I don't recognize the man or women in the pic, but the little girl from the side, looks a little like a

younger HaLeigh imo. Maybe someone thinks it's HaLeigh. It isn't imo.

The room looks like a social hall of some kind, maybe a reception for someone.

Why?

    1. Why did it take eight phone calls to Crystal Sheffield about her daughter’s kidnapping to get her interested at all?
   2. Why did it take eight hours for Crystal Sheffield to make the 1-1/2 hour tip to Satsuma after learning her daughter had disappeared?
   3. How could a mother who was just told her daughter had been abducted, fall back to sleep?
   4. Why was Chad Griffis out until after 5 a.m. on a Monday night (February 10, 2009?)
   5. Why was Marie Griffis, HaLeigh's grandma, utterly convinced HaLeigh was okay and had been transported to another state?

 

                 "My feeling all along, Haleigh is not in this area. I've been adamant about it. I know she's out of state somewhere. Don't ask me how I know, it is right here in my gut," Haleigh's grandmother, Marie Griffis, told First Coast News reporter Lindy Thackston at a vigil Thursday night. The family has held the vigil every night since Haleigh disappeared.

 

            “I have no idea why, but I know HaLeigh is fine, but I don’t feel HaLeigh’s… I don’t feel HaLeigh here in this area – she’s not here – she’s, she’s somewhere else - someone has got her and has transported her out of Florida and something just keeps - it stays in my mind constantly, Georgia - Alabama - Georgia Alabama.”

   6. Why would Crystal Sheffield constantly wipe at her eyes on TV during interviews when there was absolutely no tears coming out of her eyes. Why was she pretending whenever the camera was placed on her? (Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin both shed visible streaming tears)
   7. Why was the (future) HaLeigh Bug Administrator, Jeremiah Regan, a un-known man from Long Island, New York, present at a candle-light vigil for HaLeigh Cummings immediately after HaLeigh disappeared?
   8. Why did Attorney Kim Picazio tell a woman from Illinois that HaLeigh was not in Satsuma, was healthy, well fed, and growing?
   9. Why was Attorney Kim Picazio even corresponding with a stranger from Illinois regarding what she called her ‘investigation?’
  10. Why was Crystal Sheffield and Kim Picazio’s private investigator, William ‘Cobra’ Staubs, tasked by Attorney Kim Picazio, to disrupt and/or conceal Crystal Sheffield’s romantic relationship with HaLeigh Bug Administrator Jeremiah Regan?
  11. Why did Cobra Staubs pay tabloid photo-journalist Art Harris $5,000 to come to Satsuma on March 11, 2009?
  12. Why were all the stories written by Art Harris suspicious and un-flattering of Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin Cummings, while sympathetic and ever-assuming the best about Crystal Sheffield and Marie Griffis?
  13. Why did Art Harris endlessly cite sources within the ‘HaLeigh Task Force’ and ‘law enforcement’ in his articles, when the official position of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department was they were not revealing any information about the case? Harris' bogus reporting was all negative about Ronald and Misty Cummings.
  14. Why was Crystal Sheffield involved with an ‘events planner’ and/or ‘public relations specialist (Jeremiah Regan) while engaged to be married to Chad Griffis?
  15. Why was HaLeigh Cummings abducted on the same date as a publicized vigil for Caylee Anthony in Orlando?
  16. Why did Attorney Kim Picazio state on national television that her client was never a suspect? Is that even possible?
  17. Why did Attorney Kim Picazio tell Timothy Charles Holmseth in an interview that the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department had to ask her for Crystal Sheffield’s address because they didn’t know where she lived?
  18. Why did Jeremiah Regan’s father, John Regan, interject himself into the HaLeigh Cummings case and tell people he was a chaplain, FBI agent, CIA agent, and Aviation police officer? Why did he have badges and business cards he showed people that said he was these things? Why wasn’t he questioned by law enforcement?
  19. Why did Marie Griffis, Connie Sheffield, Johnny ‘Marty’ Sheffield, Ruby Kanger, John Regan, Jeremiah Regan, and Cobra Staubs stage a fake search for HaLeigh at San Mateo, Florida on March 22, 2009?
  20. Why did John Regan tell Judy Lucia, who had been asked to bring her dog, Gunny, to the search, he was an FBI agent and could not tell her his name?
  21. Why did John Regan telephone Cobra Staubs to come and examine ‘evidence’ that was found at the scene, instead of calling the actual police?
  22. Why did Attorney Kim Picazio send angry emails to Judy Lucia, telling her that John Regan was not at the fake search, after Lucia reported the search to police? John Regan was at the search and everyone else said so. What was Picazio covering for?
  23. Where did the inhaler, male socks, suitcase, map, ‘bloody’ glove, keys, and toys found at the fake search go to?
  24. Why did Captain Dominic Piscatello of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department ask Cobra Staubs if he tampered with evidence, and then refuse to enter into the department’s inventory the keys Staubs had that were found at the San Mateo search? Why did he tell Staubs he could keep them?
  25. Why did the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department show no interest whatsoever in items of evidence that were supposedly located at a family search by a dog that had been following HaLeigh’s scent – off of a purse provided by Marie Griffis?
  26. Why did Attorney Kim Picazio tell her client she did not have to register the HaLeigh Bug Foundation with the State of Florida so the donations would be legal when it was not true?
  27. Why did Attorney Kim Picazio and her husband Mike personally pay the bills for the HaLeigh Bug Center?
  28. Why did Kim Picazio pay out of her own pocket for the production of HaLeigh awareness trinkets to be sold carnival style at events at a mark-up of five times the amount of actual cost?
  29. Why was a Photoshopped picture created to make it appear as if Crystal Sheffield posed for a nice picture with her daughter, HaLeigh? Why didn’t she have even one nice picture with her five year-old daughter?
  30. Why was the Photoshopped picture placed on haleighbug.com – a site where donations were being solicited?
  31. Why did Attorney Kim Picazio stop accepting clients at her Ft. Lauderdale office and rent a small house near Satsuma out of which to conduct her ‘investigation?”
  32. Why did Attorney Kim Picazio never file one single motion with the court?
  33. Why did Attorney Kim Picazio tell the media she was a member of the HaLeigh Cummings investigation, working side by side with police?
  34. Why did Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Detective Peggy Cone share sensitive forensic and investigative information with Kim Picazio and Crystal Sheffield?
  35. Why did the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department conduct a search in Baker County many months after HaLeigh disappeared that drew upon the expensive resources of four Florida counties, just to remove suspicion from Sheffield and her family?
  36. Why was Cobra Staubs arrested by Putnam County law enforcement after he started speaking publicly about Crystal Sheffield’s drug use?
  37. Why was Cobra Staubs arrested by Putnam County law enforcement shortly after he was warned by Picazio to stop talking bad about Crystal Sheffield publicly or he would be arrested?
  38. Why was Kim Picazio discussing Cobra Staubs’ arrest on the phone with State’s attorney Joseph Boatwright – the filing attorney?
  39. Why did Kim Picazio telephone Cobra Staubs’ girlfriend, Paula Andrews, and leave a message telling her that if William did not leave the investigation and go home, he would be arrested? How did she know that?
  40. Why didn't Putnam County Sheriff's detectives question Attorney Kim Picazio about her statement that HaLeigh is alive?
  41. Why doesn't Putnam County Sheriff's department return Karen Simmer's telephone calls when she wants to share with them what Attorney Picazio told her?
  42. Why does the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department refuse to discuss any of the before-mentioned?

HaLeigh Cummings and Misty Croslin were four inches away from each other, sleeping

Sheffield family private investigator told Timothy Charles Holmseth he could be “assassinated “if he released the information - others would be “executed easily”

East Grand Forks, MN, December 13, 2009:  On July 9, 2009, Timothy Charles Holmseth conducted an anniversary interview with Sheffield family private investigator William ‘Cobra’ Staubs. Staubs was under contract with Attorney Kim Picazio, as well as HaLeigh’s maternal grandfather, John ‘Marty’ Sheffield, simultaneously. Staubs told Holmseth he had a “major, major, major story,” but did not know how to safely get it out.  “Please, for God’s sake, do not quote me on this,” Staubs pleads on the recording. “All these words came from [Putnam County Sheriff’s Office Detective] Peggy Cone’s mouth,” he said. Staubs repeatedly told Holmseth he could be “assassinated” for releasing the information and others could be “executed easily.” “Don’t give a shit where Misty said she was sleeping in the news this that and the other – the police have rolled it down to this – she was in the bed with HaLeigh – they were in the same bed – that is what the police know – these are facts that the police know, she was in the bed with HaLeigh; four inches away - not four feet away,” Staubs said. The knowledge of HaLeigh’s exact proximity to Misty Croslin, down to the inches, is knowledge that would only be known by the person who lifted the child from the bed and the PCSO has known it since the beginning. The situational fact also debunks the many sinister theories the PCSO leaked to the media about Croslin and the child, such as the child over-dosing on oxycontin at a wild party, her dead body being bagged up, and thrown into a pond – something PCSO detectives said might have happened. Holmseth has contacted the FBI, FDLE, PCSO, Putnam County Board of Commissioners, State’s Attorney Office, Office of the Governor, and the Attorney General of the State of Florida in effort to expose what was happening, while trying to protect innocent human life. Holmseth was threatened with jail and lawsuit by PCSO Major Gary Bowling after Holmseth confronted the PCSO. Holmseth has conducted approximately sixty hours of interviews since April, 2009, as well as received material that he will not disclose or make public without legal counsel. “Misty Croslin is a red herring being used by the PCSO to conceal the identity of the person(s) who actually abducted HaLeigh Cummings,” Holmseth said. “The federal authorities need to seize complete control of this criminal charade.”

IIRC and I don't always but I think that is the story Misty told in the beginning.

HaLeigh was in the big bed and Misty got up to get a drink of water, when she came back

HaLeigh was gone, I think even Ronald repeated the story in first interviews (guess that is what

Misty told him) , but like I said I could be wrong, have forgotten a lot from early on.

Misty has changed her story so much to imo. make it more believable, next she said she got up to go

to the bathroom, finally in the LV she said she didn't know why she got up iirc.

I am sure LE can tell if HaLeigh's mattress was on the floor in the bedroom and probably how long it

was there due to impressions on the carpet under it. Doubt they can tell if she was on it that night

though.

Misty when in the hell are you going to tell the truth about that night and what happened to HaLeigh?

Also, the womans hand reminds me of that supposed photoshopped picture of Crystal. Her hands were huge in that picture, and her left one in this picture looks big too.

Have you considered emailing the person back asking them what they want you to see in it? I'm curious why they sent it to you, twice.

Ron Jr had lots of sleep that day according to Misty, it would have awakened him imo. It would have taken more than a few mins. for someone to accomplish this. Besides, how would anyone know HaLeigh was sleeping in that bed with Misty and Ron JR? They would have had to search for her in the MH. I don't believe any of it. Heck what if HaLeigh would be on the inside of the bed next to the window? Guess they would just reach right over Misty and Ron Jr and scoop HaLeigh up.

I want to know what the temperature was in the MH when LE got there. They could tell approx. how long that door was open imo. I want to know if there were any footprints on that ramp leading to the back door and inside the MH. I was told there would be dew on the ground due to the temperature and walking up to the ramp someone would have gotten sand, dirt on their shoes and drug it in the MH.

I better quit, I am about to blow a gasket..

Oh, I know what you mean about all the bs...I didn't for one minute think that it was directed at me or any other person, it is directed at the situation that should have never happened and about a little girl who needs to be found!  totally get your feelings...it has been way too long...and I wonder why the LE has not pressured Misty more..it all seems so simple to me...She would crack after some really hard interrogation I believe...what is the hold up? put more pressure on the last person to have seen Haleigh alive...makes no sense to me that they are stepping around Misty...

I emailed them back on Sept 26 when he sent the picture the first time and never heard back from him.

Then I received it again from him today and emailed back.

He emailed me back with: "I am John. LOL"

I emailed back asking who he is and who is in the picture and why did he send it to me, and he has not replied to that yet.

I have NO idea who he is or why he sent this to me, but he had to have gotten my email address from SM forum because he sent it to me at the email I use just for this forum.

I think the picture is probably recent, as in taken this year.

I see in the arm what you see also, but I don't think this is Crystal at all. And I don't think the picture of Crystal was photoshopped either.

I don't know for sure but I think it was either the Greta interview or NG. I can't remember. Bet it's in our archives here.
