Today's big news in the Casey Anthony case was released by mistake. The state attorney's office hadn't meant to put out audio interviews with jail officers about Anthony's reaction to news that her daughter's remains had likely been found.

Jose Baez, Anthony's attorney, hadn't commented on the accidental release of the recordings, WKMG-Channel 6's Mike DeForest said during the 6 p.m. news.

But the stations realized what they had.

"They're the interviews you've been waiting to hear," WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Martie Salt said. "And they said Casey saw it first on Channel 9. "

Funny how the promotion gets mixed in with the news, isn't it?

"The audio recordings will give you insights into Casey Anthony like never before," Salt added.

"It is a stunning and potentially damning account detailing the moments that changed everything: the news that Caylee's remains were likely found," WKMG anchor Jacqueline London said.

The jail officers' comments marked an unusual moment in the case. WFTV's Kathi Belich said: "A jail lieutenant said the only time Casey Anthony has had an emotional outburst at the jail was December 11, after she saw our special report that Caylee's remains had probably been found near her house."

In a WKMG report, a jail lieutenant described Casey's clammy hands and her request for a sedative that day, then the young mother quickly changed the topic to college football.

WKMG's Tony Pipitone looked at what could be a break in the case for the defense. Deputy Richard Cain reversed himself in describing how he reacted in August to a tip from meter reader Roy Kronk, who later found Caylee's remains in December.

Under oath, Cain first said he picked up a bag -- leaves and sticks fell out -- and a close-by Kronk said that was the bag in question.

But six hours later, Cain said he didn't pick up a bag -- just yard waste -- and that Kronk wasn't nearby.

The defense's spokeswoman told Pipitone it wouldn't comment on how Cain's story had "changed dramatically."

Pipitone explained the importance of the contradictions: "It could raise doubts about whether Casey could have dumped that body because she was, of course, in jail."

I just cannot listen to Casey, Lee or any of the Anthony's, they make my ears bleed. My DH is actually listening to all of it......cannot believe that he can stand this crap. WESH @ 5:15pm Two audio tapes of interviews with Casey and corrections officers were accidentally released......Baez filed an emergency hearing to have them not released.  WESH agreed to not release them at the request of the prosecution.

The reason I am replying to Mags post is, I don't think these are the videos that were released accidentally.  Sounds like audio tapes from the jail folks.  I have not see these anywhere yet.

Thank you NoRose, the two cases are bit too muckin fuch in one day.  You are right stress & my spinal issues cause some rather severe headaches and certainly are not conducive to being at the puter screen for hours on end do me in at times so my friend you are right I've been pushing it today.   After Nancy Grace, I'm gonna break off for quite a few hours.   I hope you can get some relaxation in tonight too....huggs girlfriend.

JSM,these videos are when Casey was indicted.She was pretty cool and not upset.Disgusting.
The reaction to remains being found are what we weren't suppose to see.
Now that would have been wild if we'd actually seen that.

If anyone missed me I was over in Sandra's thread for a good bit - on the edge of my seat over her case too.   I got thrown off my vine pretty dang hard while over there.    My headache got so bad today I had to take a bit of a break from this discovery - what is it in the Anthony blood that makes them so self-serving, fixated & gratifying...seriously God do the world a favor and please I pray to you almighty father  please spare us a repeat on that DNA!

I'm sorry Cappy about your head, maybe you need a rest. JSM always misses you when you are not here. Seriously get some rest and take it easy! PROMISE ME!

That is one of them. WESH said they weren't going against the prosecutions request to not release it.

  Sorry Trimm I was behind. I watched part of the first video of when she came to that room. Do you want some water, we will get you a cell phone to call your attorney, etc. She acted like she was on a job interview, not in jail for killing your baby.
