this may seem like a dummy question but,
why is the FBI in on this? They even have the hair sample?

Wow...did you hear Baez say the prosecution has no way of telling how this child died?   I guess that confirms Baze believes Caylee is dead, too.

It's my understanding that Cindy was not happy with the Orange County Sheriff's department handling of the case, so she called in the FBI.

He really seems out of his league with this, his inexperience is key.

You can tell he is stumbling through his questions...seems like he doesn't know what he should be asking or requesting.

I was blown away by how confused he seems at what will be critical for him to be able to defend his slutty client which is justice in my eyes. She desrves his lousy skills. He isn't going to be able to whine and cry her to aquittal.

Does anyone know why cindy was raising her hand in court today?

I believe that she wanted to tell her opinion regarding the gag order.
Is she for or against the gag order? She would have to be against it right? TIA

Correct.
Thanks Mammy. I knew Cindy couldn't be gagged
I think it was more like shut her up to stop so many from gagging from every time she speaks

Ahahaha!     The true definition of a "gag order"!!

I think the problem is his lack of experience in court. Being that Casey doesn't have money to pay he was willing to take this case on to maybe be in the spotlight for his firm. It would take a seasoned lawyer to get her off this and it just isn't going to happen. The S FL lawyer doesn't have a very good track record either....several on death row and one with how many life terms?

Cindy said they were not informed that the FBI were recording their interviews.

Oops..I hit send too soon. I really don't think anyone could help her much but it seems like this guy is really a mess.

Also I noticed the other day when someone posted the visitors jail log that a guy listed, Matthew Troccoli was listed as "interview". I researched him and he was a law student and had this year as his graduation so I guess he is an intern or whatever. Other words..."green around the gills."

Wyks...I know Padilla has thrown mucho info out to media...sometimes it seems he's had inside knowledge, other times, not so much...more like speculation...anyhooo, he made suggestions that KC could have been staying at a hotel or possibly using a vacant apartment at Sawgrass to leave Caylee while she partied...sure makes me wonder...but those are two possible reasons she would be in possession of a key card....also if she was into the escort business...so much we don't know and dagnabit, I'm getting frustrated...I wanna know and I wanno know now!

I hear ya numbersgirl!

And yeah, seems Padilla tosses out lil pieces of info here and there, like he knows wayyyyyyy more and is teasing us.  (need a pouting monkey here)  Doesn't seem fair!

Am thinking too that the card could be access to that empty apt that has been rumored to be where she, maybe others, dropped off their kids while 'tending' to ermmm business.  If true, so sad for Caylee and other kids.

When all is said and done the FBI will want to analyze KC to find out why she is so psycho..the behavioral scientist aspect will be very intriguing to an FBI profiler

I knew she couldn't keep quiet.  Who raises their hand in court.  Judge quickly dismissed what she was trying to say.

Judge: Who is guilty?

Cindy: Oooh. I know. I know. Pick me. Jesse and Amy and Ricardo and let's not forget Zanny and the Easter Bunny.

Also, the one sitting to Cindy's right... she looks like she's holding down her own left hand.  Maybe so she won't smack Cindy as needed?

brilliant observation

(in my best elvis impression):  'thank you, thank you very much!'

lol.. it's just the way i'd be feeling if i were sitting next to cindy like that.  heh

I read on another site that Casey was involved in an Escort service posting on Craig's list McCandles....  and that Jose Baez was involved also with this escort service.

didn't know if anyone had heard about Jose's supposed involvement...
