Well, I don't think either of Natalee's parents are likely to tell somebody NOT to search.  That would be rather odd, now wouldn't it?

However, I will never believe that either of them would be delighted to have Aruban ALE have exclusive access to the proceeds of any searches.

I could be wrong, however.  Best ask them if you have any questions about their future plans.

Does that sound like a vote of confidence in the Aruban LE and their handling of evidence?  I seriously doubt he is eager for a repeat of the last performance by this search crew.

But then I don't call the family on every excuse I can think of and so haven't spoken to him about this.  Inappropriate to do so but perhaps Red could ask if there is another such endeavor in the works.

And is rather transparent in my opinion.
