I think Baez may have a lot of clients now. Sad, to think this case really highlights how many children are murdered by their mothers.

Even better would have been if they gave the Defense table the evil eye or the malocchio. 

Interesting though that they have already developed that body language toward Casey.

OMG, you have to watch this video. Start @ 5:40 mark.....LDB in her closing argument talking about 100 percent of accidents involving children are reported to 911, because the parent wants them to LIVE! Dot Simms keeps looking @ KC's face to see if KC is showing any emotion, which she isn't so she tries to get Casey's attention to cue her to react/cry/show some sort of freaking emotion.....Casey totally ignoring her, so Simms literally bumps her with her right arm (watch KC's whole head/upper body jolt to the right when Simms does this)@ about 6:10 mark.
Casey never strays from her stone evil staring baboon face......Simms finally gives up.
I watched a couple times to make sure I wasn't imagining Simms attempt to cue KC, and I don't think I am.

 I don't know how Simms sleeps at night knowing how evil KC really is.

Beth Karas on HLN repeating that when they filed in they looked forward & did not look at the defense table - as they sat they cant avoid it obviously.
Just saw Jeff Ashton on HLN and he looks exhausted - he just stretched and looked up like "dear God, give them wisdom"

IMO he does look tired hoping and praying thats a good sign that they didnt look over at the defense table

Going crazy here wondering what could possibly be taking so long. 

Me too.  And I have so many other things that need my attention.  But I'm glued here!  Part of me thinks I'm wasting my time, and that a verdict will be read tomorrow.  But just in case a verdict is read today, I don't want to miss it.  My arse is sore.

I have tried to close my eyes and grab a nap 3 times, and I just cannot.  I am so tired and have to work in 45 minutes. 

I think that this is going to take at least 1 to 2 days, at least. Please keep in mind that this is a 1st degree capital murder case and we dont want then to come back too soon and the Defense to claim that the jury did not take their job seriously.

Interesting fact ... jury has not asked for any evidense yet.

I have found that most interesting also.
Anyone want to guess at what they are sharing with each other these last 5 hours? Opionions?

U know if you figure lunch and breaks, they probably only had 3 hours.  Then, assign the jury foreman, then see where they all stood. 

I bet we get a verdict tomorrow. We shall see.

I think it's GREAT that the jury did not look at the duhfense table.  As for no verdict today, my guess is that the jury met for deliberations, chose a fore(wo)man and then took a vote.  I'll bet that vote was unanimously GUILTY but they are probably torn on whether Caylee's death was intentional/pre-meditated or an accident.  Myself and everyone I've talked to about this case is divided on that one issue.  (Mind you, I'm in California where not everyone is aware of this case.)

Counts 4-7 are a no-brainer.  Count 2 is probably also what they will find her guilty of.  But for them to decide the others...Murder one, murder two or aggravated manslaughter...that has to be their chief concern.  They surely believe she did something wrong and are wondering the correct verdict/punishment recommendation.

My guess is that they will ultimately decide on Murder 2, Aggravated child abuse and the 4 counts of LYING to LE.
