Good question.

If they can convince a jury that one hair of Caylee's (DNA would prove it's Caylee's) was scientific evidence that Caylee was dead in that trunk, it would go a long, long way to convict Casey. No one drove the car except Casey. Remember the story she told friends about how George had hit an animal and her car stank? That's evidence, backed by science, of conscienceness of guilt and cover up. There's so much circumstantial evidence in this case and it's very convincing! This is one of those pieces that also has science to back it up. JMO.

As a "consultant" not a defense attorney...hmmm.    She also worked for the Innocence Project, wonder why she left.  Hiring any one from the Phil Specter case is going to give ammo to the State on cross.    Not impressed with her or her botox job

Hi Tupelo... My opinion?  Our little Caylee had pretty hair.  One of those sweet Caylee hairs has something very important to say, and that little hair will be allowed to testify against her killer.  My prediction, despite all these shenanigans.
