I don't understand why the prosecution is NOT allowed a preempt strike ... period...
They were allowed that on 8 other pjs.

Thank goodness the death penalty doesn't have to be unanimous.

Stupid prior ruling!!!

I "knew" Bozo was going to fight this one!

judge is not going to strike her!

Well, we better hope that when she sees evidence, especially the bones of a baby girl that was murdered, she can take that as not "what people say."

Goodmorning All!

Has it been determined when Casey received her "Bella Vita" tattoo?

Found my answer: http://www.wftv.com/news/21248759/detail.html

that duct tape photo chills me right to the bone.

I had forgotton that the striations, brand, and specific markings on the tape covering Caylee's mouth were a match for the tape found on the gas cans, thanks for reposting this!  Now, how in the heck will the defense explain THAT away!

It was also a match to the duct tape the Anthonys used to post Caylee's flyers at the tent set up to take donations.

well the only saving grace about this is maybe since the woman doesn't even know what "forensics" means, she will just not be able to get past the 31 days and everything else will go over her head and common sense on the 31 days will be enough for her guilty vote

Hi Sunny
What was the comment?  This monkey has no speakers on her work computer.

Hi Shari, JB misspoke asking for a peremptory strike the JUDGE!  LOL
Thanks Sunny! So much smiling and laughing in this courtroom, I keep thinking I'm reading about a variety show, wtf!

Well, as Judge Perry says, I have a long memory and if there's a hang up in the jury with no decision reachable, then I will be asking - and who was it that wouldn't allow her to be stricken -not once but two times?  How much money is this woman going to cost the State of Florida in the end?

Something I don't understand, the prosecution wanted her of the first day - and Judge Perry said no - prosecution said they'd like to use a preemption and the Judge denied that day.  I never understood why the judge wouldn't allow the prosecution a preemption when he allowed the defense preemptions.

Can any monkey help me clear my confusion, please?

For days, the judge has been calling KC "Mrs." Anthony.

I'm waiting on Bozo to come down on the judge for doing that.

wow..there is a young boy sitting in the court room!  why isn't he in school for one thing and who would bring their young child to a court room with this type of case going on?

I have taken my kids to court just for the educational experience. It is a very good learning experience. I would not want them in court for the autopsy pictures or things of that nature but I really see nothing wrong with this jury selection. Most schools take their kids to at least one or more court proceedings in their History or Economics classes.

That's what I don't understand as well, I thought there was no need to give/have a reason to backstrike....  Color me confused.

No...not that I've heard - I think late yesterday that he would call 3 or 4.  Well, they went through 2 with lighting speed this morning.   BAD PLANNING.  People don't want to be on this jury.  See this guy just said no, too.  3 up and 3 down!!!!

They don't even have 12!!!!!

true Turbo..but they are discussing the murder of a young child by her own mother..I would think that there might be better cases for a young child to sit in on than this one..each to their own of course...

My guess is George bought multiple rolls. I usually do when I buy duct tape because I don't know how much I will need. I usually buy about 5 rolls at a time.
