I cant stand Jean either...I cannot stand the pandering some of these legal anchors use to get people to talk, especially when they use false sympathy for Casey and/or her family....nauseating beyond my tolerance yet I am compelled to listen because information is knowledge.   Surely, I will be hitting the Mylanta bottle shortly.

WHY did Strickland not rule in court?
I didn't get to see the Nejame/Bozo battle because I'm at work.
Was there any mention of the letters?

The judge will probably rule before the day is over. I can't quit figure out what part Baez doesn't get about going over the TES records  Maybe if he got off his big rump and went to NeJame's office that would be a good start.

hi nrcg, I was really hoping he would rule at court and tell BOZO to stop wasting the courts time..I was very disappointed that he didn't.......I really am anxious to see Strickland come down HARD on the nonsense of the DUHfence and I haven't seen that yet.

I agree, this seems like a no brainer, but maybe he just wants to look over things to make it look good.

As usual I found Baez unprepared and unorganized in his argument.  I did not get the fireworks which I expected from NeJame.  Baez did get the point across that he wanted carte blanche to rifle through Equusearch's records and IMO he might get it.  The entire thing was lacklustre IMO.  Boring, actually.

Sadly, If Judge Strickland grants Baez' motion, it will have a dampening affect on anyone volunteering for such a search in the future.  Once names are made public, these volunteers who did nothing except with good intentions, will be torn apart on the internet.

Whichever poster called Mason the Colonel was right.  I expected Casey to order extra crispy at any moment.

It is absurd that people who volunteer to search for a missing person have expectations of privacy

What is being hidden and what else is out there, prosecution just don't want defense to know about it

Cindy was chewing gum, why doesn't the judge tell her to stop? Makes no sense, and it is disrespectful. I can't imagine that the judge would even give this motion another thought, the defense was ridiculous. I'm sure the judge is having a good laugh over Baez's expense and can't wait for Happy Hour 

both were chomping away.......they have no respect for Caylee, they have no respect for themselves, so I guess we can't expect them to have respect for the judicial system they have so far only abused!!

It was interesting watching the judge's expressions when Baez spoke, it would be great if we could know what was on the judge's mind during that. Or maybe we don't want to know

Mason just said that the in camera with the Judge at the end today had nothing to do with what was heard in court today, was very confidential and may come out later.  I am betting it has to do with Lyon leaving and him stepping in as the DP qualified lawyer on the case.

Mason just stated on Trutv that there was an unidentified hair found on Caylee's body.....I don't remember hearing that before. Anyone else remember any discovery showing that as true?

and they are not filing a motion to prevent the letters from being released.

and that Laura Buchanan was a friend of CA's and came to them about searching the area where the remains were discovered.

BREAKING NEWS!    Bozo just said that he is not filing a motion to seal Casey's letters.   That they will be scrutinized as in everything in the case but they will deal with it, but its not a confession.   Bozo called Casey "an incredibly bright woman" and then went on to say how misjudged she is... and wants to "clear her name"

Mason called Nejame "little player for TES"   ::MonkeyMad::and a train went by during the Trutv interview and he said "thats the prosecution train and we're gonna stop it."   He thinks use immunity will allow them to hear the JJ tape....ummm NOT FOOL.    The defense according to Mason is going with body placed there after Casey was in jail & wants a jury to weigh that -- yea good luck with that, lets just forget what was found in Casey's car OR the fact that all the items found at the crime scene came from the Anthony home.   OMG he also eluded to (as if I didnt predict this) mishandled evidence by CSI blah blah blah    I had trouble getting back on so that is the short version of what they said, hopefully someone will utube the Insession segments.

PS   Im not worried in the slightest, this defense team are a bunch of buffoons just talking a bunch of smack.

I cannot  believe  I missed it this morning.  Catching up on In Sessions.  I further cannot believe we are still talking about Joseph Jordan and Laura Buchanan.  Seems to me that a few monkeys with a few clicks of their fingers have found enough to make both of them irrelevant.  JJ could be googled quite easily and is shown to have violated TES  guidelines here on this very forum, which to me shows that he is not a good defense witness.  He further refutes what he said to JB and company later when he talks to LE.  JB has to be the WORST attorney ever. 

Cheney Mason is a LIAR.  He states that his opinion on Casey and the case has always been the same and he stated that publicly.  HHHmmm, that is not what I read before.
