Captain Bozo sealed his OWN fate this afternoon! When he was arguing the State should have KNOWN Cindy was going to lie  -- he was basically saying HE knew she was going to lie as well. That should get him sanctioned/disbarred as well.

After court Ashton told the Orlando Sentinel he did not notice the incident.

   My favorite part of the questioning of the kid that flipped off Ashton was when the judge asked him how much money he had in the bank.  The kid had just said he could pay the $230 today but then said he had $100 in checking account and $12 in savings.

Did anyone catch what Lippman just said on NG?  I heard him say that they have found banking records of Cindy's for March 17th that proves she was at Bank of America the day she was doing Chlorophyll...urm chloroform...erm Actaeon...erm had a neck breaking pop up and that the said bank records were given to the Dufense?  did he say Dufense?  How does he know it was Cindy?  Casey was using the charge cards at that time and had no qualms writing bad cheques of Amy's and writing cheques from grandma Plesea.  What are they cooking up?

I disagree too if the Antony's duct taped their animals (we do not how) did they show a picture of caseys victims? if the duct tape is part of the burial ceremony in the Antonys.. it means that casey learned from her ancesters and it was an accident (I do not buy it) and she was buring her daughter like her pets, but if that is true i believe that it is more credible that she killed caylee covering her mouth and nose with the duct tape....I really think that she killed cayle with her own hands...and she just duct taped caylee to avoid see fluids coming out from her mouth and nose....I hope I am wrong but it is very weird to duct tape animals even if they are in bags...they can not scape from the bag right? why to duct tape the bags? to keep the bones together?

  I recently lost one of my babies (dobe) and our vet placed him in a large plastic bag and put duct tape around opening.  We brought him home to bury him. I think the duct tape was placed to prevent any bodily fluids from leaking out of the bag. When a person or animal passes away their body relaxes and at times they will empty their bladder or bowels.  Sorry to be so graphic.

I have not seen one witness/evidence for the state that the state wasn't right on with the contents. If they are fighting for something to be admitted, it's damaging to the defense. The duffense was fighting to keep it out for a reason (which wasn't that it would help them)

She need not bring in some deposit slip or a check cashed and make that claim or she will really piss off the judge and get his wrath. cubbeegirl- Your post reminded me of the jail video visit with Casey & the A's.  She clenched her jaw and fists, contorted her face, and yelled about no one letting her speak.    Isn't it both ironic and very significant that she was given the chance to speak in court, to make herself heard, to get her side of the story out in her own words and she flatly declined?  Logic tells me it's because she knows she can't confuse and manipulate the Prosecution, Judge Perry, or the jury (as a whole) like she had George & Cindy.  They had no image to protect, nothing to hide, and no emotional attachment to Casey tht would cause them to excuse her behavior and actions...and Casey knows it.  JMO

ACtualyl the way it looks to me is she wrote checks to pay for things, but what do I know.  Bet she picked up dinner on way home from work.

They keep debating murder or accident on HLN and referring to drowning and an overdose of sleeping meds, or finding Caylee dead in the car as an ""accident."

There has to be another word they could use for the latter and if I knew it I'd email them myself, it's driving me crazy and I'm one who believes Caylee may have died locked in a hot car, while her selfish P.O.S of a mom was out partying. But that scenario isn't an "accident". Any parent who goes through the steps needed, puposely hoping to contain their kid alone in a car, without the kid realizing what they've done and without anyone noticing and calling LE, and that child dies, is a parent 100% responsible for causing their child's death.

If a toddler sneaks out without their parent realizing and they fall into a canal and drown, that's an "accident"-but considering kids shouldn't be drugged to sleep EVER, shouldn't be left alone in a car EVER, and all other illegal and dangerous situations a parent willingly puts them in and that child dies as a result, unintentional death does not= "accident". A parent caused death doesn't even belong in the same sentence as accidental drowning!

Watch her lips closely and then try saying the "B" word yourself and you'll find that your lips come together...they touch each other.  Hers do not.  Looks like whatever she uttered was a "W" word.  JMO.
