The way I heard it was ... there was a park bench (I would assume from JB park) in the "sawgrass" at the park ... it was thought that maybe when the river flooded it washed the bench into the sawgrass .... not mention of SawGrass Apts that I heard ... I could be wrong ...

I heard it the same.  Just a bench from THAT park that was in the water probably due to the flooding.

Im curious if Tim has made any comments on the Padilla search tioday ?

YES - he was not happy.  It is video - can someone post the link!!

From a channel 9 news report today:

(snipped)

Miller also said he's frustrated with bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who started his own search Monday in an area Miller claims isn't even on sheriff's investigators radar.

"There's no evidence to lead anyone to believe there's a good reason to dive. I would only hope it's not for self promotional reasons and turning this into a circus," Miller said.

It's against the law to take Cindy's picture?

Cindy was running track?

Oh God. We're going to be listening to Lois as she bleeds to death. Can 9-1-1 reach Orlando lifesaving?

Dakota's going to be there tomorrow? OMG!

She said that she told Dakota that it's a memorial and that people will be saying their goodbyes, and I think she said she asked Dakota if she was ready to say goodbye.. Dakota said no. So hopefully she will NOT be there.

Did anybody actually hear Murt ask her not to talk? I missed that part when he came back after what was going on earlier.

Thanks. I missed that part completely.

Are you hearing Lois? She said that Cindy was shouting at people not to take her picture, that it was against the law.    Um, seriously why the hell would you go somewhere you know d@mn well has media trucks- and you're a major player in a missing person's case- and act all concerned about cameras?!?!

Sorry I missed that about the bench.  Isn't it pretty darn odd that the As would show at this search after all of this.

Well fire up the flame throwers I agree with Tim Miller.
However Id dig up disney world if I though my missing child was there.
Ego's need to be put aside and everyone work together on this case.
The circus that continues does nothing to find Caylee.

OK monkeys,
i have been thinking about were she could of put her??? well i dint think she could have carried the dead body to that water cause the body would have been in bad shape I'm thinking like jello and dint think she could of carried her that far. she would have to have driven up to the spot to get rid of her (IMO) so tell me what do you think???
Yes, I have thought the same thing.  Casey does not appear to be the type to 'get her hands dirty' and the less effort she takes to do something the better she likes it.  I have always felt Casey probably put her in a dumpster or the trash or drove up to a spot and dumped the body.  And maybe covered it with limbs/or brush.  The body would have been too messy to carry to the water and the chance of someone seeing her throw it into the river was too great.  Casey would have to have done it in secret in a place no one goes to, low traffic area and a place where she could get in and get out fast without being seen.

My gut still tells me that Caylee was put into a small container....jmoo...Des
