Ok back to the posting of Whoraldo and his recent interview of Ron, apparently he thinks Ron has another baby with another 17 yr old girl, and also has a pic of Misty who was beat up back in Nov by Ron? I don't say this points to wrongdoing of Haleigh by Ron but I may have to backslide if Whoraldo is onto something here. I am getting this new info on the Haleigh site. Interesting.

Crystal Sheffield announced in NG that she took a poly...when asked if she past long silence and then this nugget "As far as I know I passed but they said they had to send it to Washington"   O NO THAT IS A TOTAL FABRICATION!!!!

A) they know immediately  B) they dont send it to Washington!!!!

A "Casey Anthony" doll wrapped in an America flag is being sold on the auction site eBay.

The doll is the latest in a series of items people have tried to sell related to the case. Earlier, a Jacksonville company marketed a Caylee doll and someone was trying to sell Casey Anthony voodoo dolls on eBay.

Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of her daughter Caylee.

The potential for fireworks in the Casey Anthony saga seems strong later this week.

George and Cindy Anthony's attorney says he will fight a plan to depose the couple in a defamation suit against their daughter, WESH-Channel 2 reported Monday.

The Anthonys are fragile emotionally, and questioning them in front of the press is ludicrous, attorney Brad Conway told WESH's Bob Kealing.

"This is not a media or public spectacle," Conway said. "It's a serious matter."

But attorney John Morgan hopes to question the parents of Casey Anthony on Thursday. Morgan client Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez says her life was ruined after Casey Anthony linked her to toddler Caylee Anthony's disappearance. Casey Anthony is charged with her daughter's murder and has said she was referring to another Zenaida.


Lee Anthony, Casey's brother, will be deposed this Friday, Kealing said.

In the murder case, Judge Stan Strickland could release another interview between investigators and Anthony private investigator Dominic Casey, Kealing reported. The release of another such interview generated headlines last week.

There could be another legal fight ahead. WESH and WFTV-Channel 9 reported that the attorney for Roy Kronk, the former meter reader who found Caylee's remains, has demanded that bounty hunter Leonard Padilla stop making statements about Kronk. In a letter, Kronk's attorney threatened to sue Padilla if the bounty hunter didn't stop making comments that hurt Kronk's reputation.

In another report, WFTV asked: Who is sending money to Casey Anthony in jail? Kathi Belich talked to a 15-year-old high-school freshman who said he sent her donations as a tribute to George Anthony. "Even at his his age, he says he understands George's struggle with depression because it's his struggle, too," Belich said. The teen's interest in the case deepened after George's attempted suicide, Belich said.

WFTV also reported that the Florida Bar is investigating another complaint against Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney. Anchor Bob Opsahl said sources would supply few details, except the complaint involves Press Corps Media, which had done public relations for Baez.

Sometimes I think NG is so focused on what her next question is, she doesn't even really hear the answers. What else could explain the lack of follow up questions.

The Anthony's lawyer said attorney John Morgan's plan to depose the Anthonys in front of the press is ludicrous. He plans to ask a judge to at least postpone the depositions until the Anthonys are in better shape psychologically to answer more questions.

Well, that depends....  just how "rockin'" was it?   

Yes, I put a lot of work into it, and really loved my visitors/posters... and then along came a certain insane lawsuit-threatening grandmother in Orlando who had it shut down one day --boom-- with no warning, along with 50 others... it was in early November, when she also threatened Sunny Welker by phone (justiceforcaylee.com).  It just about broke my heart at the time... all that work...  oh well, Desi resurrects herself as a Monkey... gave some of my material to Sunny for her site... glad to find you here.  You make a great Monkey!

Ahhhh Desdemona.... YOUR site actually started my obsession with this case. I wondered what had happened. I was thoroughly amazed at your detail.

Ms Sam, thank you for saying so.  From the beginning it has been such a gut-wrenching, tragic case.  Painful, really.  Yet I felt strongly about Caylee needing our voices to point out the lies and speak rationally against the craziness and confusion being spewed by Casey and the Anthonys (and later on the attorneys etc.)... It was heartwarming and encouraging to have so many people join in to read and comment and offer their thoughts.  It was a blow to be shut down like that.  I came to understand that the site host felt they had no choice; they were threatened and did it out of fear of what the crazy A's would do.  Anyway I'm glad to see you and our other friends here, and glad that we now find ourselves among these wonderful Monkeys who care about Caylee and are committed to seeing justice through... all the way.

You posted some good stuff several pages back.  I really appreciated reading your comments about "evidence" vs. "junk science."  You are spot on, and I hope that Baez's smoke and mirrors will be easily seen through by a juror sitting on the panel.  He just can't have it both ways.

While I can't jump on board every single point in your well thought-out theory, there are parts of it that definitely do ring true.  You are a smart monkey with good insight.  And even when you feel invisible, trust me, you are not...  We see you!  (And you have a really cute avi, too...)
