$15,000 a year   Monthly expenses $1,500 Savings $160 in checking $12 in savings

So how was he paying it right away?   lol

Public defender being appointed, he will be reprimanded & order will be prepared

Probably has a rich mommy & daddy footed his way who never gave him a swift kick in his A$$ or a slap upside his head for misbehaving.

So is he saying that the court will NOT wait for those records if they DO take that long to come in??  Can the defense prevent the prosecution from being able to use the documents they currently have if the court moves foward since they don't have the addl docs from gentiva now?  Hope that's clear as mud.

If true ... this rumor is another reason I believe if Casey is convicted there will be an appeal and ... another trial will be granted.  Janet, I have to disagree with you .....there will always be an appeal....but that doesn't mean it is a successful appeal. All the legal heads I have talked to say there have seen nothing to warrant a successful appeal. As upset as we have been on occasion with JP with what we feel was his coddling and babying of JB, it looks like he has done everything to ensure there will not be a successful appeal.

Was a plea deal offered by the State? NO!! Was a plea deal requested by Baez? Yes, early on he asked to talk about one....but never follow through on it... The implication of the "rumor" is that Jose Baez had a vested interest if to insure that the Casey Anthony case was tried in a court of law.  I agree

I am not undermining Judge Perry.  JP has asked Casey several times if she is satisfied with her representation and she has answered in the affirmation.  I just have a hinky feeling that she will flip flop if a conviction is forthcoming.
