Good morning everyone.  I didn't know that frogs would make a pup sick, hope Digger feels better 

There is nothing normal about that dog.
I had a patient one time that told me when he died he was coming back as a dog and would torment me.He did and it's name is Digger.
I think he is jealous of the Fakers next door getting so much attention.

I just love hearing stories about Digger, since I joined here I've enjoyed the escapades of Digger. Not only is he cute and smart, he reminds me of Heidi, even though she was black and tan, she was always naughty. She loved squeak toys, and my parents had so many toys for her. My dad would say, go get the piggy, or go get the kitty, and I swear she would bring the right one    And if she wasn't being watched her favorite thing was to get in the waste basket and shred kleenix    Hi cookie and Green Eyes

It is beautiful outside today,just very hot.
Today will be a pick up sticks day.   

It is always pick up sticks day here, actually the needles that fall from the pine trees  It gets old and tiresome picking those stupid things up.

Well another tree down but across the upper drive and it's too hot so I am going to ignore it till it cools down. I want to know why they always come down across the drives..you'd think occasionally they would fall in another direction

If Brenda and Sonny get back together on General Hospital I will watch the show again    Don't want to get hooked on soaps again, for awhile I was watching four of them   

I just totally walked away from the soaps when I started working. Sure, I could watch them at night or on the weekends, but I got enough drama in my life! Although, I do miss John and Brody, Rex and Bo (oh, and Blair and Dorian too!) on OLTL, and I love me some Sonny when he smiles, and I love love love Spinelli, and Luke of course. When they bring Laura back, I'll be back. As for Brenda, meh, she'll prolly only stay thru sweeps, I hate it when they do that. Oh, and of them all, Dante is the hottest!!!!!

  I wish they would bring Laura back again. I'm sure Brenda will only be back for a short period of time, but maybe if the money is right she may stay.

Afternoon monkeys. Tried to get in cage, but work called first. I hope you are all doing well and you had me cracking up about the crickets and Joan. Trimm did they ever get the trailer moved. Cookie, you are adorable No Rose thanks for the laughs, Brandi, Kyron thread I can't even read there I am so confused. Have fun making avatars. Mission sorry about the circumstances of your trip, glad you made it back safely. Bearly sorry I missed you. I hope Greeneyes is staying cool today.

Now a rant post is in order...

I have been missing you lately JSM.  Thank you....all went well considering.  The weather was very hot and still is.  het index has been approx 102 since Sat and not letting up until next week.  I hope you are doing well.   

I have been missing everyone Mission. Sorry the weather was hot. I can't believe it is going to be that hot up there. That is Texas weather.

RANT AGAIN.... A police officer on a motorcycle got hurt during the b*stards motorcade. We had one get killed during Hillary Clinton's visit when she was still running. I think I will have a ML and shut up now.

Have you seen the things you attach to tree trunks that consist of eyebrows,eyes,nose and mouth? Well my obnoxious neighbour use to spend hours leaning on my fence staring at my place. Drove me nuts so I bought 6 of them and mounted them on the trees facing him and he had all these trees staring back at him. REALLY CREEPY 

OMG now I love that idea, Trimm I'm betting would like to put up some in her yard facing the fakers. 

You can even get them with solar lights in the eyes so they stare in the dark!

  That is even creepier TBM.

Just have to say solar lights to me and I'm there    I have about 25 of them in all designs, frogs, butterflies, dragonflies, globes and flowers, all stuck into various plants. It is pretty when it gets dark out. And some of them flash six different colors.

I use a solar windchime that lights up with the 5 different colors for my son's grave - almost everyone has some type of light up - at night it looks like a million stars!

  TBM, that sounds beautiful. I have never heard of solar windchimes.

WOW, that is exciting Tevye.. very sorry she got off so easily. Are the judges up there so lenient? Ooohhh how I wish I could find this case on the internet.

I was just reading that this is in the record books for one of the coolest summers for us out here, thankfully. But I did notice that there will be some higher temps coming for the weekend, so I'm finishing one last corner of the yard, because I can't work out there when it is hot. If it only lasts for a couple days at a time that is alright, but when it goes on and on and on, that is not good. It looks like the plains, the south and the east are really having record breaking summers  I don't know how you all are managing this.

CONFESSION TIME: JSM was addicted to soap operas at times in her life. Young and the Restless I started watching when it first came on and I was a kid. Then ex got me started on Days and watched that for years, then I watch Another World until they took it off the air. Swore that would be my last, then BBC America had EastEnders on a weeks worth on Saturday mornings. Good lord I got hooked. I have every vcr tape that I ever made of EE, when BBCA took it off air, I found a bootlegger from England and dowloaded off his website until DISH network started pay per view and have those on video. But alas, I can't get DISH, bootlegger has probably gone to prison for copyright infringement and all I am left with is watching 5 plus year reruns of EastEnders.

  YAY hairdresser is out of town until tomorrow. Called, left a message and thank God she has an opening on Thursday to do my roots. Now gotta go to the nail bar tomorrow and get my fingers all purty so I will look good for my competition (and my special visitor coming to watch me skate)  I am so not ready for this competition and will probably make a fool of myself and all my family and friends are coming just to embarrass me. What makes it worse is I skate early have to leave the rink, go to Mass, come back and skate in the afternoon. I would rather be at the Irish Pub across the street during my break time.    Just kidding.
