I guess however long it takes to process. probably in the AM.I guess Baez came up with 50,000 they are using the same bail company that Padilla used I think...

The bail window is open 24 hours a day...but with the home confinment they may have to wait till Tuesday not sure if they will fit her with braclet on holiday weekend

Plus they removed the equipment from the home.  Plus her chance for immunity runs out on Tuesday.  Personally, I would be really shocked if she gets out.

Ok.. so if I'm following Jesse's dad, he is suggesting Casey and Jesse had a one night stand, then she claimed she was pregnant with his kid....  My guess is she probably was at least a month pregnant before they hooked up? She probably knew she was pregnant when she slept with him, and used him to get out of Cindy's house.

Accidental drowning can be disproven if there is no water in the lungs. (In case Slutbag claims she fell into the pool. There would also be no water in the lungs if they find little Caley in a body of water and she was deceased before being dumped there.

Padilla just said on Geraldo, it wasn't even HIS choice to revoke bond, but the surety company, who provided the money.  So I don't think it's him.

Hmm.. listen to this. It's Gale St. John discussing the search efforts today. They were going to search in a particular area, but there were cops there already..  cops, CSI, unmarked vehicle.. digging up items, and saying supposedly it had to do with a stolen jet ski.    Even if not related.. somewhat odd.
