Maybe there are entries after that one that make LE believe this particular entry is from 2008?  Wish they'd given us more of the diary than just that one darn page!

The picture of heart sticker looks like a raised epoxy sticker . it dosent appear flat to me. Can someone blow up the picture so we can see it better?

It does look raised to me too. Usually when these types of stickers get old the top part will fall off and underneath of that there is a little layer of foam and then the actual sticky paper. I wonder if the bottom half of that sticker was what was found on the duct tape. Just thinking about this though makes me so mad.

KC was obviously saving that sticker "backing" as she had placed it inside a shoe box and placed inside a dresser drawer.  ? A keepsake ?  A lot of murderers keep a "keepsake" of their killing.

I KNEW we were going to be just sick today...and I am.  I'm so glad that I don't think like Casey. Casey was born lacking moral DNA.   

The worse part is that even with these 500 pages, even with the next 1,100 pages, even with 20 DVD's more, I still think some of the most damaging information will be kept back for trial.  (The most obvious one item being a picture of the skull with the tape and heart shape over the mouth area.  Oh man.....I'm so glad I won't be a member of the jury.)

I agree with you Puzzler.  They must have some pretty damning evidence on her!  I wonder when Baez will throw in the towel?  Why has he not demanded that she plea out?  They can not honestly think they can fight this.......that is just ridiculous!

Casey is the decider....No matter what JB says to her...she makes the decision.  I don't think Casey will ever go for a plea deal because I don't think she will ever admit guilt.  Like George said, Casey takes things to the edge and beyond.

In regards to keeping info back until trial, they legally cannot do that. The defense must have full disclosure of ALL the evidence. They may not release everything to the public (ie. the photos of the remains) but EVERYTHING must be disclosed to the defense.

I usually just lurk but I've seen many times on this site and others that people are speculating about mystery evidence that will be withheld until trial and it just doesn't work that way.

The monkeys are a smart group and I wouldn't want them to be misled.

I do understand that the defense must be allowed access to all evidence.

The point I was trying to make was that the public and Scared Monkeys (unfortunately) would not necessarily be privy to some of the more damaging information "until and unless" its presented during the trial.

That does disagree with some lawyers that have been on some shows. I do see by one fo the legal law info sites that evidently some states have different rules. FL is listed there but I am too busy to read if someone else would like the link....http://lawdigest.uslegal.com/evidence/discovery/

Looking at the home photos from the search warrant.  Conway is full of it he said the house was a mess.  It looks like they dumped stuff on the bed, however I don't see drawers overturned.  And I don't see pieces of carpet or mattress missing and I don't see dry wall missing as was reported. 

I don't believe anything Conway says anymore.

What could they say? They better just let it go for now and not make more stupid remarks like "The Fugitive" and stuff. They really need to be quit for now.

I am starting to think these two might have regrets about defending Casey.  Otherwise, you know they would have been in front of the cameras this morning!

I still think they're going to quit this case.  To begin with, how can anyone defend a uncooperative habitual liar? 

The only thing that bothers me is a comment that NG made a week or so ago about Baden.  It was something to the affect that she (NG) has been following Baden through her career as a forensic expert attorney, and that if any loop hole could be found, Baden would be the one to find it.  That's kind of scary IMO.

I watched almost every minute of Spector 1 ... I didn't find her all that impressive ... She doesn't scare me one little bit!  (except when I look at her!)

My daughter has been given was given a diary for a gift one time and the date was inside the cover but she has yet to use it. I think the date can make a good argument for defense but really hard to prove since pages are torn out of the book.

I noticed the ones found at the house were like hologram looking..not sure if that is the right word. If someone could show a picture of evidence heart and the ones found at house next to each other it would help us.
