SMACKDOWN about to commence .....not inadverent question is if Casey should be punished because of this

Options:  CONTEMPT!!!!!!   An instruction to the jury and now CJBP wants to know what other opinions he is going to testify

I knew it Dr Spitz - the witness is stepping down & he is to take his deposition - he will testify next week & the judge will entertain an instruction to the jury over THIS VIOLATION -

CJBP is considering contempt at the conclusion at the end of this trial!!!!

Judge Perry says Baez not acting in "good faith" in what his witnesses will be testifying to in this case.

That is an understatement.
