Please forgive me and ignore if this has been posted already.

Per local news, the Grandmother(who is also guardian) of Dakota (the little girl that had to go in the hospital over this stressful story) filed for a restraining order on Cindy Anthony for texting Dakota. The judge denied (and did not say why). Apparently Dakota believes that Caylee is alive and the Grandmother does not and it is causing problems in their own relationship as well as affecting Dakota's health. Cindy told news that Dakota was texting her. And the one text msg they showed was Cindy writing to Dakota that the Grandma will come around. Seems like it never ends.

JMHO - so far nothing LP has happened.

1.  She didn't talk.
2.  He didn't find Caylee.
3.  They never researched the back yard.
4.  There was no big shock announcement.

IDK - I don't think he is that credible.  I think he likes the media attention!

I don't think he's particularly credible either, and that's why I'm wondering why on earth they're flying out!

Maybe a deal was worked out with that bail money that Casey would talk only if they provided the money up front. They reneged on that so maybe these could be additional charges with the money that was lost on their part.

This news is getting upstaged by all the other new developments today, but I thought it was interesting:

Local 6 is reporting (not up on their website yet) that Dakota's grandma is or has filed an injunction to get Cindy to stop texting and emailing D.

This is the 12-year old that organized a vigil for Caylee, that Casey started emailing when she first got out, then ended up in the hospital after the forensic evidence came out.

DCF INVESTIGATING PROTESTING FAMILY

The Department of Children and Families said Monday that video of the aforementioned child protesting and screaming, along with his mother, outside the Anthony house Saturday night, has prompted an investigation (Images | Raw Video).

DCF said they were alerted to the video by viewers who contacted their Florida Abuse Hotline. The video shows the boy possibly get injured during the altercation. The boy's arm appears to be slammed in the car door when the female driver is being restrained by a passenger.

DCF said they used the vehicle's license plate number to contact the family and "is taking all appropriate investigative steps to assess the child’s injuries and the circumstances surrounding the situation."

DCF told Eyewitness News they believe the child is doing okay.

No offense here. I do NOT condone that mother being there with her child. Just wish Cindy had reported Casey to the DCF one month early and maybe Caylee would be here right now and that little boy would not have been hurt and his mother wouldn't have been there in the first place.  Cindy cause this and she should also be held responsible along with that mother.  Also, that neighbor boy who keeps getting into fights should be reigned in.  This is the 2nd time he is involved in fights out front of that house.  In my opinion he caused that boys injury by pushing his mother against the car door.  He should have assault charges brought against him also. JMO

So, back the gas cans.    I read it differently.  He must have either put them in the shed or seen them in the shed at 6:00 in the evening.  At 10:00 the next morning, he unlocks the shed and they are gone.  So she would have had to take them early evening or overnight.    He reported it at 10:20, and after seeing his short fuse, I would guess he was not happy!  So she didn't take them during day of the 23rd or the 24th.  She kidnapped them at night. (now be kind if this is a 12 ft image!)

I think she had most of the day on the 23rd to break into the shed, use the shovel, dig up Caylee to relocate her, then take the gas cans either as a motive or just because she was broke and could.
