The Sky has also learned that Misty Croslin-Cummings was asked again to come in for re-questioning in the child's disappearance. Misty now has an attorney and both have declined the request for futher quesioning.


Sorry but that is BS!  Misty was the last one (according to her) to see Haleigh alive.  Why isn't she cooperating?  This is exactly why people like me think she and Ron are guilty of harming Haleigh.  If you have nothing to hide you hide nothing.  You cooperate.

I agree, there's no way talking to LE could hurt her if she isnt guilty of anything, it doesnt matter how many times they ask you the same question, you should have only one answer, the true answer, and if she doesnt remember or she really was asleep then thats all she has to say, whats the big deal, who cares if they try to say she is lying, the only reason they would say that is if what she is saying doesnt add up........its just a load of crap....this baby is gone, she needs to be found, there is no excuse for not talking to LE, NONE...............and that is why I think she is guilty of something............how many that reads this post would say they wouldnt talk to LE anymore if a child was missing????    I know I would talk until they were satisfied with my answers and then I would come back anytime they asked me too.......gosh!!!

I believe that Katrina is Annette Sykes daughter, Teresa Neves' sister.

Haleigh’s Dad Accusing Of Putting Rat In In-Law’s Mailbox

SATSUMA -- The St. Augustine Record is reporting Ronald Cummings, the father of missing girl Haleigh Cummings, allegedly left a decapitated rat in his brother-in-law’s mailbox.

The accusation comes days after he was jailed for getting into a fist fight with his brother-in-law and father-in-law.
   
Hank Croslin, Jr. reported the incident to police and then signed a charge of retaliating on a witness against Cummings and an unnamed juvenile.

Cummings has denied any wrongdoing.

No charges have been filed at this time.

Recently, Murt posted this on his blog - which looks like yet another attempt at his "caretaker" ploy.  We suspect that this is being posted with regard to the Haleigh Cummings case, but have no solid proof of same.  It has been rumored that he is in contact with Haleigh's mother and the Satsuma Sheriff's Office regarding the case.  Again, this is nothing more (if it is yet another caretaker letter) than to ingratiate himself with this family and take advantage of them, as he did the Duckett's and tried to do with the Anthony family.

Once the window closes, it will be too late for you to make amends for your actions and innocents will be made to suffer for your actions.

I totally agree.  IF he has truly been in contact with the Satsuma Sheriff's Office his nonsense and delusions are taking time away that that could be utilized on finding Haleigh.  I do not post on this thread much but do read along.  Thought you may find it interesting.
