Caylee Marie Anthony - MURDER TRIAL - Deliberations and VERDICT - 7/4 - 7/5/2011

So can Jose go after Casey for money if she write a book, sells a movie etc....even if he does?   Can he and the other attorneys bill her?  

I know it was asked and I had to leave so I don't know if this was answered...can there be a civil trial and who can bring those charges against Casey?

Nope, I do not believe they were paid off.  I truly believe they were sequestered six weeks, too long. They missed Springtime, July 4th, the jurors had no patience to do they job. That is my belief.  They did not have the will or patience to read or even questionthe testimony.

They did not do their job, pure and simple, is my opinion. They wanted to jump into their swimming pool or go to the beach.

What I find completely disturbing is that the scientists the prosecution had testify were Grade A class-acts.. real brainiacs who know their stuff.  Who did the defense bring on? Seriously- you're telling me the jurors bought the bull$h#t THOSE PEOPLE were spewing? When even their own witnesses backed up the defense ultimately, how could the jury NOT believe the prosecution witnesses??

Hi Monkeys,
I just had to post, here among friends, to encourage you.  I have not watched any television since the verdict was read.  I am heartsick to think that 12 people did not see what was so obvious to me.  It will take time, but I promise you all, there will be no true happiness for those who lie and steal and murder.  The entire Anthony family will get what is coming to them. 

Please don't bear the burden of the sin that is KC's to bear.  Don't let your heart be filled with anger.  We all prayed together, and we don't stop believing in God just because he didn't answer our prayers the way we hoped he would.  Hug your kids, your grandkids, your nieces, nephews, and love them the way Caylee should have been loved.  I am upset, hurt, devastated, and even angry that it seems as though she will go unpunished.  However, I am gently reminded by my own sweet daughter that vengeance is the Lord's.

I love you all.

Cannot say I blame them.  I could not have done what they did, although I would have voted guilty, regardless if the statep roved to me 100% how Caylee died.  Circumstantial evidence speaks very loudly to me in combination with other evidence.  I would have hung them.

I really think  you are right seahorse. They just couldn't be bothered by this case.

We, as a society, are the only ones that can make a difference. We have to find a way to change this mindset. There has to be room for Justice to protect our children.

So do I, I am trying so hard not to be angry but more then that I am heartsick over this decision, I almost got my hopes up about JP able to overturn convictions but then someone said not on a not guilty verdict. so I am back feeling sick at heart.

My first thought when considering the jury was also that they just want to go home.
