Of course I meant to say you can NOT walk through the undergrowth in some places.  It appeared to me in the brief vid clip shown Gale St John was trying different ways to get into the tree line but couldn't get there.  Thick looks like sawgrass or even bamboo of some sort.  And she said they were in water up to their knees.

Didn't even see a machete or anything to clear a path, etc.

Geraldo seemed to me to be trying to twist what she was saying but didn't do a good job of it.   He was trying to say she was there and no bag but of course the bag was not right by the road where they were walking.  Weeks earlier, it could have been dry and much less vegetation.

OH MY WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gale St John Now claiming she knew Caylee was there.......  IN THAT EXACT SPOT ON AUG 11~

WTH!!!!!!!!

Ok so she has video to prove they walked that spot.  Big deal!  She video taped each spot just so she could say that!

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Someone posted tonight that she has video of that area from August that shows it was under water.

IMO this is a good thing Wink

Ok. True but that chick is a weirdo.  I know some poeple truly have a gift but I think her gift is taken money.  If you know what I mean.

Agree.  She said they couldn't get into that lot because of the underbrush and no farther than they went (as shown on video only in the very mowed edge off the road, not into the tree line even) they were already in water up to their knees.

That lovely vine that grows to the tops of the trees is Kudzu.  Japanese word, lol, and it can grow a foot a day in the summertime.  Has been rumored to consume whole houses and be the only thing holding up the Walnut St Bridge in Chattanooga for years, lol.  Very hardy like ivy sort of.  But you can just walk through it easily.  And it is hard to cut at the bottom, thick vine and tough.

Water washes out little ditches and one spot can be bone dry and you step two feet and are in water up to your waist because of a natural ditch or ravine.  Sometimes you can't see your own feet the brush can be so thick.

And I am a whole state to the north of Florida yet all that exists.  The undergrowth can be too dense to walk in and having got that way quickly.  Matter of days.  Water in one spot and dry right beside it.  Like holes in the ground even at times.  Small sink holes.  Google sink holes for better information.

So I have no problem at all believing the area could not be easily accessed at any given time.  You could walk right by the bag and miss it.

Hope this helps.  The jury will be local and understand.

Yes, look how well LE c;eared the area. This photo was posted today on a news site:

They cleared it just because the master of undetected evidence was prowling around.  Dr. Henry Lee.  What dopes.

Baez doesn't need the high priced forensic specialists and medical examiners.  They are killing him.  He doesn't care because he knows his defense has nothing to do with what is going on anyways.  They got a big surprise in store for us.

Just peeking in for drop off /drive by type post ... Sorry
I have tried to find the correct words for over an hour but ...

If any are thinking about sending  flowers to Caylee's funeral (when it happens) ...
Please think about why you are doing it and what you want accomplished
JMO  but This is not like Natalee's or Kaitlin's  http://missingexploited.com/2007/02/03/13-year-old-kaitlin-aydell-missing-since-2107-in-french-settlement-la/ or  others where I can attempt to support family members

I thought about sending flowers to Caylee's  funeral but how many others will do the same thing.   Who has do deal with the tons of flowers that will be there  and to be blunt what good will they do.

I'm open to $'s to groups like AMW, TES, Orlando LE or even some group wanting to change / make missing persons law a Federal vs State event like  Carolyn is attempting to http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=4271.0

BTW  Carolyn is a Monkey who's son has been missing since 2006 and from what I can tell has pounded on every door she can find for help BUT Clinton was not a Toddler
http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=1318.0

I'm not good at words so I know this will not make since .. I prayed for Caylee to be found alive but if deceased that her death would someway prevent other deaths or at least make a positive change in the system for missing persons

I guarantee they do based on logic.  They have 3 witnesses on their list.  They have no defense.  The body being found makes it even more difficult.

She is going to plead guilty.

Texas and Florida are both states that are very tough on criminals.  High conviction rates.  I wouldn't do a crime there if I wanted to do one.  I would pick Aruba where apparently everything is legal anyway.

Don't know where the toys are being left but if they are being left in the Anthony's yard then yes they have the right to do with them what they want.  I applaud them for donating them to charity.

I hope my Christmas avatar shows now.  I just love it.

Your avatar is so beautiful!

Hudsunn, I really wanted to thank you for your posts over the last couple of days.  Like others on the board, I became overwhelmed when it was confirmed that the body was Caylee's.  Also like others, I am worried that Casey will somehow be found not guilty.

You made at least three posts after the remains were confirmed that put the case into perspective and made me realize that there really a lot of evidence against Casey.

You have been the voice of reason over the past few days and therefore your posts were a great comfort to me.

Thank you!

Karen

They are not being left at the Anthonys' property.

They are being left on or near the site where the remains were found.

And, yes, I applaud the "generosity."

I suggested this back here a few hours ago. I will try to find it and post it Wink

I have thought long and hard about what is transpiring.  There is no way he defends her on a mythical nanny.  They have way more than any other murder trial that I have seen by way of forensics, behavior, and attitude.   I have thought he would plea down, and that will likely happen.  If there is a trial, we can assume she will go for mental defect on incestuous abuse or mental defect in general - not insanity.  She is a child in a woman's body and I think we can all agree on that.

Baez is going to change her plea with mitigating circumstances to guilty.  It will never give us the satisfaction of a full blown trial whereby she is found guilty by a bench of peers sadly to say.

I have had just a "feeling" that Casey would do this since the remains were found.  No logical reason for my thinking it, just feel that this is what she is pondering.

I think you may be right.  She is totally isolated and knows most of the world hates her, etc.  She has to know that no one is buying the zanny story and it might save her life.  I don't think they ever give the death penalty when they confess but I think she will still try the accident which won't fly either but she will at least try it.

Would be hard to admit to killing a child.

This was my post a few hours ago:

Where is this memorial? On Anthony property or neighbor? Is Lee going to tear is down as well?

It's at the corner of the Anthony's house and Suburban Drive, where the remains were found, I believe.

No telling what Lee will do.

Too bad people did not donate these toys and stuffed animals in Caylee's name to deprived children for Christmas. They will just sit there in the weather and get ruined.

I do understand people's need to drop things off there. Just seems that at this time of year, alive children would appreciate them.

No nanner throwing, please!

I refuse to get out again to try to do anything Christmas! What a madhouse!

I was thinking as I was waiting in line to spend money, about this case and I'm more encouraged than I was.
Red got me thinking last night with his post and he's right about time marching forward from the OJ trial and jury.

Maybe because I stepped away to do some shopping, it finally hit me that Casey has a great BIG problem right now.
She has told this crazy Zanny story. Well, Caylee is dead and at this point she has to acknowledge the death. So, now she's free to tell it all. How is she going to establish where Zanny's apt. was? Any landlord wil say "No, No Zanny was ever here. Any Landlord will say, hey, this apt was rented to Joe Blow for the last 2 years, and Joe Blow is real! Police can actually see him and talk with him!

So Casey has a problem. That alone will never get by a jury. Zanny doesn't exist and neither does Zanny's Mother or Sister.

Add her party behavior with her daughter "missing" while she waited until Mom forced the issue 30 days later to tell anyone Caylee was "missing", the death smell in her abandoned car, her trying her her best to keep George from getting in the trunk, and Casey's got an insurmountable probem!

And that's BEFORE any of the forensics come back!

I don't care who found Caylee's remains or who missed them or didn't pay enough attention, Casey Anthony's going down!

Baez has all the time in the world to do nothing but spew nonsense and absorb the 10 million dollar advertising windfall he is getting.  He will be on TV for decades to come.

He doesn't have to develop and craft a defense for trial until discovery is released, a luxury of defense attorneys in the eye of rule of law.  He can concoct whatever works that infiltrates the prosecution's evidence in the timeframe he see fits.  Welcome to Florida.

The evidence is overwhelming.  Commonsense reigns.  Casey will admit to nothing more than an accidental death and a grieving mother's panic.

we lose.

Justice loses.

BUT, the deal will likely involve a minimum 20 year incarceration.  She will be 43.
