I'm trying to see if KC's hair is the same length in the Fusion pics & the Globe pics.  Also, can anyone tell if that is the same dress?

I thought the dress did look alike at first however I notice the sleeves in the globe pic appear to be longer, if that makes sense.

Thank you FFG.  I noticed the sleeves, also.  I just wondered if she had them pushed up?  Hard for me to tell.  But her hair looks about the same.

Also, does anyone remember someone saying Casey tried to take Caylee to Fusion & was told that wasn't a good idea?

CECE   It looks like the dress & it's pretty close on the hair length-maybe the Fusion pix are several weeks later as it appears a little longer in length but the style is the same.  She seems to go through style stages, as in personality changes according to what role she is playing & who her chosen audience is at the time, IMO.

Casey Anthony: Defamation suit will go on; private eye tries to avoid prosecutors' deposition in murder trial

Television gave concise treatment to today's developments in the saga of Casey Anthony.

"The civil case against Casey will go on," WESH-Channel 2 anchor Syan Rhodes said. "Judge Jose Rodriguez denied the defense's motion to dismiss the case."

Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation for linking her to the disappearance of Caylee Anthony. Casey Anthony is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee.

"Gonzalez's lawyers say Casey has never said publicly that their client did not take Caylee," WESH anchor Jim Payne said.

"A judge has refused to throw out the defamation lawsuit against Casey filed by Zenaida Gonzalez," WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Barbara West said. "Gonzalez shares the same name as the mystery nanny Casey says disappeared with Caylee. Casey's civil attorney had argued that it was not fair for Casey to have to defend herself in the civil case before going to trial for murder. But the judge disagreed, ruling that since Zenaida's lawyers backed off from demanding Casey answer very specific questions about the nanny, it would not hurt her defense in the murder trial."

WFTV also reported that Dominic Casey, the private investigator for the Anthony family, is trying to avoid a Nov. 12 deposition by prosecutors in the murder trial.

The private eye "claims that since he worked for Casey's defense team at one time, he cannot be forced to answer questions," West said.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A judge denied a motion to dismiss the civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony Tuesday morning.
Anthony is being sued by a woman named Zenaida Gonzalez. In the suit, Gonzalez claims that Anthony ruined her reputation when she told police that her baby sitter, named Zenaida Gonzalez, kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony.

Anthony's attorneys had filed a motion asking the judge to dismiss the case.

Caylee was reported missing in July 2008. Her remains were found in a wooded area near Anthony's parents' east Orange County home.

Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in Caylee's death. She is being held at the Orange County Jail on no bond.

Gonzalez is asking for more than $15,000 in damages.

Well may be she can loan some of the CBS money from CA to pay off Zenaida. I hope they are going to add punitive damages?

No less than $15,000 with the final award to be decided.  Is she asking for punitive? I don't know if she is ...  She has a good case.

That photo on the Globe could have been photoshoped, and more with media software. NO telling when the pic of Caylee was acturtally taken.

A judge in the Casey Anthony civil case has refused a request by the accused child killer's defense to throw out a defamation suit.

Zenaida Gonzalez(pictured) is suing for damages after Anthony told deputies a woman with her name kidnapped 2-year-old Caylee Anthony.

Caylee was eventually found dead, but Anthony's defense says the kidnapper was a different woman with the name Zenaida Gonzalez.

Judge Jose Rodriguez said because Gonzalez's lawyers withdrew sensitive questions from depositions there's no reason to toss the case or postpone it until after Anthony's other trials.

She'll be back in court in December to face charges for stealing checks.

Her capital murder trial is set to start summer 2010.

It's unclear when proceedings in the civil case will start.
