Hi-
First post - long time lurker -
Finally got an account just so I could quit screaming at my screen.
There has been much discussion about what could and could not be bought with a JC Penny credit card.  Well, I have had a JCP credit card for years.  About 3 years, JCP sent me a new card.  It is a JCP/Master Card.  It has the JC Penny logo on it with a MC logo in the bottom right corner.  I can use this card at JCP or ANY place that accepts Master Card.  The limit is approximately $20k or some ungodly amount that no one should ever spend.   SO, if Cindy's JCP card was like mine, there are a lot more places Casey could have been using that card -

 FWIW, I also have a Nordstrom/Visa and Macy's/Visa - seems to be a trend.

WHEW - Now that I got that off my chest, I can go back to lurking.

Mullet head needs to step back and stop being rude to LP and TIM!!  The woman is not NG and she tries too hard to be.  Nancy is not even that bad towards Tim.

DANA SHOW!! DANA SHOW!!

I turned off the classical music my hubs is making me listen to for the twins...the babies are going to come out loving Dana too!  LOL

LOL! That's funny.

I was on bedrest the last two months of my pregnancy and after the mouthy one was born, his head would turn and he'd get real quiet whenever the theme music to the Young and the Restless came on.

Hi and thanks for the 411.  I searched to see what a store card could purchase, did not realize that they offered a regular Master Card as well.

Welcome Codemonkey!  Ah, very interresting and excellent point.  I hadn't thought about how it could be used like a Mastercard.

Welcome Code (and all new monkeys!)
I would think the JCP is a JCP "only" card. If I have one of those "sponsored" Visa credit cards -- I would refer to it as a VISA card not a JCP card.

Texas-Based Group Considers Resuming Caylee Anthony Search

POSTED: 5:45 pm EDT October 10, 2008
UPDATED: 5:53 pm EDT October 10, 2008

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A Texas-based group is considering resuming a ground search in Orange County for Caylee Anthony's body. The group, EquuSearch, stopped looking for Caylee several weeks ago when the rain from Tropical Storm Fay created too many problems.

The decision on whether or not to resume that search is being discussed on the same day Casey Anthony's lawyer tried to get a judge to allow Casey to secretly search for her daughter.

The founder of EquuSearch, Tim Miller, is at the Fairfield Inn near Orlando International Airport meeting with his staff, going over maps and trying to decide if he's going to do two searches in Orlando at the same time.

Miller met with detectives at the Orlando Police Department about the Jennifer Kesse case. She's the 22-year year old who never showed up to work in January 2006. Miller also met with attorney Mark NeJame for five hours about the Caylee Anthony case.

Miller is contacting his people and his resources to see if it's the right time to do a double search.

"We know that both Jennifer and Caylee, if they are out there, are only skeletal remains. So, you know, it's going to take me going out there personally, see what the vegetation looks like, do we go right now, wait until four or five weeks from now when the vegetation starts dying off to go ahead and use our resources the best they can be used," Miller said.

It wasn't a MasterCard...it was just a JCPenny's card.  You can get a MasterCard with the JCPenny logo on it, but not the same card Cindy Anthony has.

Dana show is very interesting tonight.  I wonder what Drew Peterson thinks of Casey Anthony.
