I couldn't help but notice the first video that has sound.. Tommy eyes are twitching which is a sign of withdrawal from certain drugs...

I wondered about that.

Many druggies get that eye twitch almost as a nervous habit, like a tick, and they do that long after withdrawal.  I have wondered if it is neurological damage from their long term drug use.

Been reading some emails from that Hornsby guy.     If ever I am straddling the fence, it's after reading his stuff.  Sigh.  I must be a glutton for punishment.    

Yet I just gotta ask.. feel free to smack me upside the head to knock some sense back into my brain if needed.  hehe...

What if............. just what if........... Misty is entirely innocent in the matter of HaLeigh's gone missing, and is (as some believe) just being set up as the 'fall guy' by several, incl the local LE?  What if??????

Do benzodiazepines cause eye twitch?

Yes, benzodiazepines can cause eye twitching but mainly this is during withdrawal from the drug. If you’re experiencing this while withdrawing it’s simply a side effect of the process and should go away when you’re done.

I also noticed the odd twitching.

Did you also notice that his eyes roll back .... then he lifts his head ... as if to clear it ... and it just continues. Wonder if there is some drugs being filtered into St. John's as was the same with  Putname Jail employee.  I had never noticed that from Tommy in the beginning tapes we had watched. 

Did Hank Sr. make mention of any of this ... found it hard to hear the audio in Hank's visit, plus tape #2 had to audio.

Yeah, the twitching and eye rolling is weird. I did not notice that in any other videos released until these.

I sure wish Simon would get sound working on #2 and get the others posted.

I have not even had time to watch these videos. I have no clue if they contain any useful information or not. This is the first one, and it is of a video meeting between Misty Croslin and her father Hank Croslin

Because of the size of the files I have had to split them up. This one is in four parts.

I want to say a big thank you to Armando Aldazabal for picking these DVD’s up for us. And I would also like to point out that BNN is the first organization to get them to the public.

The exact date of this conversation is unknown, however it was between Feb 17 and Mar 4.

Do they help in finding Haleigh Cummings? Probably not, but they do offer interesting views of this very strange family.

Cobra the Bounty Hunter Pleads Guilty, Gets Back to Work

​A year ago, Fort Lauderdale bail bondsman William "Cobra" Staubs nearly ended his 30-year career by searching for missing 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings.

Cobra was slapped with a felony charge of false imprisonment when he tried to arrest accused child molester Daniel Snodgrass in Putnam County, near where Haleigh disappeared. Snodgrass complained to the local sheriff's office that Cobra was not authorized to revoke his bond.

Cobra's license to be a bail bondsman, which is the legal version of bounty hunting in Florida, was suspended, and his business began to dry up. For a while, it seemed that his career -- a Forrest Gump-like saga that included tracking down a fugitive who was making bombs near military bases and secretly trailing former Palm Beach County Commissioner Tony Masilotti -- might be over.

But after a year of legal wrangling, Cobra recently struck a deal with prosecutors in the case. He pleaded guilty to a lesser, misdemeanor battery charge for his forceful arrest of Snodgrass.Cobra's now on probation for a year. But he's thrilled to have the chance to get his bail bonds license reinstated and head back to work.

"I'm free, thank God, free at last," he says.

Haleigh Cummings, meanwhile, is still missing after disappearing in February 2009. No suspect has been named or charged in that case.

Misty In St. Johns Co. Court On Drug Charge

Cummings Faces Other Drug Charges In Putnam County

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- Misty Cummings appeared at a pretrial hearing in St Johns County court Tuesday.

Cummings is facing one drug trafficking charge in St. Johns County and others in Putnam County.

The hearing Tuesday was continued because Cummings' attorney said he wanted more time.

Cummings, the former stepmother of missing Satsuma girl Haleigh Cummings, was in arrested in February on the drug charges, along with Haleigh's father, Ronald Cummings, and several others in an undercover drug bust.

Misty Cummings was the last person to see Haleigh the night the 6-year-old disappeared from her home last year. The drug charges she's facing are unrelated to Haleigh's case.

Misty Cummings' next court date is set for June 8. Her bond is set at $1.35 million.

Listening to Misty in the first video...she has some crazy eye movement also...maybe Hank Sr. has the same problem and that is why he wears sunglasses.

What I did find disturbing was Misty laughing when she was telling her dad that somebody died in the cell she once occupied...now why does she think death is funny?

Haleigh Cummings' Babysitter was in a St. Johns County Courtroom

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The last person to see Haleigh Cummings before she disappeared last year was in court Tuesday.

Misty Croslin Cummings had a pretrial hearing at the St. Johns County Courthouse in St. Augustine.  She faces a drug trafficking charge in St. Johns County.

According to the Clerk of Court's office, Croslin's attorney asked for another pretrial hearing. It was set for June 8th.

Croslin married Ronald Cummings, Haleigh's father, about a month after his child disappeared.

During the pre-trial hearing, Croslin's name was amended, so the "Cummings" was dropped from court documents.

Haleigh was five years old when she was last seen at her father's mobile home in Satsuma in February 2009. Misty Croslin was babysitting her when she disappeared from the home.
