Good news and bad news.....

I called the Clerk of Courts and I was transfered soooo many times and I finally reached someone who is in charge of the KC DVDs(which makes me think they do exist and are ready for release). Unfortunately the guy wasn't in and I had to leave a voicemail, so I'm waiting for a call back....

I was worried they wouldn't give me any info, but one woman asked if I was from a media outlet and I said no, that I am just a citizen from Ohio, and she didn't say "well, we can't give you that info". So that seems like a good sign to me...in other words she didn't flat out refuse to give me any info...in fact she was really trying to help me..and that's when she transfered me to someone where I left the voicemail.

One woman I talked to seemed to know what I was talking about (new docs/DVDs) so I hope the media outlets down there get their hands on them sooooooon. I would request them, but I'm sure the cost is outrageous.

Sorry I don't have more news at the moment, but as soon as I get a call back I'll let all of you know the scoop.

IIRC..the 500 pgs were released to Baez..2 weeks ago.  Then we got them mid last week.

Then 1100 pgs were released to Baez last MONDAY...Today is Thursday...10 days later....right?

The discovery is made public which means ANYONE can request them, typically media outlets are the ones that do because yes there is a fee for the copying which to that magnitude is costly.   Remember Baez wanted tip copies & he had a $900 fee that he refused to pay & never picked them up, similar to that

Thanks.   I'm down - but ok.   I dreamt about him last night.   It was so real.   He was only 53 - and was very talented and smart.   He always made me laugh so hard - his personality was fantastic.    He just couldn't quit drinking (and a friend told me that he had gotten into crack the last few weeks).   He lost his job in December (due to drinking on the job).  He called my husband in January, looking for a job - but my hubby didn't have any openings that fit his quals.   I wish I had known how depressed he was - I would have tried to help somehow.   I just didn't realize how bad things were for him.

Do you guys know how far it is from where Caylee was found to Amscot where the car was left without gas?

6.9 miles

Thank you see me...Don't need much gas for that trip.
Still playing with time line that she put the remains in the trunk the afternoon of the 24th, disposed on the 27th, then drove and left the car at amscot. 
Maybe at the time, she thought she could get away, with setting a scence for a kidnapping. 
Just don't know where the remains were from the 16th to the 24th.
