I am not a mod nor do i pretend to be but all this stuff that has been going on in here between posters lately is flat out stupid... and don't jump down my throat i did not say the posters are stupid i said what is going on amongst them is stupid... there is enough he said she said in the haleigh case (which is why we are all here remember?) this is at least the 4th day in a row that klaas has had to chastise people in here for nonsense... while I'm sure the chit talking going on between some of you guys are valid and hurtful points... I flat out don't care... if i wanted to read drama between posters i'd be at one of the other chitty sites with all the other outcasts that have already been banned from here.... I guess what I am trying to say is guys cut the crap and don't get yourselves kicked out and klaas is right sm cannot monitor other blogs or the www so just knock it off everywhere ... if you are talking chit about other posters from here on another sight KNOCK IT OFF... the posters here obviously know you are doing it and you are creating a hostile environment here because of it... Grow up... nothing in here said between posters is serious enough where you should let it bother you to the point of needing to vent elsewhere and if it does then maybe you need a break from blogging all together... this is supposed to be an open circle of insight amongst sleuths for the cause of haleigh.... not a soap opera of posters...
sorry mods if i'm stepping on any toe's and i know we are not supposed to talk about this but i just really wanted to state my feelings on this and i hope this is not too off topic or gets me banned... it just seems like everyone is ignoring the mods requests to stop or be banned and then acting like they were never warned... i just don't want to come to an empty cage and i hope everyone stops this crap... it's hard tostay on topic sometimes because we get no updates or new news and idle hands are the devil's playing field but just cut it out

A reader alerted me today to a story out of Gainsville which she read about on True Crime Report. Clint Horvatt tells a horrific story of being out with his fiancee last Friday afternoon to go shopping when she asked him to pull over because she recognized a truck that needed help on the side of the road. But what happened next is perplexing. They pulled over, and instead of getting out to help the guy, he came to them, robbed them and shot Horvatt's fiancee, Summer Smith, in the head. She died later that day.
