Bounty Hunter Says Casey Anthony's Bond Is Being Posted Now

Leonard Padilla with California Lieutenant Governor Cruz BustamInvestigation Discovery just spoke with Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla, who said that his team is in route to the Orange County jail to bail out Casey Anthony, mother of missing 2-year-old, Caylee Anthony.

"We are on our way to post the bond," Padilla said. "We finally got final approval and everything."

While Padilla expects the bond to go through, he is uncertain as to when Casey will be released.

"The bond goes to the window and the jail takes their time in processing it because they have to verify it," Padilla said. "I don't know how the jail works here, so I don't know if it is going to be today. They usually have a window the following day but I don't know what it is because we are from out of town."

According to Padilla he has met with Casey's parents, George and Cindy Anthony, on two separate occasions and they are supportive of his efforts to get her released.

"They are with us 100 percent on getting her out," Padilla said. She is going to go home and at that time let's hope that she will speak with her parents."

Padilla said he has no plans of questioning Casey himself, however he did say that his associates will be with her at all times.

"We have people there for security because there have been a lot of threats against her and we don't want to be responsible for her getting killed," Padilla said, adding, "Threats are standard. If I don't get 10 threats a week people aren't paying attention to me."

In regards to the difficulties Padilla has had with the surety company in Florida, he had this to say:

"The competitors here in Florida are a bunch of dimwits. They didn't bail her out and they can't figure out why someone came from California came to do it. They're just idiots. They say, 'don't bail her out or we'll kill you, you son of a <redacted>.'  They want to try to put us out of business."

Her not guilty plea is already entered so she doesn't have to appear.

Is this guy Rick legit? If so, should he be saying all this stuff on the internet?  I mean, is he also not tainting a jury pool by speaking about this stuff?  In the prosecution's favor?  Don't throw anything at me...I am just thinking again.

I am not sure.  I cant imagine anyone in the whole city that has not heard of this case or her.  I would think the trial would be moved.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- After nearly a week of concerted efforts by high profile, California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and his behind-the-scenes bail bondsman nephew Tony Padilla, Casey Anthony's bond will be posted Wednesday night, and she could be released from Orange County Corrections custody as early as Thursday morning.

Well if you do an intelius search for Rick Plesea it comes back with 2 family members..

Take these 2 family members doing their own name search come back to Warren, Howland Ohio ..

They are listed on myspace.

All the Plesea's on myspace above have NO REFENCE TO ANY THE ANTHONY family....

Therefore I did not put their names because I do not know if that guy is for real.....

He's in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Yeah I did that South Carolina search on intelius and it came back with 2 names of Relatives....Dont know if I can post them...

When I took those 2 names of his relatives and searched they came back with listings in OHIO...

I also found those same 2 names with the same cities on myspace but there was no mention of Cindy,Caylee,or Casey,Lee anyone so I didn't know bout posting the relatives names...

This makes me want to barf.  She isn't going to tell anything.  It doesnt appear there have ever been consequences before and it doesnt look like there will be now.

Cindy and Casey were fighting the day before Casey left with Caylee. They had visited my mom and dad on father's day at the nursing home. My mom was angry that Cindy didn't do anything about Casey stealing money from their checking accounts. Thank God that the account for my father was hooked to the nursing home and wasn't allowed to be cashed by no one other than the nursing home. My mom got that money reimbursed from the bank. She asked that the bank press charges but somehow Cindy and George got Casey out of it. That is what we think the fighting was about after they got home that evening that the neighbors overheard.

Not at all. She is a pathological liar. My sister and George are in complete denial. They can't see the facts here. I tried my absolute best to convince Cindy of the facts and she told my mom that she don't need her family butting in. She kept saying the dogs are wrong and the phone company is lying. They are sadly not in our reality anymore.
