It would seem to me that the friend Annie had some pertinent information for LE.
None of her interviews, phone records, texts etc seem to have been released.
Can someone tell me more about Annie?

I don't believe there is much info on Annie circulating ... Same goes w/her x-bf Dante ... there hasn't been much released from him either ....

There are going to be some interesting things in Annie's testimony--I'm sure!~

Is it possible that the Anthony's have filed a motion thru NeJame to not allow Tim to search?  Is that even possible?  They don't have to give consent if LE asks them to search do they?  Could it be that maybe Tim isn't searching because he does not have the Anthony's "approval/blessings" to do so?

Hi Invision;  If you lost a ring in a park and wanted to go look for it.....who has the right to stop you???

Oh I understand BUT .. my line of thinking is

1.  Cindy and George could file a "frivilous" lawsuit to make (noise) things difficult for Tim ...
2.  Tim is an upstanding man with good integrity .... he may not want to risk being involved with something like that.
3.  Time he is spending w/ppl that don't want their child/grandchild found is taking time away from a family that does.
4.  (I forget what 4. was .... sorry)

Just wondering what you all thought the reason he would meet w/NeJame so long w/out the Anthonys present would be ...

I think Tim is meeting with him cause he's a good guy
Remember in order to file a suit, even a frivilous suit, you must have 1. a cause of action and 2. damages.  I cant see either.

In my mind motions are only heard by Judges on cases filed with the court.  My understanding is that a case is filed with the court to which a response is required of the defendant named in such case, my experience there is 30 days given to respond to the allegations contained within the suit, which of course an extension request could be entertained if the timetable was a problem to the respondent by said resondent's counsel.

I would assume Tim has been court ordered to meet with  Najame on behalf of the Anthonys....hence the 5 hour meeting with him....Des

Are you thinking that there has been a lawsuit filed??????

If so that would be some lightning speed deposition happening, imo.  Most civil suits take at least a year before any real action takes place even getting before a Judge for that matter never mind having anything else gathered.

You've made me very curious as I don't have a clue.

Tim can not be compelled to meet with Nejame. A civil suit is just that - civil. Not criminal.

I'll tell ya there have been some rather bizarre interpretations of law here lately. If ya don't know, look it up. It's not hard to find the facts.

Tim Miller CAN meet with anyone he chooses and that does not signify a lawsuit is imminent or in the works. Some times I don't know where you guys get some of these ideas.

A lawsuit on the civil side is filed if someone reputation has been damaged 9 times out of 10. No one has damaged anyone reputation in this case that I ca see to date. It's a high bar to cross.

Altruist - you are correct - civil suits take years, and they are after a criminal CONVICTION that did not go as the prosecution envisioned. The prosecution is not involved in a malicious prosecution here. They have the correct suspect and everyone knows it.

I really think that the interviews we haven't read and the people we know very little about are what make up the big guns as far as evidence is concerned.

Am I the only one who thinks that it is possible that Tim might have some info that would be pertinent to Tuesday's GJ proceedings?   Considering his interactions with the family, I would think that his experiences with them could be of some value.   Who knows what was said to him by the AntKnees - especially the hammer swinger.

NO - Tim can work for LE.  Normally, a missing person's family welcomes TES and anyone else that will help search.  The problem in this case is the family is still in denial and wants to only look for an alive Caylee when all evidence points towards her being dead.

I would say NO, that is NOT possible. No one can prevent someone from searching on public property or with permission from the owner of private property.

Hi Wreck - my Sooners didn't do real well against Texas.

I read somewhere that Tim has had contracts with the families of the missing people he searches for.  I have no clue what is in these contracts, but I wonder if it limits his activities in some way.  I also have no clue if he had a written contract with the Anthonys.

Invision.... I believe that here in America anyone who wants to can go search for Caylee or any other missing person for that matter...

Besides Annie, there have not been the text messages to / from Tony released. Or Cindy.  Plus the Yahoo emails that were deleted. They would be page turners in my mind.
