Please someone smarter than myself , Please tell me they have enough evidence, to convict her sorry self. I just watched a movie about the Ramsey case, I am so scared that she is going to get off and there will be no Justice for Caylee.
I know we have come along way since then but I am just scared she will get off.

Well, didn't go back to bed after all, been in musings.   

I had a thought after reading Monken's last post and watching Nancy Grace last night.  I really don't mean to sound catty because Momtective isn't a monkey but does anyone else think that she just got those videos, like quite a few other people did when they were available, just to have them to study?  I am kind of wondering about the, "I just didn't want them to make money off of them" theory she said.  They were open to the public and I saw them myself, I am not very computer savvy so I didn't save them but I definitely remember following a link to them.  Although I found some of them not very motherly, I really don't see how they could really help or hurt Casey's case.  I still have to go with all of the evidence.  I know she has a dream team but so did Scott Peterson and look where he is.  They better really be a dream team because except for the nanny, which, Casey and all of her family have locked her into, they are going to have to *dream* up a defense. 

One that we can all understand?  Their isn't enough Anthony Kool-aid in the whole world for that to happen.  All I want right now is to find out how they are all being paid.  The jury needs to know if the money is coming from a murdered little angel.

To the Cage....Does anyone know if the hearing is going to be televised or covered by news today?

IDK 3bbs.  I looked and couldn't find any info on it being linked live or TV.  I'm sure the news stations will update their websites with info on it.

no matter what dream team Casey Ho has, they can not explain away the fact that she did not report her daughter missing for over 30 days and that she was out partying  while seeming like she had not a care in the world, while her daughter was missing...THAT is going to be very hard to convince a jury that those things did not happen in my opinion..

I agree NRCG.  I didn't see a loving mother doting on her child.  I saw someone, who just happened to be her "mother" playing conveniently for the camera.  What about the other 364.8 days of the year?  Her character will come out in trial. IMO
