LE is supposed to have sex party pics or video. Could these have been posted online somewhere at one time or just in someone's possession & given to LE?

I read that someone has some or all of these photos.  I haven't seen them, therefore; they were probably just blowing off.

Ok,last night on NG,Padilla made it sound like Casey is leading the same life she did while being at home.Eating,reading,sleeping, and lounging.He forgot one thing though.At home,Casey was on her laptop most of the time...Big difference between the two,don't ya think? She can't reach out and touch someone now nor can she read all the sicko's telling her how beautiful she is and how unfair she is being treated..Poor thing.. Report also said George put 50 bucks in her account...

Morning Tater.....what I thought he meant was she didn't do anything productive at home so she was in her environment in jail..... and this wasn't a huge punishment for her...I did find it interesting that she cooked dinner for Rob while he was doing the paperwork for her bail....   Wonder if Rob will EVER tell about others 'things' did tried to do FOR him

I am still looking for that picture I remember seeing of Caylee sleeping on the couch at a party. According to Amy Huizenga's testimony, Casey brought Caylee to the "anything but clothes" party. Where ever it was that the picture was posted, people were commenting on how Caylee was able to sleep through a party like that. If that picture is still findable, I'm determined to find it!

Terence Michael Lenamon  new lawyer, but word is that he hasn't decided if he
take case. On NG they mentioned 2 cases and they were the worst of the worst
both defends on death row. In 1 the guy left a little girl in allagator infested
waters and they got her, he also killed the mother. I didn't get it all.

from what I heard on TV he represents the scum of the earth...a perfect choice in clients if he takes Casey on.....and it didn't look like he was too darn successful either!!

It seemed all the cases he was involved with ended up with the death penalty..I am inclined to believe that if they do not find Caylee,they might ought to rethink going after the death penalty.Life would be good enough for someone like Casey.jmo

I agree on all points....and I just am really fearful nothing of Caylee will be found and the DP will then IMO not be an option...Life w/o parole would IMO be the 'best' punishment for Casey.....as the reporter said last night...she is now the loneliest person on earth (paraphrased).........however I would really like to see her get the death penalty...people like her should NOT be taken care of with the dollars of hard working people for years and years.....JMO

I'm about 10 pages behind here, but I have a question (possibly already answered, but I have to take my son to school in a minute)...  the picture of the two people kissing. Is this a stock photo?  If this were really a picture of Casey's friends- or sex buddies - why isn't the news station blocking out faces? Anybody who knows these people, or who were there and remembers this picture being taken, I would assume would automatically recognize them.  Not to mention, they'd sure as heck recognize the tats. If neither of these people are Casey, and they're being splashed on tv at a sex party, they're gonna be pi$$ed.

How is it that kc doesnt want to see anyone.  She does nothing all day you think she would look forward to seeing her parents and brother (the Missing Lee)  Even if the visit are made public--she doesnt have to talk about the case.  No pictures  :of Caylee in her cell-but when she was out in the public all she wore is that  t shirt with Caylee picture.  She has no concern for george or cindy-you would think she would want to see them to see how they are holding up.  What an evil person she is. p.s  Thanks to all you monkeys for all the great information-I live in N.J  and there is very little in the news concerning this case.

Hi!  I think having visitors and the pictures are the only things Casey can control now.....and I think she feels she is punishing her parents, especially her mother....by not allowing them to visit.  JMO

This photo was on Casey's computer.  She had several photos of people's tatoos.  When I saw this photo I didn't think it was Casey, I thought she liked the tatoos and was keeping it for future reference (she probably had about 5 photos of people for their tattoos).  She also had lots of photos of stars and other potential tattoo artwork.

I'd like to correct my post and say the photo was from Casey's photobucket account, not her computer.  Didn't mean to mislead anyone...sorry.

I think not having her laptop is great punishment for her Sunny.I've been thinking about the theory of her punishing Cindy by not wanting visitors.I can't seem to climb onboard with this.When she was locked up before,it was announced that she "refused" visitors and we have not heard this yet. I can't help to think that George and Cindy are now in a period where they might be absorbing some things.They are now left in a house full of memories of little Caylee.It is them that has to walk down the hall past her little bedroom only to know it is empty.No more sounds of her laughter.No more hugs and kisses from the child that they loved so much.No more Casey around assuring them that she is alive somewhere and will be found.They now have time to reflect on the magnitude of destruction that Casey has brought down on their family.Imagine them seeing everything we are seeing and knowing that this is the daughter they raised.Maybe I am being obstinate but I just can't help believing that they are now reflecting and seeing what life without little Caylee is going to be like from now on.The torment must be horrific as I do believe they loved that child...

I get what you mean AM.  This is another reason I think that the photo is not from the Casey Anthony Friends Group.  If it is/was Casey I would have expected that they would blurr out atleast the man's face.  IMO

thank goodness I never wanted to live in FL...I would have turned out to be a hermit living in a high rise   LOL

We have those too!  Highrise on the beach, Pent-house goes for a few mill, the lower level condo's start in the mid 500's.  That way you can look down on the ocean and see the sharks 
Florida is not that bad, you just have to understand that nature is around you.

I'll  take the penthouse....   actually I prefer Sanibel/Captiva...my cousin has rented a beach cottage for 7 weeks in late Jan/Feb...and I will be spending a week or so with them...I love the ocean and respect her and all her inhabitants....I am really not a high rise kinda gal. After living in the Caribbean for 10 years...I love the sand and the sea....just skeered of alligators and snakes........sorry for the O/T

From the Orlando Sentinel today:

The State Attorney's Office has dropped its child-neglect charge against Casey Anthony.

The decision was made in light of the grand jury's recent indictment of Anthony on charges first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and four counts of providing false information to law enforcement.

In a statement released this morning, the State Attorney's Office explained: "The neglect charges were premised on the theory that her child, Caylee Marie, was still alive. As the investigation progressed and it became clear that the evidence proved that the child was deceased, the State sought an indictment on the legally appropriate charges."

The release said the State Attorney's Office would not comment further.
