O hell to the no Rodriquez - then you should have put that in the report or been asked during deposition

NO BASS AWKWARD sneak testimony....come on CJBP stop this ambush of crap

CJBP asked when he came to this conclusion, he wants a date when he saw the photographs - the witness just lied when he saw the pictures, but even Feb is too early not to have included it in the report.

I agree.  I do however  think he's xtra xtra cautious because he KNOWS this isn't going to end well for ICA & he wants to make sure he gave them every opportunity possible - all his t's were crossed & I's dotted!
