corroborates with what's on the computers."

Johnson was last seen with the baby on Dec. 26 in San Antonio. On Friday, Tempe police released photographs of Gabriel, believed to have been taken inside a HomeGate motel room in San Antonio, according to the time stamp on the photos.

Johnson was arrested at a youth hostel in Miami Beach, Fla. on Dec. 30. Authorities say she has remained uncooperative about revealing the whereabouts of the child.

On Dec. 27, Johnson told Gabriel's father, Logan McQueary, through a text phone message and cell phone call that she killed the baby and put the body in a trash bin inside a diaper bag, according to a Maricopa County Superior Court document.

Horn said Friday investigators believe Gabriel is still alive and detectives are not releasing any further information at this time.

"Priority No. 1 remains on finding Gabriel," Horn said.

Jack and Tammi Smith have said Johnson wanted to give up her baby for adoption, but McQueary wouldn't go along with it. Police believe they are withholding information that could lead them to the baby boy.

Tammi Smith spent Thursday afternoon at Tempe police headquarters. She told members of the media she requested the meeting to try and help police with the investigation.

Johnson remains locked up in Maricopa County's Estrella jail and is being held on a $1.1 million cash bond.

Tammi Smith visited Johnson in jail on Wednesday, and said that Johnson told her she gave the baby to another couple inside a San Antonio motel room and placed him in their baby car seat before signing papers, claiming the couple knew it was not a legal state adoption.

Johnson was indicted by a Maricopa County grand jury on Thursday, on felony charges of kidnapping, child abuse and custodial interference through a direct complaint filed by the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, according to court documents.

Johnson's grandfather, Robert Johnson of Scottsdale, told the Tribune on Friday that he "absolutely" believes his granddaughter gave the baby away, she knows the whereabouts of Gabriel, or at least could put authorities on the trail to recover him.

"We want her to work with these people to bring the baby back," Johnson said. "We want her to come clean, get her life back on track and move on, and deal with the custody issue later."

Johnson lost custody of the baby to McQueary when she failed to show up for a custody hearing in Maricopa County Superior Court on Dec. 28.

After graduating from high school in Boston, Johnson had a four-year, full-ride scholarship to Northeastern University in Manchester, N.H., and had once talked about becoming a doctor or a lawyer, her grandfather said.

"She gave it all up," Johnson said of her college scholarship. "She didn't like her roommate and quit after two weeks. Good Lord. Logan wouldn't be the worst person to have that baby. Now, she's in a helluva mess."

 I see two different rooms possibly.  The one with the blue quilt with gold diamonds is in a room that has personal pictures on  the nightstand. New pictures show baby Gabriel in Texas

TEMPE - Late Friday, Tempe Police released a series of pictures, showing 9-month-old Gabriel Johnson alive in a San Antonio motel.  A couple of the photos are date-stamped "December 26th," which is the last day police can confirm Gabriel was alive.

Most of the pictures show Gabriel playing on a bed or crawling around, but others are troubling.  In two of the pictures, Gabriel is seen grasping what appears to be a medicine dropper.   Tempe Police say they can't confirm what the baby is holding, but a Texas woman who says she babysat Gabriel claims he appeared to be groggy from medicine.   Analisa Urias, an 18-year-old from San Antonio, says Gabriel's mother told him to "give him more medicine if he starts to cry."

The newly-released pictures also reveal Gabriel's mother, Elizabeth Johnson, brought family photos when she fled.  Tempe Police say it looks like Johnson's mother and brother are in picture frames placed on a motel nightstand.

Meanwhile, investigators continue combing through evidence seized when they served a search warrant on the home of Tammi and Jack Smith.   The Smiths tried adopting Gabriel in December, in the weeks leading up to his disappearance.   Police have labeled the couple "persons of interest" in the missing baby case, and believe the Smiths could be hiding information.

Tammi Smith says she invited police to her home to search her files.  They left the Smith's North Scottsdale home at 12:45am Friday with a laptop, other computer files, phone records, and documents.

They're going to find evidence that we were following the law.  Nothing shady," said Tammi Smith.

those pictures are really breaking my heart.  I hope that the red liquid in the bottle is juice and not medicine mixed with water.  It would take a lot to turn it that dark.  His little eyes look like he can barely hold them open in a few pictures.  I wouldn't let my baby crawl around on a dirty floor either, I'd throw down a blanket or even the comforter first (top side down, if I'm using it later) ;)

She really didn't love him.  I'm pretty sure of it.  Breaks my heart.

You know other then the medicine bottle Gabriel appears to be playing with, he is alot cleaner then I expected, Gabriel seems to have been washed, his hair is not dirty. He doesn't seem to have any bruses or marks on him...I also see toys, pictures of family on the bedside table and the room seems to be picked up. Hmmm this is not quite the image I had in my head, anyone else? He does look tired though in the one pic, could be from medicine, I wish we could read the lable to see what it is. 

That one thing he is sipping on is a medicine cup and the medicine comes out of a bottle nipple. I used one for my babies so they wouldn't choke on it.

I don't think he looks thin either. Didn't the baby sitter say he looked thin?

Jack's daughter Nicole states she has 3 daughters. That would be Hannah age 4, (Adopted in TN by the Smiths) Abby Jo age 2 (who lives with her father Travis Warford (Andrews?) in Dallas, TX) then who is the third daughter?

Also where did she get the name Blank, since that is not the last name of the father to at least two of her daughters?

I've been trying to keep up with this case but real life keeps interrupting. 

I did see the interview with Annalisa (sp) on NG.  She said EJ had a tube of teething medicine & Tylenol for Gabriel.    Looking at that bottle with the rubber thing on top, it made me wonder if she let him have that to chew on if he was teething, and also if that was why she was giving him Tylenol for teething pain.  Was it plain Tylenol?

Which truth is she talking about the truth that at one time EJ put the name down without her knowledge or the truth that she put the name down? Oh I bet it is just another long story.

 

The babysitter also said he looked scared and frightened, in all of these pictures I can't say he looked very happy, in fact he looked like he was expecting the worst, poor baby. Babies usually smile for their mommies don't they?.
This is dated 26th Dec, the babysitter came on the 20th I think she said, EJ could have bought some toys and plumped him up for his "new" parents I guess. I just hope she didn't overdose the baby with over the counter meds and then decide to run.

I would also like to say I don't believe this so called mother EVER broke down and cried ANYWHERE, I think this was long in the planning stage, probably with full support from grandpa and that self serving couple who claim to have had only a brief encounter with EJ.

Travis Warford here. Thanks so much for the support. I truly hope the info I've given furthers the investigation and helps authorities find Gabriel. I'm still Jack's son-in-law, having been estranged from my wife Nicki for years. I've found out the Smiths adopted Hannah in Tn, not Az. It was my assumption after I found they moved. This is a copy of the email I sent to Tammi's biological daughter, who contacted me fuming over what they've done.

Thanks for your concern and views. I'll tell you this much.. I'm raising Hannah's 2yr sister, Abby Jo, in Dallas. I'm a good daddy. Jack Smith scares me, has threatened me and I'm not sure he didn't put the person up to frame me in Nashville so he could get Hannah. Nicki was in rehab, where we put her, I was in jail, and he got what he wanted. It's a documented fact that the state dropped three unbelievably serious charges against me when they had no witness. That is, the person who fabricated the charges disappeared.. a distrought woman living in her brother's apt with 7 other people. Jack met her, they lived across from Nicki and I. He offered me 5 grand and to pay for my divorce if I'd leave town, which I refused. Afew months later I was jailed on boguss charges with with a pitifully low bond and Jack wouldn't bail me out, it was convenient. Nicki fell off the wagon when she got out and signed custody to Jack when put back into rehab. Noone contacted my family, though they knew how to. I went by their house and he let me see her for afew minutes, but not hold her. Told me to leave and not come back. He's a mean, calculative human being. I met him in court several months later. I filed a petition for custody and for visitation in the meantime. He claimed he spoke with my family in Texas and they "didn't give a damn", so I tried to put him on the phone with my mother to explain that to her. We had afew hearings and a mediation, then work moved me out of state. The lady from the state blew me off when I called and couldn't make the next date. I finally get back to Nashville and knock on his door.. some guy says he's bought the house and the Smiths moved to Az. I then get online and find adoption photos on Tammi's Myspace. That's how I found out. I've had it out with Nicki two dozen times about me never going away like they want me to. She's as evil as he is and it worries me to no end that he'll mangle my little girl's reality as he has Nicki's. They're hateful to me and deny my existence. They have to deal with me now. I'm not out to destroy anyone. I only want to help restore two families and see justice served with Jack, Tammi and Nicki

The baby was with Tammi and Jack from the 9th to the 18th, right? then with his mom from the 18th to the 26th. So if the sitter saw the baby and he was thin on the 21st, 2 days after the mom got him back from Tammi, would it be long enough for the baby to go from plump healthy baby with the Smiths to thin baby in 2 days with mom and then back to a normal weight baby on the 26th when the pics are taken? I can't see that happening in that span of days.

I think it concerns me that Tammi did speak to this babysitter and she can be convincing, look at her FB entries.

Liquid Tylenol is bright red (red dye #40 IIRC), the generic is purple.  It looks red to me.

It looks red to me too AND I think the medicine bottle looks like the same bottle infant tylenol drops comes in.  I DO think he looks rather groggy in some of those pics.  I don't believe he looks particularly thin... maybe the babysitter thinks he looks thin compared to many other babies she is familiar with.  He does not look happy like most 8 month babies do.  My grandson plays and smiles ALL THE TIME.... unless he is tired or hungry.  I say again... these pictures give me the creeps.

She had to have cared for this baby at least a little bit.  She got a sitter for him and didn't just run out while he was "drugged up."  Hopefully this means she wanted him alive, even if it was for money.  Alive is better than the alternative.

or address or house numbER. TS sounds greedy. What if a "illegally" adopted child needed a kidney? An illegal adoption would erase the Dad, who would be suitable donor, what TS was trying to accomplish, she was trying to play God!

I have exchanged emails with Travis Warford a few times and Abby Jo is not Nicki daughter, she has two older daughters Emma and Cate, ages 10 and 8 and they live with John Blanks parents.
Nicki's mothers name is Vicki Meadows and stepfather Clark Meadows, I did have John Blanks parents name but must have accidently deleted them, Hi dad's name is Ron I think. Maybe someone can dig them up, I will be going out shortly and don't have time.

It should not have taken a "friend in the media" for it to dawn on Tammi that her admission to authorities that she made a "poor decision" and abetted in falsifying legal documents in an effort to deny a father the rights to his own child ... would imply she would require an attorney.

When Tammi Smith's own words in the following video are considered ... why has this woman not been apprehended and charged with "custodial interference, and conspiracy to commit custodial interference" along with Elizabeth Johnson.

Welcome Seahorse - I am beginning to think the Smith's are renting a home and don't own one - I have searched Maricopa county recorders office for deed's/mtgs and there are none that I could find only a sale/agreement which was later deeded back in lieu of forfeiture.  Not sure what their deal is.

I believe its a baby selling business, too.  We only know about a couple of instances where Tammi failed to grab someone's baby.  How about all of the instances where she might have been successful?  In some ways, she reminds me of Casey Anthony in that when she's caught in one lie, she can quickly make up another to explain it.  Her history, if what we have been told is true, is rife with instances of trying to eliminate the father from the equasion in order to have the mother relinquish the baby.  That brings up the question of why would she repeatedly do this?  For the money, I would think.

What person in their right mind would approach a girl with a baby in an airport and ask them if they would like to give the baby up for adoption?  What normal person would do that?   ::MonkeyNoNo::

Maybe the meeting in the airport was planned and EJ was going to give Gabriel to TS then but backed out.

You know it may sound crazy of me but the pics do not disturb me, they actually show me a different picture then I had in my mind after listening to the babysitter. He doesn't look to be in bad shape. The room doesn't look messy, the bed is made, he has toys, he looks clean, there are pics of relatives in the backround. The pics show a baby that was some what cared for which gives me hope she didn't kill the baby. I just keep going back to Shaniya and seeing that poor little girl in her last pics, her hair was unkept, she was wearing misfitting clothing, it told a different story. I think these show either she was taking pics to save of her last time with her baby or she was taking pics to send out to whoever helped her adopt him out.

You want to know my opinion? I think Tammi and her dear husband sent her to the hotel to hide out. If you recall the grandfather said she came to his home with a wild story of how she was going to change her and the babies names and leave for parts unknown. Well when did that change? She had mentioned to her grandfather before she wanted to adopt out the baby, so why didn't she just say she was going to do that? Maybe after she went to the home of Tammi and Jack and they convinced her there is another way? We know Tammi has been involved in this up to her eyeballs since day one, it is obvious and her lies do nothing more then further convince us of that. She not only has been involved with EJ but we hear of other teen moms and moms to be she is in contact with, why is that? Is she trying to save the world one child at a time? How does she know this attorney? She sent EJ to her, what about other young moms?

Can someone answer a question for me, what does "a traditional surrogacy" mean? What is traditional vs I would assume, non traditional? 

To be fair, I actually saw a young woman once in an airport, some years ago, who was obviously struggling. I did sit next to her in the terminal and held her baby while she told me her sob story. I felt sorry for her, but I didn't try to adopt her baby. I actually went and looked up 800 numbers in the phone book of agencies that could help her, and wrote them down and gave them to her. I didn't just give her adoption agencies, either, I gave her all sorts of helplines. So, I could see approaching a young lady in distress, since I did it, but I do think the weird part might be in the trying to adopt her baby from her without seeing she gets some professional help--and without checking out her story, because even in the case I mentioned, some of this girl's story seemed to be a bit "iffy". So, why try to adopt it out from under the father's nose. That part makes me think there's something definitely up with them. Just my opinion.

Well lets see, ej was crying and the first story we heard was she tried to "help" her. Then we hear EJ was crying and she thought she was lost and asked her if she needed help. Oh how nice of her, what a caring person to stop and ask if this young upset mother needed anything. But what makes this strange is they are on the same plane, sitting next to one another..I was always assigned a seat and it was difficult to change it, I don't know maybe the flight wasn't full and there was an empty seat? But all the way home she holds the baby and EJ is spilling her guts to Tammi. So I try to put myself into that situation and ask what I would do or what I could imagine another person doing. They would say probably, do you have a doctor or a friend to help you?  Maybe something like, I am sure in your area there is help, if you give me your email I can get information to you. I know myself would reach out to the mom but I would try to help support her not by trying to take the baby away, but talking to her about PPD and how it affects a womans body and your feelings. I would probably tell her what that was like for me to live through an what helped me. I think offering to adopt the baby would be the last thing on my list. If you think about it, what an unsupportive and manipulative way of handling the situation. Nothing like giving a new young mother confidence! She is evil.

Exactly Tracygirl! Your scenario is more along the lines of how I actually handled a similar situation. You're right on!

A couple of years back a young mom was a little ahead of in line at Walmart.  She appeared agitated and overwhelmed.  Her cute little toddler was having a dandy temper tamtrum and ... her beautiful baby in a carseat inside the shopping buggy was screaming her little lungs out.  The lady shopper behind her in line offered to hold the baby while she attended to the toddler.  The baby ... like most babies ... just wanted to be held.  She calmed down immediately.  By the time Mom reached the cashier ... her toddler was under control and ... Mom had gained her composure.

In other words ... Moms do have trying days with their little ones.  A little assistance ... a little compassion is where it is at.  Most people do not take advantage of a vulnerable situation.

I've been thinking about those pictures that Elizabeth took of Gabriel, some of the pics he looks healthy and not fussy. Then you have the ones that he looks drugged, and the very disturbing one with that medicine cup. Why? There has to be a reason for her to have taken the drugged looking photos, is this some bizarre thinking on her part, look, this is what I have done to him? If she did hand him over to a couple, I can see why she would have taken the pics of him where he looked happy, but I can't come up with a reason for the other pics, except that she is an evil woman. There is a purpose to those pictures, IMO

I think that was supportive of you to do. I certainly am not making excuses for EJ, she obviously has made serious mistakes and hopefully this baby is alive. But when I think of her obvious mental health issues and the possible PDD I can't help but be concerned Tammi didn't take advantage of the situation for her own needs whatever they maybe. Something smells fishy in the town of crazyville when I try to piece together this mess.

I totally agree with you Tracygirl. That's what I'm saying--I could see "helping" or "trying to help" but not trying to take her baby out from under her. And even if she'd mentioned adoption on her own, I would think a decent person (I would think, anyway) would help to get her professional help first. Anyone in that condition is not thinking clearly.

Ok so maybe I am twisted as well, but I took a few pics of my babies when they were tired. I thought it was cute and funny when my baby would awake, eyes half open, lift their little heads and plob them right down and go back nite-nite. I am not saying she did this but given the fact I did it, I suppose there is that possibility she did too. Or as you said she was sending out the pics as a threat...I think I like my version better. Poor little boy, he is a cutie isn't he? I hope he is safe and being cared for proberly. I dread to open this thread and read he was killed, I want him to be ok.... 

No normal person would do that but who's word do we have that it actually happened that way? TammiFay Smith, a self-admitted liar.  Didn't the story start out happening in Boston and then somehow it was in Indianapolis or somewhere in the midwest?  IMO if they met in an airport at all, it was prearranged, but I doubt they met that way. I believe Tammi is a baby broker and arranges for a third party to place the babies she is able to somehow get her hands on.  I also believe that a lot of money changes hands, not to Tammi but to the third party who gets it from couples who are desperate for a baby and for some reason or another can't adopt through the legal channels.  IMO some of the money goes to Tammi and some to the birth mother.  But the major portion goes to the broker who places the baby.

That little part right there.. that great big lie?  What a crock!  She definitely needs an enema!

I don't know what kind of person would do that.  I do know I've sat in airports for long hours in various parts of the world and have seen exhausted mothers travelling alone  with babies or toddlers that were crying or restless and I've tried to help by holding the children, playing with them  feeding them or whatever I can do to help and giving the mother a break to rest or eat.   And it never once crossed my mind to make adoption inquiries.  And no one that I helped ever asked me if I wanted to adopt their child or knew of anyone that wanted to adopt their child.  That's just my experience, FWIW.    ::bee::

And to add to my previous post, if someone I had just met at random in an airport asked me if I wanted to adopt their child or knew of anyone that would want to adopt the baby, my hinky meter would have gone off the dial, and I would be following up with security.  And I can tell you right now if I was caring for a baby and someone asked me if I wanted to give it up for adoption, I would be finding a cop asap.  That's what any normal person would do.  Again, jmho.  How do people go along and talk about adoption so casually?  I don't think they do.  To me, they are trolling for a baby or trolling for $ to sell their baby.  MOO

I was quite surprised that in the pictures, Gabriel was dressed for bed in at least two different sets of PJs and maybe three different sets.  This possibly means that the pics were taken on at least two and maybe three different nights.  It also means that someone cared enough to get him ready for bed or maybe he was gotten ready in PJs just for his picture.  He does look adorable and any prospective "Adoptive" parents would be charmed by him.  It does look to be a medicine bottle with a dropper to me, maybe a prescription medication. Wonder if drug stores in SA have been checked and also pediatricians. 

Maybe even the pediatrician the baby had in Arizona should be checked for recent visits and or prescriptions.  I hope the police see the significance in this and realize what he is drinking out of in that last photo is a medicine bottle rather than just a regular bottle.

This woman is beyond belief.  She was trying to be "Sensitive to Craig" when it was she who put his name down as the father in the first place.  I wonder how many times she's used "Craig" as the father while falsifying adoption papers.  Sensitive, my foot.

This is how the scheme may play out:  TS writes in CC's name as father and then he signs over the papers for adoption.
It may be a profitable business, he does nothing but "give-up his rights to the baby"! He never meets the mother, and
doesn't know the baby, but makes a few bucks. JMO
