i dont care about the "HE TRIED", with all due respect. The fact of the matter is, you dont  "try" to hold on to your true opinions, convictions or ethics. He should have had a spine and stood his ground. i would be much happier with a hung jury than this travesty! At least there was a chance the 2nd time around that we would get at least a few with a little bit of intelligence.

yeah I was just saying he "tried i guess" and also followed with how could he just give up so easily. He was weak I just don't get it 6-6 what happen how can they just give up? were they threatened, told they would be here for days weeks more. You just don't flip that easily, I guess they just didn't have an emotional connection as one juror said. I guess they just wanted to go home who knows we may never know and the ones who gave in will have to live with it forever
