Fingers crossed that since court ran overtime that we might get a break from seeing the Bloviating Pig/LKB on HLN today.  We certainly don't need to hear BS from Jink.

She seems to be notably absent on the days that bozo screws up so I am guessing she won't be showing her pig face today.

She's having a meeting with Al Gore to learn how to explain how incredible bozo did today!!!

While the defense called several forensic experts to the stand Tuesday, perhaps the most intriguing revelation of the day came from prosecutor Linda Drane-Burdick, when she informed the court that authorities are looking into whether Casey Anthony had any contact with an Orange County Jail inmate whose child died in a way very similar to the scenario laid out in defense attorney Jose Baez’s opening statement.

April Whalen’s 15-month-old son, Isaiah, drowned in her family’s pool on Christmas Day in 2007, and his body was found by his grandfather. Baez had claimed in his opening statement that 2-year-old Caylee Anthony drowned in the family pool on June 16, 2008 and was found dead by her grandfather George Anthony.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A woman who said she had an affair with George Anthony after growing close to him during the search for his missing granddaughter has been subpoenaed to testify in his daughter’s murder trial.

Krystal Holloway received a subpoena to testify for the defense at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. That does not mean she will be called on Tuesday.
In an interview with Local 6 reporter Tony Pipitone, Holloway said she is upset the defense used her as a "scapegoat” in its opening statements ::snipping2::

Should she be giving an interview? This is crazy!

Let's see...isn't this the person that went to 'help out' at the money-grubbing tent & 'picked up' the 'grieving grandfather of a murdered baby' so that she could 'console' him....that she knew was married (although at that time his wife may have already started humping with the PI)....and after she 'consoled' him a few times...she went on national TV to brag about it?  Then, she lied...either she lied under oath or on the TV interviews.  

So, 'should'..would imply that someone cares about ethical or moral rules.  She doesn't qualify IMO...lol

that was the 'challenge' that was discussed earlier....Linda was challenging KC to testify!!

Linda Baden on Vinnie Politan asking what's missing from what Caylee was found wearing? That the shorts she was found in too small. Saying she's going to leave that hanging in the air....hmmm, what's she saying? That Caylee was last seen by Casey in a bathing suit? But Baez said Caylee got out of the house on her own that it was very easy for her to do but to me that would imply that she did NOT have on a bathing suit. What trap are they setting for themselves this time I wonder. JMO

interesting,  I've always thought she made it outside on the pavers and that is why she needed the shovel.  Because the directions call for a shovel to put sand on any spills.   Could be chloroform was a ruse for various reasons; scent, pool related(she thought), cleaner of fluids, etc.

I'm still tossing ideas around about what she may have done in what order.  She is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

She could have made it in the house as far as that goes. No one was there for half a day everyday. By the time Yuri got the search warrant she had been out on bond, so of course she would have covered her tracks. Those questions about ordering things to make chloroform by bozo were stupid - anything you would need would be at your local hardware store or Target where she was all the time.

Now, to the pavers - Until this case I had never heard of those. At least I did not know what people called them. I have always felt there was something funky about those. July 4th weekend IIRC George and Cindy took some up and replaced them or poured concrete where they were. Now WHY would anyone replace those concrete things? There were also some perfectly good ones found at the remains site. At least one that I remember. I wonder if KC took one or more of them to weight down the body or cover it up and the Anthonys missing them had to replace them. Some think that is what she used the shovel for and that would make sense.

True on digging up the pavers especially if they had been there a while.  I just thought it odd that when Capp(I think it was her) posted directions for making chloroform it required a shovel.  My first googled directions did not and I can see ICA following the directions to a tee.  The trunk interior carpet appearing to be saturated with chloroform makes it questionable to me as to what she did with it.  She borrowed the shovel after the 16th according to Burners report so Caylee could have been decomposing at that point.  I am not convinced chloroform was the murder weapon.  I think she may have done a number of things in a frenzy to disguise the truth.  As well as a couple trips to the remains site to toss things.  I also wonder if she just parked right on that shoulder of the road and carried stuff in there. 

I wish we could just beat the truth out of her.   

As to making it in the house; it may have harmed her and she would have taken that into consideration, imo.  Murder your child but do not harm yourself that's her mo.  IMO.

OK.....gonna get this off my chest.  Cindy sits in court every days filling notebook after notebook. I t would not surprise me to learn she is also recording the proceedings. I have no doubt these notebooks will be used for book/TV movie. S is planning to make money off Caylee's murder when she did everything within her power to undermine the investigation. She lied over and over and over to LE, FBI and the thousands of people who were supporting them not only emotionally, but financially. IMO She will never be charged for any of her lies, destroying evidence, without info from LE and who knows what else. As far as I am concerned, she must accept some responsibility for enabling KC for years. She KNEW KC had problems...she warned KC's friends to stay way from her and not to trust her. So Cindy gets on the stand and cries and bends nearly over, with what appears to be her grief....I call bullchit!!  She asked the judge in a meek little voice if the photo pf Caylee could be turned off or moved out of her view...she could look at that sweet little face. She said she is trying very hard not to cry. Oh well BOO HOO BITOTCH!! Yes, I am sure she is crushed that her daughter killed her granddaughter....and I am sure she does not want to see KC get the DP...so what exactly is it she does want? Nothing will ever convince me that she did not know KC killed Caylee and that Caylee's remains were in that swamp around the corner from the only home she ever knew. That knowledge alone stops me from having any sympathy for Cindy except momentary slips.  THE END

I don't know if I should post this cuz you know the Dumbfense reads here. But here goes hoping they 'miss' it..lol
Two things you don't want to see if you are a witness in this case for the defense.

1.  When JA asks you a question and his hand is in his pocket or is putting it there while he is asking.
2  When LDB asks you a question and she scrunches her eyebrows down.  Not up...when she is just setting you up for the kill...but down ...when she is going for the knock-out.

Anyone else notice this?
