I don't understand the judge letting him get away with this unprofessional behavior.  Didn't the judge's order prohibit everyone from doing this type of thing?  Did the order not include attys?  I guess the judge assumed that Bozo would be professional.  Oh, well.

  You mean just for Lee?  If that's the case, how could Baez say Casey was molested by Lee and George during opening statements? And the state asked George, already...  why couldn't they ask Lee?  Unless as somebody else hinted, he may admit to it later?

They should ask him. Did George take a paternity?
(Since he was accused maybe he will)?

George, Lee, Jesse have all taken paternity tests and are not the father.

I have never come across one document certified by the State of Florida that excludes George as the father.

I could only find bloggers who think they can read dna charts and Nancy Grace. (which is like Ronald McDonald telling me George is not the father)

I personally was hoping the "big surprise" from Baez would be that George or Lee is the father of Caylee, but I have been proven wrong. I know there was a dna chart posted with the information about the alleles needed for Caylee to have been George, Jesse, or Lee's daughter but I have not been taking notes/saving documents myself.  Would some smart monkey explain to carpe why this theory doesn't work?  I wish it HAD be true carpe.

They are coming in and the defense can object with short response but for the most part they will be admitted.   Bozo got schooled pretty good, no shock there.
